I had a blastocyst transfer on day 6 it is now 6dp6dt and i also do not have any symptoms but cramping and a tender belly. We transferred 2 ICSI/PGD blastocyst. They said they looked great. Doctor even asked if i had a big enough home implying i would have twins. But no symptoms and i even caved in and did a hpt already and bfn. But im still keeping my spirits up and praying. I have my beta test on wednesday that is only 10days from the transfer. It looks like everyone else either test on days 14 or 16. We did freeze 3 so if this doesnt work we are looking forward to doing it again as soon as we can.

If you search on google under blastocyst transfer you will find lots of information and pictures of what a blasto embryo looks like...or check out on this site on the left-hand nav there is a section called Blastocyst Transfer. A blastocyst is actually the state of the embryo - which means they cells are compacting - which usually happens around day 5. If your embies make it to day 5 it doesn't necessarily mean they are blastocysts..they could still be a morula (stage early then blasto) or have started hatching already. my first IVF I had a 5-day transfer but the embryo was not a blasto. Many clinics do not offer blasto - more labor intensive and more expensive.
