The IUI went good. My 23 had grown to 24. The 18 had grown to 21 and I had several 15mm size. DH's count had decreased to 13m but RE said that was still good enough for the IUI. Now, I'm officially in the 2ww with ya.

When do you go on your vacation?

That is so good. Maybe you will have twins.

I wouldn't mind it. So they do a U/S again before your IUI? They don't at my clinic. So are you doing any weds now. I am doing the prometrium. It really made me cramp bad last night. We leave tomorrow and will be gone for a week. I hope that will take my mind of of this a little bit.

Yes, he does an u/s right before the IUI to look at your follies again. Then after the procedure, he does it again to show you where he put the "stuff". I'm not on any meds. I think they only do that if you're doing IVF. Are you doing the suppositories?

I hope you have a good time on your trip. I plan on doing some projects around the house to keep myself occupied. I know last month I about drove myself crazy during the 2ww.

That's what I want. I really want a girl-BAD. With my luck, I would have triplet boys. Wow-I wish I got all those U/S. I only get one usually the day before. I can't believe you can see "the stuff" in there. I'm gonna have to ask if they ever do that at my clinic. How long have you been doing this? I took clomid on our own for 3 months. Then I did clomid, ovidrel, and prometrium suppostiories for both IUIs. The ovidrel really make sme nauseated. I think the prometrium makes me cramp really, really bad.

We leave tomorrow and I can't wait. I think it is supposed to rain from a hurricane but I will just be glad to get away. Where do you live? We are in Arkansas. Yes, this 2ww is so awful.

Last month was my first IUI or any ART procedure I've ever done. Last year, I did the clomid with the natural method for about 3 months, no luck. As far as trying to conceive naturally, it took 11 years for my daughter and we've tried for about 3.5 years this time, 2 months IUI.

I hope you avoid any weather from the hurricane. We faced Ernesto when we went to Myrtle Beach but it wasn't bad. We still had a great time. I hope you do too. Getting away helps with the stress and worry which is bad for ya.

We reside in Tennessee and have all my life. So, we're side by side, correct? Sorry, I was bad with geography...

Are you far from Nashville?

So you already have a daughter? That is good. Have you been diagnosed with any problems? I have severe endo and get cysts often.

We had talked about rescheduling but I am so ready to just get away that I don't care if we just sit in the condo all week. I can't remember which hurricane is headed to the other side of florida.

Yes, we are right next to you. Nashville is about 6 hours away. We are neighbors! We will almost be close to testing when I get back. I can't wait! I hope we get BFP.

I get cysts often too. That's why I had my rt ovary taken out last year. Our main issues are male factor and my fsh being about 14. RE isn't terribly concerned though. I believe we'll get pregnant when the time is right. I'm 36 going on 37 in Dec so I feel my clock ticking. DH is going on 40.

I hope you have a nice get away. We visited Florida (Disneyworld) back in the spring, it was really nice.

Does your clinic do blood work to check for pg? Mine doesn't. They just say that if you miss your period then to do a hpt. RE is very against doing hpt's earlier than 5 days after your missed period. I know me though. I am very regular, every 26 days so if I haven't started by day 27, I'm doing a hpt.

Hey-I'm back. We had a good time. However, I got the flu or something on my birthday and it stuck with me for part of the trip. Just getting away and doing nothing was really nice though.

I'm totally depressed. I started getting nauseated even after eating some foods so I read into it and thought for sure I was prego. I took a test yesterday morning on 12dpiui and it was a BFN. If my cy is like it has been the past couple of months then AF should come Friday.

How are you? Have you done any tests?

Yes, I actually took a test this morning, negative. Based on my cycles, AF should come tomorrow. I've been feeling crampy so I know she's on her way. So depressing.... I'm just trying to stay busy now.

That sucks. Why does this have to be so difficult. I read on the package that it only shows 63% this early so I am still holding out that maybe it was wrong. However, I am afraid it wasn't.

Are you doing another cycle of IUI?

Hey Tiffany, still no AF here but I feel her coming (cramps). I'll probably test again tomorrow if no AF today. How are you doing?

If we get another BFN this month, we'll be going to IVF next month.

I am still waiting too. It should be here Friday. I have never wanted it to be Friday so bad before. When is Af due for you?

So you are going straight to IVF? Are they not going to do IUI with any meds? I think we will do IUI with injectables next. I just don't know if we can afford IVF.

Well, I've had 2 IUI's with clomid but I think we need more help due to the MF issues. I ovulate fine it's just his sperm are weak. I'm going to ask my RE about ICSI. We can't really afford IVF either but I'm going to touch some of my retirement for part of the costs. Not sure if we can pay for more than 1 IVF treatment though.

I have a 26 day cycle so AF should hit today. When I woke up this am, I thought for sure it would have hit by now (crampy), but it hasn't yet. I would rather AF would go ahead and show her face if she's going to so that I can move on...

You feeling ok?

Oh-test, test. I can't wait. I hope you get a BFP.

I am just a little nauseated. It is the wierdest thing. I usually hurt after my O until AF because of endo and I get bad cysts. However, this month II haven't hurt at all. I am hoping it is a good sign.
