Well, I'm here now. I test on Wed 21st and get the result on 22nd so that's the date I'll put on the list.

Feeling quietly confident plus thrilled that 2 more of our eggs fertilised late yesterday. This means I'm carrying around 3 - 2 strong and 1 weaker, with 3 good ones being frozen.

It will be a long 2 weeks I suspect.
hugs
Debra.

Debra - As I've said elsewhere ... you've done so well !! I'm really rooting for you ... make sure you take it real easy ... Get some good reading material / DVDs in and relax (in between going potty, knicker checking etc).

Hugo, it sounds like you've had it a bit rough ? Take the dr's advice and get that bed rest for a couple of days - you don't want to regret it later ..

Hope you feel better soon ..

Hi Everyone! I am also in my 2ww...on day 6 now (ET was on 4/1). I too am starting to go a little crazy with the wait. It is my first IVF / ICSI cycle, and we had 2 embies transferred, however they were only 4-5 cells and had quite a bit of fragmentation. I am still staying positive though! I had a lot of cramping, especially at night and early morning for the first 4 days, but they've seemed to go away these past two days. Not sure if that is a good thing. I am feeling very bloated now though. I also heard that the progesterone (I'm on daily injections) can cause the same symptoms as pregnancy.

Anyway...thanks for starting this thread, it's great to have others to talk with during this time!

Hi there Cosci .. Welcome ..!

You could well get all sorts of twinges and feelings during your 2ww - I'm afraid symptoms / no symptoms don't really lead to a definitive answer.

You're nearly in your second week. If you're not already v. emotiional, you will be in your second week - moving from v. positive thinking, to being sure that it hasn't worked. Don't worry - it's normal - we've all felt like that (it's your hormones playing havoc with your system !).

Lots and lots of luck

Hi Cosci. I think twinges and cramps are usually attributed to the overaries returning to their normal size that nd the ruptured follices. Like Sandra said, everything feels odd but there's nothing to do but wait it out! It is horribly emotional so welcome to the board and feel free to post!

Debra (I started my 5th 2ww yesterday!)

Im new too! I just went through a Day 5 transfer (blastocyst) on Sunday the 3rd! I am going to cheat and test on Monday the 11 with a home PG test. I have a MD blood test set for the 15th! I am just beside myself with anxiety. Have been waiting for 14 months to get to this point. Have had 4 cycles stopped thus far! I am so glad to find this site!
