Julie- before i knew i was preg ( naturally) i was so sure AF would arrive any minute...cramps, sore boobs and very emotional...I was also very hungry all the time. So keeping our fingers crossed for you..and sending major baby and sticky dust **********
Hope that you are still enjoying 'cold feet' i loved it too!!!
Did you take any hcg? if so that's why it will be 17 days before testing...if not then i don't now why. Is it not sunny where you are cause here it's lovely. Colder than it's been but sunny.

Nicki- by the time you do iui your ovaries will be fine and rested. Good luck with the healthy eating and exercise...I like your idea about all meeting up somewhere hot~~~i am up for that deffo!!!

Lucy- Enjoy your day off ...go on spoil yuorself A bout the interview try and not worry...if you are off sick they will just re-schedule for another time. AND if the job interview is meant to be for you it will happen. We have a saying in Scotland 'what's for you, won't go by you'. ANYWAY you soon won't bother where your working cause of your son to be BFP !!!
There are many on the site who have got preg by just one embie you can only leave it up to the stims. how much are you on 450? and is 1st scan on monday after a week of stimms? keep the Faith honey sending you mega hugs and PMA.

gail- enjoy your 1st family holiday away Even though it's only for a couple of days i bet your car will be full of baby stuff. Do you need t take a travel cot or is Katie sleeping in a moses basket? \how well does she travel? Have fun in the pool and i hope you get fab weather

Hi to Kate MLG Lisa and anyone else i've forgotten. HOW ARE YOU ALL?



Went a 2 hr drive there and back to see my new neurologist yesterday...what a waste of time that was. He basically said there is nothing he can do for me. and i need only see him if a have a major relapse. And that up here in the north east of Scotland your drugs are prescribed by your GP. Up here there is no MS clinics. Only 1 MS nurse to cover the whole region of 2000 patients. in Glasgow i saw my consultant every 6 mths and MS nurse every 6-10wks and had physio every fortnight. A high standard of care compared to this. So now must go and find a helpful GP who is well versed in MS care nightmare!!! On a positive note he said that my legs are strong and is hopeful of remit of the disease there.

I am just chillin today as i m knackered...lovely blue skys here so going to potter in the garden

JEN - I am on pesasires with progesterone and Elleste HRT tabs, that will be why test date is 17 days. If I get that far surely that will be a good sign?????? On pessaries and tablets all way to test date though....surely HCG will affect reult?? (tell me if I am being a duh!)

Really hope you get a Dr who can give you the support you need. Suppose for people from where you live know no better but with you moving from somewhere which was so supportive it must be a nightmare for you.

Cold Feet is FAB!!! Love it. On series 2 now.....
I am going to the garden this afternoon and watching Dh slog his guts out clearing leaves! Such a joy!!! M-I-L calling too later....

Glad to hear everyone is doing ok.

Jen - what a nightmare about your MS care, it amazes me how treatment and care can change so much in one country!! Here's hoping that you find an MS friendly doctor. I thought the idea was to be pro-active rather than reactive with these kinds of diseases? Perhaps I'm wrong, but at least the consultant said your legs were strong, that has to be a good thing.

Lucy - glad to hear the headaches have gone. I wouldn't worry about the interview (easier said than done I know) but if you are off sick at that time they will just have to re-schedule! Good luck with the scan

Julie- how are you coping doing nothing? I go mad after a few days let alone 17!!! But if you get the BFP at the end it will all be worth it!

Souris - glad to hear the move went ok. I would love to take you up on the offer to go to France, sitting by a pool in the sun....sounds lovely to me!! My brother used to work in Dubai, he was logistics manager for the company building the Palm Jameria (I think I spelt that wrong) islands. Where about's are you out there?

Gail - can't believe Katie is that old already!! Where has that gone? I bet she has changed loads since she was born, bless her!

Nickie my dear, you seem to be on the mend and much more positive about having tmt again. Good luck with the fitness thing, I've been swimming twice a week as well as the gym for the past few weeks and it doesn't seem to have made a blind bit of difference! However, I keep telling myself that muscle is heavier than fat and thats why the weight hasn't changed (I am trying to kid myself!!)

As for me this week has been hectic! We had the annual girls rugby tournament at school yesterday which we had to organise. We usual lose to the grammer school (we are quite a rough school!), however we managed to beat them in the final! Yah! Then today we had the GCSE PE exam with the examiner from hell! In the 10 years that I have been doing it I have never met anyone so fussy and contradictory as her, she told us the complete opposite of what all the others have told us!! Nightmare! Anyway it is all over and done with for another year so I can now relax!

Now I have the joys of parents evening so I will catch you all later

Hi guys, just a quickie to let you know that I arrived in france safe and sound. i am starving and my daddy is taking me to lunch any minute now. Nephew is at school, mum and sis at work so I am with my doggie for the moment.
First injection tomorrow, I am so excited!! also I have a party tomorrow night, a fancy dress 80's!! gonna see all my old friends form school! got myself a golden top, silver tinsel wig and glitter eye
lashes!!

Kate, I just moved to palm jumeira!! The whole thing is not finished yet, not shop, no park yet but it is still nice!! next year will be better.
My dh works for a log. companie!

My update was by the way:

Ovary's still large, but slowly getting smaller.

Over the worst, but not over it completly. Another scan again next week.

Think i over did it today, thought i was better than i thought and decided to get out in garden, and now i'm whacked.

I am naughty.!!!

This w-end, me and dh are going out to the pub, and i intend on having a drink!!! the first time since new years eve!! Wahooo, i think i'll need it!!!

Hi Girls

Nicki - I wasn't really thinking about pregnancy with the whole healthy eating plan, I was more concerned because I seem to be piling on the weight a bit, in the last 2 years I've gone up nearly 3 dress sizes, I don't think I'm fat but I do feel uncomfortable some times when nothing fits me.. I know these drugs can put on a few lb too... oh well isn't going that good anyway went out for big hearty meal last night, I was pogged but really enjoyed... I live just outside Leeds, in a village called Calverly, York isn't that far from me, I could drive there in an hour, maybe a bit longer. Where do you live again.? It’s a shame we don't all live that close isn't it? Enjoy your night at the pub tonight, you do deserve a drink hun..! Take Care

Jen - I like that saying 'what's for you, won't go by you'. Yes I'm on 450, the highest dose, my hospital use to scan me after 3 or 4 days on stims but they are now scanning on day 8, lets hope on Monday I have lots of follies, I've worked it out that Friday should be my last day of stimming.! Jen its crazy how treatment is different in different towns isn't it? That’s disgusting there is only 1 MS nurse to cover that whole region. Don't tell me, NHS, right.??? You need some god support with this. I hope you find a GP. Can't you have physio now then.? You take care of yourself love. What you up this weekend? Just chilling or got plans.?

Julie - How you doing? Enjoying Cold Feet, what’s series are you on now? I read your post about the cramping, try not worry, it can be a good sign, I got that and went on to get a BFP. Keep positive. I know your test date seems like ages away but it'll be here before you know it. Have a nice weekend hun.
