Just a quick update..after 3 weeks on 20u of Lupron I am still not supressed. DH and I are deciding whether to cotinue with this FET, 2 more weeks of 20u twice a day or abandon this cycle and start another fresh with AF. So sad.

Lauren - I say take a few days off if you work such long shifts on your feet!!! 7 eggs is awesome can't wait for the fert report!!!! How many follies?

Kynlee - how did your SnS go? I have ER this week too!

Osi - sorry you feel bloated but it is normal - so much for the cute pregnancy bod when you feel 5 mos already! :)

babyblu - how are you doing pregnant momma? Get the kleenex ready for your first US appt, there will be tears of joy!

Karian - wow good thing you cheked the follistim! I once took a saline shot cause we never switched the training pen!

Tess - you are not irrational you are an IVF mommy! We think we will relax after a BFP but heck no! Get your OB soon so you can get another U/S - are you doing genetic testing?

klinger - your prayers were answered (see AFM!). BBBBBBBBBBFFFFFFFFFFFFPPPPPPPPPPP! I can't wait to get the official beta but I loved it that you saw the clear line there and I saw it too! Congrats and I am still dizzy from doing a happy dance for you!

crystal - good luck with your transfer tomorrow!

Tammy - can you take a look at my numbers below and tell me what you think since you are our resident expert? You think Trigger Wednesday? I can't wait for the news tomorrow of your ET! Sign me up for the bullying classes!!! And my left ovary is taking after your right - buggars! 4 embibabies!!!!!!!!! I am so glad this cycle turned around for you!

Lou - DHEA made my periods really heavy and same 28 days, progesterone could have messed you up. Let us know what the vet says. Good luck!

Margi - I still think you are too early to tell so keep the PMA! You will have two lines to show us - praying for your BFP!!!

AFM - had a great SnS day! I have 6 follies on my left and 4 on the right, they measure:
10 10.6 11.1 12.3 12.3 12.6 12.7 12.8 13.9 14.4
So to me it seemed like they are very close together. The RE said 10 follies but the nurse let me in that she does not measure the smaller ones cause she tries to be conservative so that I could end up with even more and some almost mature, they watch the almost mature ones and go back and try to ICSI them too if they mature even hours later. I think my ER will be Friday, she said Fri/Sat or Sun but don't they trigger at 18mm? Growing 2 mm a day? Tammy? She did say my left ovary is hard to get to so she might have to go through my belly to do it  yickes! Have any of you heard of that? This is such a great cycle, with my quack RE I would go in for my first SnS (day 7 or 8 of stimms) and I would have one or two super follies at 22 to 26 mm and never a bunch together. So my #1 IVF I had 10 follies and 7 eggs but only 4 mature, I think he ICSId the almost mature ones on the spot without waiting which is essentially a waste of time my nurse explained. You have to wait for them to mature to know where to ICSI. Anyway this cycle at 39 is better than the one at 36 so far!!! Oh I am praying for lots of mature eggs!!!!!!!!! I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!

Oh Ryann - I'm so sorry, that is just terrible!!! You just cannot catch a break lately!! I'm sorry I really know nothing about FETs but are there any other alternatives that you could use instead of the Lupron? I know some women just use the estrogen beforehand or just do a natural FET. Would something like that be a possibility? You have waited so long for this and it breaks my heart every time you get pushed out further!

Rio - Now I'm doing the super happy dance for your follies!!! WOW that is an awesome bunch you got cooking in there!!! Bravo!!!

Margi - Good point with realizing you're really only 9dpo. I wasn't thinking of that either! I just know you're going to see that 2nd line very soon and I can't wait to do a happy dance for you!

Lauren - Great news on the 7 eggs!! Can't wait to hear your fert report tomorrow!!

Klinger, your BFP's look so beautiful! No dirty martini Plan B for you, girl!

Rypell1985, I'm so sorry about the 3 weeks of unsuccessful Lupron. Good luck making the choice whether to continue or not. Losing that time is so heartbreaking, but hopefully, your doctor has learned more about what it will take to treat your issues successfully.

