ICSI success on 1st try???

I'm in the 2ww on my ICSI cycle.

Seriously, isn't it great (in a way) that the infertility issue is the male factor? REason being is that when it is the male, it is "fixable" (ie icsi, gift, zift, etc). But when it's the female, ie endo, ohss, pcos, etc, you're pretty hard pressed to "fix" that. kwim?

19 eggies, 13 ICSI'd, 9 fertilized, 2 e/t,. 3 out of the other 7 made it to blast and are frozen for future.

God, let this work!

I am also in the 2ww. I am 30, Dh is 31 and it was strictly male factor. We had 19 eggs, 12 fertilzed, we ended up with 8 blastocysts. We transferred 2 and froze the other 6 for future use. I sure hope it works for us. We will know in about a week.. Keep me posted on all your updates and as usual thanks for all the support! --Jess

Went to the doctor last Friday and had a BFP+++ on the first try... We are soo excited.. Thanks for all the replies and support.. Baby dust to all.

Just wanted to join this chat I am also doing invitro with ICSI for the first time we just started our first lupron shot on Tuesday! Everyone at the clinic has been really positive because I am only 22 they say our chances are great! Good Luck to everyone!
