It must be at LEAST twins, but maybe triplets with those numbers. I had my first beta 9dp5dt and my number was 129. I'm sure you will hear this from your dr. but if it is multiples, PLEASE take it easy. I mean rest as much as possible, no lifting, no running etc....you get the picture. My sister in law was carrying twins and worked as a nurse 4 days a week, and never stopped cleaning and running around and she lost them at 20 weeks. The dr kept telling her to rest and stop pushing herself so much but she didn't listen. So understand rest is the best thing for the babies. Good luck and I hope I am not coming off as pushy, I just want people to realize multiple births are tricky and I feel if I didn't take it easy, my outcome could have been very different.
