IVFNURSE is right on. I warm up the heating pad before the injection so it's ready as soon as I'm done. Once the DH injects me, he massages the site for a few minutes to help the med disperse into the muscle. Then I lay on the heating pad and watch t.v. for up to an hour. Not only do I have zero pain when all is said and done, but I get to lay down for a whole hour......no questions asked! Good luck!

rio congrats on your beautiful baby boy.. i only hope i will have good news next week.. believeme the minute they let me do suppositories or pills i will be there i have been asking

ivf nurse Thank you thank you heating the P really seeemed to have helped.. and i am living sitting on the heating pad

the bummer is being this sore makes it hard to keep my mind off things

NY4thtry - keep your PMA and your mind on the awesome baby miracle! You are PUPO!!! (Pregnant until proven otherwise). I know it is hard to concentrate with all the shots and the crazy 2WW.
