Jsm7502, the first scan is normally scheduled when your HCG levels are higher than 1500, that is when they can start seeing the sac.

I am already 5w2d and still feeling AF cramps every so often, is that normal?????. I can't wait till Thursday to have that scan done, I want to see that everything is ok, I was thinking of letting my friends now at that time if everything is fine............

Jasm7502--I go back for my 2nd beta reading on Thursday. I'm going to try really, really hard on just taking it one day at a time and trying not to look to far ahead. One step at a time!!!

Suzhan---My boobs have gotten huge, too! None of my bras fit anymore. It's crazy. (But kinda fun

)

I need to take a day off to catch up with everything going on here.

Meg12, my clinic said that any level over 6 is pregnancy. Everybody is different. I was also upset that my first level was 49 (most of the ladies here have over 100) but my next beta was 220! So, as long it's doubling, it's fine. Good luck with your next test!
I don't have fever anymore

and my chest is getting better. Of course after reading online how damaging fever is, especially if it's 3rd week after fertilization, I got really worried. It's when heart plate and neural tube is forming. I just hope that i didn't have fever for a very long time to do any damage. I should also stop reading stuff online. Easy to say

Vicky, I'm so happy for you. Your level is great and you are having your scan done soon. I'm sure you are very excited.
My clinc does scan when the level is over 3000. So, hopefully mine will be in the first week of December.
I got a hard ball after PIO shot once. So, now I massage more and apply heat for longer time. It helps. I also ask my DH to warm up the syringe in his hands before the shot.
I feel nauseous in the mornings, my boobs hurt only when I touch them, I'm bloated only sometimes. My cramping stopped.
Well, that's all for now... have to get back to work.

oh, forgot to add: I lost weight too. From 118 to 114. It's scary. I guess it's after me being sick. Today I was 115. I'm really trying to stuff myself with food but it's hard.

KF 06, I am happy your fever and everything else is clearing. Regarding the fever, you had high fever, but you managed to lower it with tylenol, so I don't think it will affect the baby. I think it would affect it if you would have had a prolonged fever that was hard to lower, with a severe infection, but it wasn't the case, you just had a bad cold, that's it, so you and your baby should be fine.......

I can't wait for tomorrow's scan, I am so anxious to see if everything is ok and also to see how many are there!!!!!!.

Hi Everyone,

Well I had my scan and bw done today, and guess what!!! yes you guessed it!! they are still not big enough and I have to keep stimming and go back on friday for another scan & bw!!!!!
They are bigger than they were on monday and they actually measured them today but they were all only 10 or 11 and there are loads of them!! Hormone level has gone up a bit but not too much so they siad that is still fine!! Just got to wait and see, I am very tired and uncomfortable now, god knows what I will be like when they do grow!!!!

KF'06 - Glad to see that your beta is growing nicely, make sure you take it easy at work though!!! nothing too stressful!!

Noodle - We are really close in our cycles, but I think it looks like you might go before me!! How did your scan go today? You are right we must stay positive and try and get to ER & ET!! Good luck with your cycle!!

MB'A - I bet you can't wait for your scan on friday, make sure you come and let us know how it goes!! You and DH must be so excited!!

Cinders101 - I wish you the best of luck for your BFP on monday!! How are you finding working during your 2ww?

Elliecat - Wow a scan for you too, it is great to see all these BFP's developing nicely!! be sure to come and update us after!!!

Meg12 - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad that you got your BFP after all of your worring, I hope that you get good numbers tomorrow!! Hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy and enjoy the next 8 months!!!

Sassynlv - I hope that your accupuncture goes well, I have been debating about having that for ages but just can't decide!! Please let me know how it goes and if you think it works for you!!!

Angellica - I hope that your move went smoothly and that you are getting settled into your new home!!!

Suzhan - You made me laugh about being blonde, I used to be a fake blonde and my husband used to comment on it all the time so I let it grow out to see if it would make a difference and believe me it doesnt!! I am just as dizzy being a brunette!!!!

About acupuncture---did it this last time---LOVED it!!! It worked very well. I highly recommend it.

Vicky77 - Thanks for the dance, I hope to god that it works soon!!!! I just don't know if taking this long to grow is a good thing or a bad thing!!!! I hope they will be ok but just keep thinking that them taking so long will not make then very good quality!!

MB'A - I try so hard to keep up with PMA but as each scan goes by it is getting harder!!! I think I have left it too late to have accupuncture this time but if this was to not work I think I will deffinatley go ahead with the next cycle!!!

Cheekeymonkey: I'm glad to be back at work!!! It totally helps me not obsess about it. It's really good otherwise I would be reading the internet too much!! I hope your follies grow!!! Did they alter your meds at all this time? Do you know how many follies you have??

Hey, has anyone had breast changes during their 2ww??? Like veins showing?? A ring around the outside of the areola?? Just wondering because I notice these things, esp. the veins which are gross!!! I never had that before..could it be a good sign??

Cinders, those are great signs, I don't want to falsely raise your hopes since I don't have the crystal ball, but veins in your boobs and darkening of the areola are definite signs of pregnancy!!!!. Can't wait to hear your BFP!!!!
