TinaO- Holy cow!! 5!! thats awesome. dont be scared, id be psyched to have five good follies (easy to say now, if i had them id be nervous too!!)
Anyway, sounds good. I hope this is your month.

maineknitter- Well the injections dont sound as bad as i thought. 88 miles??? that stinks. I was complaining because mine is about 60 miles but i will stop, you have me beat!!!

I was wondering if any of you guys know anything about or have had polyps in the past? My doc. said she thought she saw one in my last ultrasound and if im not pg this time she will do a test to check for them and remove them if necessary.

Its so nice to have so many buddies for this 2ww! you guys are the best. I have to go now b/c my husband thinks i live on this site now!!!

5 follicles! i bet that's why you're crampy! i had three, and a small one.
i usually exercise a lot too, so all this taking it easy is rough. but it would be worth it if i was ordered to sit on the couch if i could get a BFP out of it!

good luck today squeezan!!!! drive home with your legs up on the dash!!

Wow Tina! 5 follies - You'll have to let me kn on your secret a can't get mor than one to mature! You're just being greedy there (lol!) Hope it works, but not too well!

Well I went in for my scan today. I had three follicles on the left side with two mature ones 18 and 20 and one immature one on the right side. I had four last month, but had three big ones. Anyways the doctor was impressed with the size of the follies and had my husband give a sample right there, well while we were at the doctors and he did the IUI this morning. My husband had 31 million last month and only 15 million this month, but we were told to abstain starting yesterday and he made a deposit

on Tuesday so that will give us an extra push. I am so praying for all of us this month. It only takes one sperm and one egg right? Thanks for all the encouragement.

35 low prog and DH is 38 low vol and high percentage of abnormal sperm
Sept07 100mg clomid, BFN
Oct07 100mg clomid - IUI done October 11, 2007

I am going to test on the 26th or 27th. My cycle has stayed 26 days now for the last couple of months so if it has not started by the 27th I will test. I am doing a home test.

Stephjim you have done well!! Fingers crossed for you!! You are right every month is different with sperm counts. When my dh had a asperation (sperm retrieval with neddle) there were a few decent sperm to use for isci. Then the next month he had a TESA and there were none!

I am testing 16 days after iui as I am on Pregnal and the clinic said that it can bring up false results if you test to early.

Well girls all we can do is wait now. I was thinking back to when I was pregnant with DS. I had no signs I even got a light period for two months so I was two and half months when I found out at a check up for something else at the doctors!!

Hello ladies! It sounds like everyone is doing well and staying upbeat!

Steph - I had to laugh about your husband having to make a deposit right there on the spot. My husband WILL NOT do it at the clinic. Thank God we only live like 20 minutes away, so he can do it at home and then we take it there. I think he has stage fright!!!

One of my friends told me when her husband was giving his, the fire alarm went off right in the middle of it. I laughed so hard.

But PLEASE - they have it so easy!! I mean, what do they have to do but...well, you know what they do....

Sue - you may think 5 follies sounds great right now, but we are going to have to start a whole new support group for me if more than a couple of those took!! I can't imagine having something like quadruplets!!! I am only 5'2 and petite. It would kill me!!!

Kery - glad you are not far behind us with your testing! You are right in that the whole sperm count thing is weird. It seems surprising that it could change so much month to month.

Su - how are you feeling? Work making you crazy?

MkDig - did anyone respond to your question about polyps? They aren't like cysts, are they?

MaineK - can't believe we are testing on the same day!! I hope we both get BFP's!!! That would be awesome. I just don't know. These cramps are weird and my stomach is so upset ever since the IUI. Very strange.

How's everyone doing?
Kery - I've had Pregnyl too and apparently it clears your system on average 1000 units/day. I have 5000 units but some clinics give 10000 so it should still be gone in about 10 days. I admire you for being able to wait longer to test, I don't think I could, by mid-way through the 2nd week I'm usually just wanting to sort out the next cycle!

tina - yes I think I'd be scared with 5 too but just feel a bit feeble onl getting 1 each time. Funny you saying about the fire alarm - that thought struck me yesterday as I lay there with my legs in the air! Got caught out at the gym once when the fire alarmwent off when I'd just come out of the shower. Fortunately it was a test but I've never dressed so quick in my life.

Have to dash now - gotta go to work. It was hard going back on Monday but I felt a bit better once I knew when the iui would be (and stopped injecting those darn hormones). Don't think the manager was impressed that I had 2 appointments in 2 days but she can't say much, she's just had about 3 months off sick herself (so she doesn't even know how many other times I've been out!) I think she's just put out 'cos I haven't told her what its for.
Anyway, really must go now. Will catch up more tonight

Yea I'm taking 1000 units every four day. I just realised it's 17 days till I test! Well we have been in and out of clinics for over a year now so I guess whats a few more days.

I know work can be difficult I told my supervisor what I needed time off for and she went and told other people at the office. I was so p###ed off!!

That's totally private!! I'd be complaining to someone about that!!

Tina- funny your husband will only do it at home. my husband has to do it at the clinic cause it takes almost two hours to get there. he's probably starting to like the movies they provide...lol

My cramps are just about gone now. i had dance class last night, and could feel them when i did certain muscle movements. i bet you'll be fine in a few more days, since you had so many follicles. is it getting any better?

mkdig-i had polyps in my uterus, but the doc removed them when i had my endo surgery. not sure what that meant, or if they were anywhere else.
