Hello Ladies:

Kareen: It won't be long for you now. You will have your babies next week!! That is great that your babies are over 5 lbs. Let us know how your scan goes this Friday.

Vita: I'm sorry to hear that you are having such a rough time. You are not selfish for complaining. After hearing your problems, I feel bad for complaining about swollen ankes and lack of sleep. It seems that you are going to make it to 34 weeks. It seemed just like yesterday that you were trying to make it to 32 weeks. Hang in there, it won't be long now. :D

Jo: How are you doing? How is little Ellie? I miss your posts.

Zoe: How are you and Ollie doing?

Justine: I hope you are getting into a routine with little Nicholas. You three ladies are pros at this mother thing. This is my first baby! I have questions about everything.

Hayley: How are you doing? Have you had your babies yet?

As for me, I have my 33 week OB appt. tomorrow. I wonder if the little guy will still be measuring 2 weeks ahead. I have also been fighting an awful cold since Sunday. It pretty much wipes me out and I have been napping twice a day. He is extremely active these days. I wonder what he is doing in there. I can't wait to hold him in my arms. I am so in love :D

Well, I'd better sign off for now.

Take care all,
Tammy

Happy Saturday Ladies:

Justine: I'm glad things are going well with Nicholas. I'm sorry to hear that you have problems breastfeeding :( . I'm hoping that I won't have any problems, as I really want to breastfeed. I am in love with Andrew too!!!! I have not even help him in my arms, but I am already so attached!!

Kareen: Your babies are getting big. Wow, you may even make it to full term (37 weeks) the way things are going. Have you decided on what pain meds you are getting, if any? Can you tell that I'm obsessed with this topic?

My 33 week appt. went well. The little guy is still measuring 2 weeks ahead, but my doctor said that it did not mean I would go early. That was her opinion. My other doctor seemed to think that I may go early. I guess time will tell. I talked to my female doctor in length about pain meds during labor and delivery. I guess my hosptial uses a narcotic called NuBain if you just get a shot of pain killer. She also went over the epidural vs. the walking epidural.

Jo: Please update us on your little Ellie and yourself.

Zoe: I hope everything is going well with Ollie.

Vita: You have been in my prayers. I can't wait to see the photos of your little ones.

Hayley: Any news yet?

Take care all,
Tammy

Justine: Those pictures of Nicholas are lovely. He is a very adorable little guy. I hope that I can breastfeed too. I have already had leaky nipples (sorry if this is too much info.) so I'm hoping that it means that I can produce milk. :) My female doctor thinks Andrew will be in the 8lb range, but the male doctor thinks he will be close to 9lbs. I guess we will see.
I almost fell down my stairs today and was totally freaked out by that. Luckily, I caught myself with my hands after going down only one stair.

It is very quiet on this site.

Kareen: How are you? When are the babies coming?

Vita: I'm sure that you have been very busy, but please let us know how you and your babies are if you get a chance.

Jo: I hope things are progressing nicely with Ellie and that you can bring her home soon.

Zoe: You must be very busy with little Ollie.

Haley: Have your babies been born yet?

Hello to anyone that I've missed. I'm feeling very alone, since soon I will be the only preggo left on our site.

Regards,
Tammy

Hi Tammy,

You take it easy. Have you never been told you can't fly! You will have to use the hand rail and walk down the stairs like the rest of us!

Andrew sounds like he's progressing well. I always look forward to reading your updates. Just because I don't post I'm still reading about you.

Kareen, you too are doing fantastic. It's great you've managed to keep your little ones in there for so long. Their weights are fantastic. Make sure you get some rest, as much as you possibily can. You can definately rest better at home than in the hospital. Wish I was closer so I could pop round and make sure you are resting!

Justine, Nicholas is lovely. Sounds like you are both adjusting to each other wonderfully.

Zoe how are you? Hope everything is going well for you.

Hayley hope you are well and have managed to keep those little girls in.

Just going off to post an update on Ellie's thread!

Take care. Thinking of you all

Hello All

Jo, I have posted on Ellie's thread....what an amazing little girl! I am so happy for you.

Vita, hope you are all doing well. Can't wait to see some piccies of your precious new family. Take care.

Kareen, not long to go now! The babies sound like they are doing really well and are certainly a decent size. Hope you are taking it easy and not experiencing too much discomfort.

