Husbandjim, I think that congratulations are in order. I HPT tested 7dpt and it came back positive and never went away. My husband and I also continued to test up until beta and the line just kept getting darking. As for the brown spotting I would say that it was very likely implantation bleeding which is good. I can't wait for your test tomorrow those official numbers are also so positive!
Me 31 DH 36
Male Factor (Vasectomy)
Reversal 06/06 unsuccessful
1st IVF/ICSI 08/07 BFP!!!!!
Third Beta Test (today) 19 days past 3 day transfer 872.
Is this average? low? high?
Doctor says everything is great. He doesn't want to see my wife until next monday now when he gives her a first Ultrasound.
He just wants me to continue to give her 1cc of Progest. shot every morning.
You really cant go by numbers because mine were alot higher than that on 19dp3dt (I was 17dp5dt, which is the same) and my numbers were close to 2000., i am preggo with a singleton. With that being said, everyone's beta are different as long as they are doubling you really shouldnt compare to others. If your doc says things are good then things are good. Keep us posted on the u/s. Most docs dont not do a u/s until beta are 2000, becuz a yolk sack can be seen at beta level of 2000. After that beta wont matter to much you will be waiting to see your little heartbeat on the moniter which is normally done at 6.5 weeks! Keep us posted. Best wishes, Jim!
