You do need to just keep p[estering until you get what you want, as Becky says, this is evrything to us, to some of them I guess it's a job and a routine they get used to Sand and Jules - I am sorry about your meds that is a bit pooh isn't it??? I have ordered all of mine through IM in advance in case there's a +ve as I don't want to take thr risk of not getting the right stuff at the right time here. It's so hard to lan all this in adavnace though isn't it???? I understand for the first time today what a state you can get in
