Hi Sher!

Very glad the biopsy went well and you've got a lot of swimmers now! :D
DH had his in March but we weren't lucky - nothing at all. Waiting to recover from the disappointment and trying to understand what we want to do next.

So, dear Sher, now you just have to relax, keep posting and you'll be just fine!

Rita,

I am sorry to hear the biopsy was not a success, but the bright side is that you have other options - donor sperm, adoption. We are probably going to give this two tries and then consider adoption. Unfortunately our insurance does not cover IVF and we only have so much $$ to spend on this. Good luck to you and never lose site of your goals. . .

Things are going well. I'm on the 4th day of stimms. Egg retrieval will be the middle of next week - May 11th? The drugs have made me moody and tired, but other than that I am really anticipating good results.

NickiMark,

How are you doing? I did see an update that you received your AF on the Gen Discussion board. Sounds you were thrown a curveball, but I hope you are hanging in there.

Eat lots of protein

Post by divinagracia »

Guess what since my husband been doing this Atkins diet or just eating a lot of protein he end up giving millions of sperm. This is my 4th attempt and on my 2nd attempt his sperm count went really low that we need to go ICSI but still unfortunate(not his fault though  . Since he started this protein diet n exercise, i think it helps a lot. I dunno maybe hes just carrying a bag of sperm since he's on ration with me all the time  . This IVF failure, nonstop surgical procedure n drugs loses my libido.Sorry hubby but i'll try to eat more asparagus
