thanks everyone for your messages!! particularly interested in your story, rachel, as your sac was really high up too. agonizing with all that searching around!! funnily enough when they did the second u/s from the outside the radiographer picked the sac up really quickly and in far more detail than on the internal one - presume because this actually got closer to the sac- this is another tip for someone in a similar situation. beckym xxx