Tammy, thank you for your input about the number of embies to put in. It sounds like you are SET to go. I hope the ET went well. Let us know.

Riogirl71, I can't believe they might go through your stomach for the ER. You better get some rockin' good drugs for that, my friend.

Klingar - you go girl!! Can't wait to see the next pic

Amesy - we have to pay, guys ACU have been ok, no problems.

Nancy - I am also to nervous to do a POAS, I am happy to wait.

All- good luck with stims, ER,ETs and betas. Sorry only can do short posts this week.

Rio - great news on the folls, sounds like you are doing great. Why am I bloated and fat, I mean really fat?

Afm - being in the course is helping to take my mind of the wait. Has anyone one had any twinges in the sides of the belly during 2ww, could it be my ovaries reducing back to size?

Ryann -- Wait.... all is not lost! Same thing happened to me. I developed a cyst and it was at 18mm ready to ovulate at my lining check. What we did was have me stop the Lupron and start progesterone right away. I transferred 5 days later. So I guess I was converted to a natural cycle. That is where the FET takes place a few days after ovulation when the fertilized embryo would normally make its way to the uterus. Please talk to your doctor about a natural cycle FET. You could still very well have your BFP by the end of the month!

Rio -- OMG!!! I'm soooo happy for you. Holy follies! 10 is fantastic! Do you think it's due to DHEA? I secretly hope so since I'm taking it as well. Thanks also for your input on the cycle length. I've heard some women on DHEA have longer or shorter cycles. I should be close to ovulating right now but there's no LH showing at all on the OPK. Grrr... frustrating! I'm hoping it was because maybe it took some time for my progesterone level to come down after my BFN. I got my BFN on 10/16 and started AF on 10/20 but it was lighter than usual, only 2 days if moderate flow. I need to just relax and see what happens but I'm so damn determined to try naturally for the next couple of months!

AFM -- OK, at work there are three women (besides me) who are trying for babies and all started to "try" around August/Sept. One of them told me today she is 5 weeks. She went to Paris with her DH on vacation in mid September and said right after the trip she was going to try. We were at a wedding together on 9/25 and she was drinking alcohol and now just a month later freakin' PREGNANT. WTF??? I just don't get how some people can get pregnant whenever they want in one month. This is her second. Why does this piss me off?

Hi Everyone!
I am new to this group and going through IVF this month for the first time. I have to have a hysteroscopy on the 19th to make sure i dont have a polyp in my uterus. I will be starting lupron on the 21st and i think my pregnancy test will be a day or two after christmas. Any advice from you girls is more than welcome! I, of course, am super nervous!!!!

LOU - I do credit DHEA and CoQ10 for the improvement, amazing how even on my bloodwork my hormones were even at better levels than 3 years ago! and trust me I was eating better and exercising 3 years ago way more than now. Even my thyreoid which I have no issues with was at 1.4 instead of 3. So I do think it is making a difference. But last month when I went for AFC it was not as good so I believe you need to be on it for at least 2 months, I am also doing acupuncture for increased blood flow. I get pissed off when people tell me "it is almost too easy for us to get pregnant." It is normal for us who go through so much to get pissed at that, who wants to spend all their cash, get shots, get on the crazy juice if they could just have a little nookie and bam - pregnant! But guess what, I honestly think that us IVFers make better mommas cause we appreciate our little miracles even when they are complete brats. Trust me, you will see how patient you can be when you get your baby!!! So we lose here but gain there! Image See this is an IVF mom staying calm while her sextuplets go crazy! ;) A normal girl couldn't cut it!

OSI - After and IVF I always look 5 mos, it stinks cause I have to wear loose clothes or people honestly ask me if I have something in the oven cause I get so swollen, and I dont even make many follies! Think of the twinges as practice for the little kicks!

Ryann- argh sorry hun, big hugs.

Meinemo - you crack me up with your comment - yes it would be hard to judge if you were fertile myrtle :) You did what you were comfortable with and you should not blame yourself for the decision. I appreciate you being here for us after dealing with a tough time, you are a sweet person and a strong woman and I will be here to witness your BFP as well! :) Have you given any thought to when to try again? If you don't mind me asking, how did you girls pick who was going to get preggers? Between DH and I it was easy ;) men are too chicken to get pregnant ;) LOL!!!!

