Sha,
WOO HOO!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! * jumping up and down* That's wonderful hon!!!!
Sonya, thank you so much for your understanding and encouraging message. You're so right - this is a different baby and a new try. Thanks sweetie!!
Stephanie, I am so sorry

There really are no words. I understand not wanting to put yourself and your family through that again - and I truly, truly hope that the tube reversal will do the trick for you. Thinking of you....
Natalie, I'm so happy that my messages helped you feel more reassured! I know the feeling of wanting to go up and beyond - and being used to it too. That's why it's good to remember that it's a nice, strong BFP and that's ALL that matters - and also know that it's the rise not the number.
About high betas very early - it's true they often signify multiples, but many get high numbers and yet turn out to be pregnant with a singleton. Also, like I mentioned, a
very high number may be cause for concern as it may indicate not multiples but a severe problem. So it's best to be somewhere in the middle

I've also heard of several women who got started with a middle range (singleton) HCG level but turned out to be expecting multiples. So who knows, maybe twins aren't out of the question for you yet!!! My doctor has told me time and again that a single beta within the normal range tells pretty much nothing besides the fact that there is a pregnancy. (And to mess it all up, there are also women whose numbers defy all the stats and they go on to have healthy, normal pregnancies with HCGs that are way too high or too low.)
Anyhow, I hope you can put your worries aside and enjoy this wonderful time of your life! Your first scan will tell you much more about your pregnancy than a beta ever can. When are you going in? Good luck sweetie!!!
