4fanops~ CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!! I think I am only one day behind you. I went
for my first beta today and I am 12dp3dt. I have been lucky
with the HPT results (I think I bought out CVS)

I am still
on pins and needles awaiting the beta though. This is so nerve`
wracking and exciting all at the same time.
Glad you ladies are all here to lean on.

My second beta is in at 920 (15dp5dt)! They said this was great and now we just have to schedule an ultrasound which will occur in 2 - 3 weeks! I guess it's official!!!!!!

Sorry ladies, I was wrong with my first beta no. It was 741 and not 714 and now my 2nd beta has come which is 2174. What do you think? Does it look like more than one? The nurse won't tell me. I have my u/s on aug 14th, then only I can find out.

Got my first beta........ it's 210 (12dp3dt). That sounds so low compared to your #'s.
AMAZU~ You definitely have more than one bun in your oven! LOL Heck, you may have the entire bakery!!! Those #'s are incredible!!!!!
rlzysk~ Congrats on your second beta!!! Sounds awesome.

My doctor has me so confused. I had my first beta of 210 yesterday, and they are not bringing me back until August 5th for my second beta, and a sono. Don't most docs bring you in every few days to check for rising beta levels? I feel like I'm starting the 1ww now.

alreadyblessed - congrats on your good no. It is good as anything more than 50 is good and moreover don't compare with us as ours is 14 dpt and every body is different. Your dr. should have called you for a second beta. Didn't you ask them?

Called my docs office, and they told me that they only do betas once a week, unless there is a problem with the #s. So, It looks like I'm back to the waiting game. During my 2ww, I bought a puppy. My husband looked at me this morning and said "I know you're anxious, get a pedicure.... no more puppies."

It's like they torture you with the waiting.

Hahaha!! I also wanted to buy a puppy but then you know how men are. They don't understand the stress we go through this process. Atleast a puppy can distract you from getting those worries. I am happy with the beta no. and they are really good so don't worry as dr's are mostly correct and after a week you will see a huge huge jump. By the way is your dr. a ivf specialist ??? I did my process in a ivf center but now I go to a regular ob/gyn as I don't have one nearby but I have them instructed what the center needs and they do accordingly... Thanx to god!! Enjoy your puppy and don't listen to dh but a pedicure too will be great

Hi gals! Wow! All your beta numbers look great. I go for what I think is my baseline bloodtest today and then for my beta pregnancy test on August 4th. Am still nervous because I feel like I'm pms-ing. I hope pregnancy is just mirroring those symptoms. What a long road we've all come down. You're in my thoughts
