Hi Rdoc,

Congrats on your pregnancy! With a number that high, I'm guessing you have more than one little bean in there. How exciting!

I have extreme fatigue, I'm eating like a pig, I can't pass a bathroom without stopping for a visit and my poor girls hurt so bad I'm in a bra 24/7. But all joyous as this means I'm pregnant - yeah!

Please let us know how your remaining tests go.

Hi Everyone, boy has it been a day!!!

We had our 2nd OB ultrasound this morning. We saw the heartbeat (120 bpm), which is a good rate. However, they measured the baby at 6 weeks to 6 weeks 2 days and I am 7 weeks. The RE stated that as long as the growth continues to next week's ultrasound on 04/23, we are fine and I will be released to my regular OB. They could not see the fetal pole last week, but we could this week, so there has been significant growth since last week. I am just worried, like always. I asked
Ghost and he said it looked good to him, and my regular primary care doctor (no, I didn't call him for advice, see below) said that it is too hard to tell a few days at this size. I am trying to stay positive for my little "Peanut". I just want to wake up in December with a baby in my arms.

To add insult to injury, I had to rush my Mom to the Emergency Room today. We went to her primary care DR because she was in a lot of pain. We thought she had a bout of food poisoning with gastrointeritis, but it turns out she has pancreatitis and will be in the hospital for a few days while they try to flush one or two gall stones that may be blocking the common bile duct.

Oh well, I guess life just keeps moving.

Sorry no personals today, I am sending out huge HUGS to all of you!!!!!

((Hugs))) to you Kris! I know how easy it is for us IVF moms-to-be to worry...the path to pregnancy has been long and painful. If possible, just try to glow in the moment that your baby is truly growing...just in his/her own pace. I hope your mom is better soon!

Kdoc ~ Image
Congratulations on your high beta number. Praying that it grows steadily from here and you have beautiful angel/s in your arms in December. I also don't have much symptoms, some nausea and peeing all the time (sorry TMI). infact these symptoms relieve me to a great extent other wise I get paranoid.

Kbear ~ Hi dear!! Don't worry about baby's growth. When we started this journey of ivf, we had put ourselves and our embroys in GOD's hands. So now HE will worry for your baby's growth. Just think positive and everything will be fine. Sorry to hear about your mom, praying that she recovers soon.

Chreyl ~ Please know that I will be thinking about you for today's ultrasound. Praying that twins may cling to their mommy's tummy to come out only in December. :D Go with a big smile to your RE today. It will make a huge difference.

Jennie ~ Sorry about spotting, but I hope everything is fine now. Monday is abig day for me as well. I have my first ultrasound that day. I am sending you lots n lots of wishes.

All the other ladies, pl update. Prayers are with you all.

ughhhh.....its so hard to keep up the PMA in these weeks. Its more dreadful than 2ww but when in LORD's hand, I think we should leave the worry part to HIM.

Thanks everyone for your encouraging words, I do believe it was just hard to measure due to the baby being in the corner of the sack. The heartbeat was very strong. I know my little Peanut is just fine.

I believe my due date is 12/04/08.

hello everyone, i can't believe how much has been going on over here.

i haven't been to the website for a while since i was so scared to find out about my results.

here is my story:
i had a beta of 31 at 11dp3dt, a beta of 34 at 13dp3dt, and 49 at 15dp3dt. then they decided to wait and do an US yesterday because they thought i may have an ectopic pregnancy. so i went to the doctor yesterday, was soooo supernervous, and they saw the sac in the uterus. they told me to be cautiously optimistic and everything in terms of size looked fine yesterday. the only thing the doctor mentioned was that the sac was not nice and round but rather elongated. anyone any idea about that?

i still cannot believe it, i am trying not to get too excited since i had a twin pregnancy last year that ended up in a miscarriage at 8 weeks.

my due date is 12/15/2008 and i'll go back for my next US on 29 April.

i so hope to go through this pregnancy with all of you.

Kbear ~ So happy u/s went well. I think he/she is a shy baby :)

Cheryl ~ Waiting for your update, dear.

I will update the list soon. :D

Hugs and Prayers for all.

Sonu911, thanks for updating the list, it looks really great.

I am getting so nervous. It's even worse than the 2WW, I can't wait to see the little heart beat next week.

I look forward to sharing the next 8 months with everyone.

Well, we had the ultrasound this morning and we are pregnant with triplets!!!! The sizes are great and we heard three very strong heartbeats (105,101,101). I will have my next ultrasound in three weeks 5/12.

The doctor did warn us that in about 30% of triplet pregnancies one will be lost. I was surprised becuase I would have expected it to be a higher percentage. We are only thinking positive though.

I immediately went out and got a book on multiples to make sure I am doing everything I possibly can for a successful pregnancy.

I am really in a state of shock at the moment and don't know how to react. DH gave me flowers (3 pink roses and 3 blue hydrangeas). Very sweet and touching.

I look forward to reading everyone elses updates.

Tamara- 3???oh my! Congratulations!!!!! That is wonderful.

Cheryl & Sonu- How did your ultrasounds go?

I hope all the other Dec Mommies are feeling well!!

I had my u/s today. We were able to see and hear the heartbeat.(121 bpm) it was so exciting. They did see some blood in my uterus which was the cause of my bleeding last week. The RE said it was either from Blood vessels that broker away or it was a twin that didn't make it. They can't say for sure. I am still on my PIO,estrogen patches, baby aspirin and vitamins. I am instructed to drink plenty of fluids. DH & I were so excited just knowing all looks good right now! I actually even bought a pregnancy book.

A friend of mine also told me about Preggie Pops or Preggie Drops. They are morning sickness candies that are just wonderful!!!

Hoping to hear everyone's updates!!!!

WOW!!!

So many great things have happened already, now I must pull up my socks and update the list soon.

Tamara ~ Triplets....amazing!!! Triple the joy, triple the happiness, triple the kisses, triple the shopping....:D You must take good care of yourself and let yourself pampered with ppl around you.

Jennie ~ So happy to read about your successful u/s. The rate of heartbeat is quite satisfying.

Ladies thanks for your prayers. I also had the first glance of my little angel. I was so thrilled, and the doc said that he could see only one sac till now and according to him I am doing quite fine.

I was mistaken, when I said I will hear the heartbeat, it will be only after 2 weeks i.e on 5 may when i will have completed my 7th week. Can't wait to get there. :)
