Hi, I was told to carry on as normal, when i questioned rest they just said if you were pregnant naturally you would not rest.
I got pregnant 3 out of 4 attempts.

my clinic recommends 2 days bedrest or at least sitting down, they say it doesn't matter what position you're in so long as you remain still for most of the time. This is my 3rd IVF cycle, we've also done 2 frozen cycles, got a BFP on the first IVF, miscarried at 8 weeks, the last 3 cycles have been chemicals, and I'm at 5 weeks now after a BFP, so I guess at least I'm getting to the implantation stage, even if things don't always go right afterwards! I did some research and in a randomised trial there was no advantage to bedrest, looking at about 200 women I think, but I figure I get to have a couple days where I can relax and think happy thoughts and maybe that helps! But I'm lucky to have an understanding boss, and taking time off is no problem.
