Well I did one at 7 days, one at 8 days, one at 9 days (all negative) then had my positive at 10 day, you may get a false positive if you do it too early as you may have hcg from your meds still in your system, I clearly didn't have any drug induced hcg due to getting 3 negs! I only showed so early due to having twins so had twice the amount of hcg in my wee....you have to be very strong mentally just incase you get a negative and it makes you negative, I was extremely positive and I knew that I couldn't take the an early negative test result as a gospel reading!!! I wouldn't advise you do what I did unless mentally and emotionally you are very disciplined!!! It is so hard I know, my other 2 times I didn't test early but this time I knew it was my time..........just like its yours!! stay positive and try and stay away as long as you can, if you really cant then dont be sad if its a neg as it may just be too early!

Oh and I should have also mentioned that a singleton pregnancy probably wouldn't show up even with a sensitive test prior to 14 days..

Thanks Angellica and Sunny girl for the positive wishes. I did a HPT today and it was negative. I am trying to stay positive, though because I know they are not as sensitive. My transfer was 10 days ago. I will know for sure tomorrow though. Thanks to you both and lots of luck!!