Tammy, so glad you managed to stop yourself from falling down the stairs. It is amazing how much your centre of balance changes with the extra baggage!! Andrew souns like he is going to be a strapping lad....9lbs!! I am in the same boat as my little boy is measuring in the 78th percentile. Apparently he has a large head...I really didn't need to know that though!

Justine, Nicholas is a doll!! He is just perfect. I can understand why you are such a proud mum. I can't believe you only stayed in hospital for one day...my hospital keeps us there for 5 days!! It sounds like you are coping beautifully and have already established a routine. Can't wait for more piccies...keep em coming!

Hayley, you are obviously busy with your new daughters. Hoping everything went really well and you are all doing brilliantly.

Really nothing exciting to report here. I am finishing work on Thursday and plan to do very little after that....swim, swim and swim some more. It is stinking hot here at the moment and so I am not feeling too active. I can't wait to meet my little(?) boy and I am getting quite excited but also quite nervous about becoming a parent. The baby still hasn't engaged but my OB doesn't seem too worried. He is going to take some more measurements this week which will give us an indication of how big he will actually be....if he doesn't engage soon, my OB reckons it is probably because he can't (due to his exceptionally large head). I am a pretty easy going person so whatever will be will be...I am not going to get too stressed about it.

Wishing you all the best for the new week...keep the updates coming!!

Cheers
Heather

Hello Ladies:

Jo: I hope little Ellie is getting big! Andrew is progressing nicely. I have an OB appt. tomorrow. He must be pressing on my bladder, as I have to pee very often now. It seems that I'm going every 30 min. to an hour.

Heather: Did they measure your baby's head during an ultrasound? Mine was measured, but the tech did not say one way or the other if he had a big one. I just know I hope that he comes early. I don't know if I can wait 5.5 more weeks. I'm hoping he will come at 37 or 38 weeks. I feel huge!!

Kareen: Congrats on your twins!!!!!! I posted to your other thread.

Justine: How are you and Nicholas doing?

Zoe: Hopefully, you are doing well with Ollie.

I will be the last of our gang to deliver :( . I'm already feeling lonely here.

Take care all,
Tammy

Hello Ladies

Happy Australia Day!!

Tammy, sounds like Andrew is engaged already...that is a good sign and may mean that your wish will come true and he will arrive early. My OB measured the baby's head by ultrasound to determine size. He just kept saying...gee he has a really big head, what a big head, he must have a huge brain...I was mortified! I am hoping that the margin of error for the scan leans towards smaller rather than bigger. I saw the OB again yesterday and the baby's head has moved down into my pelvis so I will not need a cs at this stage....not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing!

Justine, wow you have lost a lot of weight...you must be some kind of super woman or maybe lifting weights is the way to go...I will have to borrow a friends toddler and give it a go! I have actually lost about 14 pounds since being diagnosed with gestational diabetes but it is weight I could afford to lose...I am that person in the pink t-shirt with the dogs that keeps popping up on photobucket (gives me a horrible shock each time) so you can see I am no skinny minny! I am so glad that Sophie loves Nicholas so much. I bet they are adorable together. I hope I get a baby as happy as Nicholas!

It is a holiday here today...Australia Day! I have hired a rubbish skip and DH and I are systematically going through the house and throwing things out. I am determined to fill it up, although it is huge, so I am hoping that the baby doesn't come just yet!

Hello to everyone, hope you are all doing well and enjoying your new additions. Is it just you and I left Tammy? It is quiet here.

Have a great weekend!

Cheers

Hello Ladies:

Justine: Those latest pictures of Nicholas are precious. Good for you on the weight loss. I can't wait to take off this weight!! I was 15 lbs over weight when I got pregnant, so I will also have those 15 lbs to shed. The delivery will come at a good time, just right before Spring. I plan to loose my weight by the beginning of summer, if at all possible.

Heather: It is just down to you and me now! I sure hope that Andrew comes a little early. I don't think that I can wait 4.5 more weeks. Of course if I have to, I will. I have one more 2 week appt. and then will be going every week after February 8th.

Jo: How are you and little Ellie doing? I'm hoping that she can go home in the near future.

Vita: I hope that the triplets are home or close to coming home. I can't wait to see the pictures.

Kareen: Andrew and Katie are adorable!! How are you doing? I hope that you have someone at home to help with them, since you will have more work with two.

Hello to Zoe and Haley and anyone else that I may have missed.

Take care all,

Tammy
