Val
I like that your RE is cautious and not jumping to a doom and gloom scenario. I realize your situation is not ideal, but your positive attitude will get you and your baby through it. You are a very strong person thats for sure. You have shown such courage and tenacity through out this process.
I have read allot of stories that sound just like what your going through that have happy endings. Keep the faith girl.......I think you little one may just be a little shy still...and I stll have faith your bean is working extra hard to grow so he/she can meet their Mommy :)

Wow Val. I'm so thrilled to hear that there's still hope. But now another nearly 2ww! You really have a wonderful attitude and I'm sure it will see you and your little bean through.

SueQiwi - listen to toobee, she gave you good advice. And I'm sure your clinic will tell you but monitor your weight frequently and let them know of a large sudden gain. I don't envy you having to do 2 trigger shots tonight! It will all be worth it in the end though.

Renee - do keep up the PMA. I too thought I was getting a BFN this last cycle.

Thanks so much to the rest of you for your congratulations. It's starting to sink in and I think DH is actually getting his hopes up now. He was ssoooooo devastated by the MC. I'm feeling more nausea today but still haven't hurled. Little favors!

val- I am glad they found a heartbeat. I'll be praying for your beanie. Stay strong for another long wait and rest up. I am with you about eating everything. I am tired of eating!! I don't eat a lot at one time but eat every 1-2 hours. Lots of hugs.

toobee- Sorry you feel like crap. I am pretty nauseous also. Last night I ended up vomiting really bad. Came out my nose  Can't wait for the second trimester. Are you able to eat? Take it easy.

kerpupples - Alright on seeing the heartbeat. Isn't that the coolest. I can't wait until I go back on tues. Take care.

stefanie
- Sorry about the spotting. Take it easy. I hope things get better.

sueQuwi - Congrats on triggering. I really hope OHSS passes you by. I had to do two trigger shots a day apart. :? The one at night I was eating since we had guests over and I had to trigger in the bathroom. Luckily it was a sub-q shot and not a problem.

renee - Don't give up hope yet. I was really bloated and had AF symptoms and ended up pg. Keep your PMA up! Good luck.

chris- I'll be thinking about your friend, though I did have to look up what P&PT was. :) Hope all is well with you. Take care.

Well, sorry I haven't written much lately. I have been reading the posts, but not much going on here. Feel like crap most the time and just taking it easy. Some days are better than others. My belly is calling again so I better find it something to eat. Take care everyone.

Val: It's not an ideal situation...but you SAW A HEARTBEAT! Hooray! Good luck with the wait until the next US.

I'm finally starting to feel a bit better, but it's gotten sooo cool here in Chicago I feel like I'm catching a chill. Happy Fall to everyone!

Thank you all for your kind encouraging words.
I'm feeling surprisingly good and optimistic. I thought I would kind of crumble, but I know I have to fight for my beanie more than any other time.

I went to AP and felt good about that too. She told me not to worry and that it's probably fine. The fact that I'm so hungry is good and I sure am hungry today. Just finished eating dinner and 1/2hr later I was starving. Maybe he decided to start catching up.

SueQiwi~ I think that Toobee gave you great advice. I didn't want to scare you either but you have to be aware of what the possibilities are. You may not get it at all and I hope you don't but you will know what to look for and what to do. You have a great lining and wishing you the best on ER!! Let us know how it went.

Renee~ Don't you give up already...your mind should be on this cycle and not the next one. The cramps and bloating can very well be signs of pregnancy. It's not over until the fat lady sings!!!
Keep your PMA and trust that you're pregnant! Hugs. Stay strong!

Stefanie~Keep your butt parked on the sofa as that will help stop the spotting. It is very common for women to spot, especially when having twins. You're in my thoughts but I know that you will be fine.

Turtles~ Glad to hear from you! I'd take a little nausea from each of you if I knew it would make my baby catch up. It is no fun at all but a really good sign. Hope it subsides very soon.

Toobee~ You know I think about you every day. So sorry that the nausea got so bad that it came out of your nose. Three little beanies sure can add to even stronger symptoms. You will look back one day and will know it's totally worth it. I know that you know that. Take good care of yourself and get pampered by DH...you deserve it!!!

Well, I hope you all have a good night and I cross my fingers and toes for 2 more BFP!!!

Love and hugs,

Val

Val - I wish you would have had a better outcome for your US yesterday. I think that someone out there just likes for the IVF women to go through a lot of extra hurdles to be happily PG. You are doing the best thing that you can for your little bean with staying positive. Being negative wouldn't help you or your little bean. Take it easy and keep on eating.

Happy Friday to Everyone, hope all your little ones are happily growing inside all of you. SueQiwi, wishing you the best for ER.

Hi Val:

I am so happy your RE was able to see a faint HB. I Know that this is your time and that little bean will be growing strong for the next 11 days just so his/her mommy can be assured he/she is safe and sound. I will be checking in on everyone, and sending all my love and much much baby dust.

I have been very busy lately with some more construction going on in my house. my hubby is redoing the basement, turning it into a pool room slash media room. I want it all done by Christmas so when our older kids come over thwy have a place to hang out and escape us old folks. LOL

I have never expereinced anything like this in my life. As long as am laying down life is not so bad, but as soon as move around life becomes unpedicatble and I feel like Im gonna hurl......

I am ready for drugs...................

I hope its safe ......I hate drugs but Im not in a good posisition and something has to give

Ok..Thanks for letting me rant...I just needed to blw off some steam

toobee - I am so sorry you are so miserable. I think drugs will be good so you can keep food down. Your babies need the food. I hope the meds work well for you.

toobee - The friend I mentioned did eventually take nausea meds. They helped her gobs and her son is healthy and adorable as can be! I'm sure they will do wonders for you too. I hear lots about Diclectin from our Canadian friends but I'm not sure they prescribe that much hear. Good luck!

toobee- I have been pretty bad today. I tried twice to throw up just to make myself feel better but nothing. I am just laying around, can't concentrate on anything. I am still hungry all the time even when I feel nauseous. It is weird how some days are better than others. It was horrible when it came out my nose the other day. Not a fun moment. At least I did feel a little better afterward. I might break down on Tues. when I go for u/s and get some meds. Hope they help you.

Toobee~ So glad you got some zofran and I know that it will ease your nausea. Hang in there until then, relief is on the horizon.

Turtles~ Hope you don't need the meds but if it gets too bad, why not take them especially if it doesn't hurt the baby.

Good luck!