Margi - this one is for you because it is justified and then I will find a cute BFP for you soon! Image

Klinger this one is for you! Image

Argh my estradiol is only 115 on day 6 but she said the femara could be blocking it so they don't seem concerned, always something isn't it?

JUST LOST AN ENTIRE POST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ryann-I am so sorry you keep hitting rough spots! I wish I could help or give you some advice but Ive never been on Lupron. all I know is bcp can cause cysts bc my first cycle I had them and once off the bcp it helped..I dont even know if you used them this cycle. I hope whatever decision you make that it all works out for you :D

Tammy-Ok congrats on your ET tomorrow!!! so happy for you :D you got 4 awesome embryos it sounds like :D My RE said I would be transfering 2 bc of my age but we will see how my embryos behave in culture and also compare to last time :D my embryologist doesnt give you grading..should I bully them?? I want to know more specifics about them..I am nervous and sore!! They beat me up on my left side as well :D I need drugs..my DH is running to store to get me some :D

Amanda-You go GIRL!!! I am so happy for you and the DH!!!!! I know you transfered 3..how many did you get? refresh my memory,,,I forget the details..you must be thrilled!!!!! I am praying for my BFP as well as for all you ladies :D

Rio-Woo-hoo AWESOME count!!! I had 13 follies on sat which grew alot overnight in one day more than 1-2mm..RE was impressed! I only got 7 out of 13 but he said you never know until you go in! Like there could be ones filled with fluid and no egg..it sounds like yours are all growing together and even a few smaller ones so you never know could end up with more too :D By the way you will be about a week or so behind me so you will have to help keep me out of crazytown..I willhand you the keys as I exit and you enter..LOL

Sonya-How are you feeling today?

Lou-How is the puppy? Good luck with your specialist :D I will be in contact about the pther stuff

EVERYONE else..Thank you. I know I missed your personals but you are never forgotten and in my prayers I am just very sleep

AFM-The RE was very funny today..said lets go EGG HUNTING!! I said yea lets get only the best  He said I will be sore on the left side bc he had to work hard at getting eggs over there! I have been sleeping all day off and on..so tired and nauseated...I think I am going to plan to take off till my blood test bc my RE doesnt want me doing any lifting of 10 pounds or more and to rest up! thats almost impossible with my job. I hope my boss doesnt give me any crap..oh well right?

ttg1219 - Welcome to our group!! You'll find lots of supportive and wonderful ladies on this thread so we're glad you could join us!

karin - I am so, so happy ED is starting stims today. Woo-hoo!!! This cycle is the one!!

lauren - I had 5 eggs at ER, 3 fertilized, and we transferred all 3. I LOL at your RE's egg hunting comment! I say rest up if you can so you don't have to do any heavy lifting. You've come this far so I figure do whatever you can. Other than regular light housework and walking the dog, I've stayed pretty lazy since ET. I just figure taking it easy certainly won't hurt anything.

rio - I love all the blinkies you find!!

Lou - that drives me nuts too! My brother & SIL just announced a couple weeks ago that they're due with their first in May. Happened on their first month of trying, BAM! Now I love my brother and SIL, they are wonderful people and I would never want them to go through any kind of infertility problems, but it still smarts just the same after we've been trying for so long.

Lou: I am with you...especially right now near the end of the 2ww...very pissed off at every "easily" giggle giggle pregnant woman.

Ryann: Oh, no... :( You have had to put off too much...I hope that Lou is correct...look at all your options. My prayers are with you.

Riogirl: Again, great growing follies!! And, love the icons/dancing things! Thanks! They make me smile...which is what I am needing right now. Sigh.

Tammy: Hope you get to bed early to rest up for tomorrow. It will be YOUR Day and YOUR cycle. Zach's sibling(s) will be coming to momma!

AFM: Thanks ladies for the PMA. Sending everyone Baby Dust. Perhaps tomorrow that stupid line will show...
