Trish -
I really liked Dr. Zeringue. He is extremely mellow and easy going... which might not be good for everyone. I have done a fresh and a frozen cycle with them and am saving up to try one more time. After I had the frozen cycle end in a chemical pregnancy I went on to do some immunology testing which found that I had a low positive for antiphospholipid antibodies. They are now recommending heparin and baby aspirin for next time, but of course next time is another 10K away. As for the clinic, they are very personable and remember you right away at each visit. Katrina used to run most of the stuff and just recently left, but I think his wife is doing it now and she is VERY SWEET! I have really liked them - although had some issues with my first cycle due to the fact that they are so laid back I sometimes felt like I didn't know what was going on, but now that I have gone through a few their laid back ways are very calming.
I was extremely turned off when I called NCFMC and they didn't return my call. I had to call two more times and it took over two weeks. I instantly wrote them off and went elsewhere. I hadn't heard anything else bad - what have you been reading, because I have a friend who is going to start there soon. I would love to direct her to some links to sway her. She is going there due to insurance and that they bill for you. I keep trying to tell her that the billing is easy and not worth dealing with them!
