OMG JULIE!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS. WOOHOO!!! I AM SO SO HAPPY FOR YOU. I HAVE A BIG GRIN ON MY FACE! I HAVE TO SAY WHEN I READ ALL YOUR POSTS ABOUT AF PAINS SO EARLY I THOUGHT IT WAS LOOKING GOOD!!! BIG HUGE CONGRATS AGAIN!!! I have worked out your due date as 15th January 2008 ?? if you take it from ET date as 2weeks ago tomorrow as that would mean you are 15 weeks behind me! Its gonna be so nice to have a buddy on the BFP side! I had those AF cramps too leading up to test date.

LUCY congrats on the 6 embies and the strong ones now snuggling in for the next 9 months. As you say, even tho you couldn't freeze you got a great no.! Hpe your doing ok on the 2ww. Youy have to make this 3 in a row for this year hun, you can do it! Think that's very wise to wait til after test date to go back. Best of luck for the interview when it comes honey we will be keepin everythig crossed xxx

This sight is soooo slow again so I am not going to post a long one as I have been on for ages already trying to access then read. Now dh and I going to watch a dvd before early bed then work tomorrow Think I hve started feeling the first kicks of the little one, not definite but whatever I am feeling is getting more frequent and stronger so becoming more sure that's what it is Had a fab week off, will tell all when I can post at a time when this site isn't so slowwww!!!!

Morning girlies

I am soooooo damn tired. I haven't slept all night, apart from about 1 hour. Was sat up in bed eating toast at 4.45. No idea how I am going to get through today on no sleep. Decided to ring clinic today just to check I am A) not in the doghouse and B) not mistaken and then going to tell our parents tonight. Can't face another sleepless night!

Just a quickie - CONGRATULATIONS Julie!! Such great news! Here's hoping it is a good omen for the rest of us...your turn next Lucy!!

Need a bit of advice girls, do you remember my last cycle which was a week and a half late? Well the same seems to be happening this one as well. Do you think my cycle is mucked up (I have been a 29/30 day girl for as long as I can remember!!), it seems to be since my last FET. However, I didn't take any drugs with it so I can't understand why things would have changed. I am now 8 days late, have slightly sore boobs and don't know what or when I should expect AF!! The only thing I do remember is that around day 21 my discharge was clear and stringy much like when you are due to ovulate (sorrt if TMI!) - please help!!

Hope everyone else is ok and enjoyed the weekend - will post more later, have to go and teach!!

Nikki - Thanks for the colourful pics! Hope you are ok. Rang the clinic this morning and they wouldn't take the result. Congratulated me for the positive which is more than likely a definite positive, their words not mine, but need to ring back Friday as cannot accept any results before contact date

Souris - Glad AF is here for you. How rude was the midwife! No need for that! Hope they are friendlier when you go!! When is your scan?

Lucy - How are you? Hope your PMA is soaring and your feet are up chilling out!

Jen - Glad you enjoyed your weekend. Sorry the weather wasn't better tho. Good news re the AF. Hope you get sorted at the Drs. let me know how you get on. What a summer you will be having!

this is such a positive site just now cause of Julies BFP!!!!

Julie have you told clinic parents yet??? Bet you are so excited. IAnnoying that you can't get it checked until friday with the clinic but as they say its a definate. i like your ticker...pink eh? are you hoping for a girl? Will need to get nivki to set up a boy girl bet sheet like she did for Lisa! Hope you are coping okay with your lack of sleep. Was DH up with you at 4.45 eating toast? You must both be over the moon.

Kate sorry to hear about your worries. It took me 3 mnths to get back on line but that was with meds. I can only presume that your body is still adjusting after FET. Could you call the clinic and ask a helpful nurse? I honestly think that AF will regulate eereself soon enough...she did with me. Hope you get some help from Gp/clinic....Hugs to you x x

Lisa- Glad you had a fab week away...and it's so exciting that you are now feeling baby kicking ....wow Enjoy!

Nicki- I have an appointment with my NEW GP a week friday to talk through scans bloods etc. ...it seems ages away but i heard on the grapevine that she had ivf after years trying and now has twins. So I know at least she will understand what i am going through. She works part time so hence the wait. Hopefully we can get reffered to a private clinic for scans and get them done in June as it needs to be 6 days after AF starts. We have no relatives in Spain just chose that clinic for % of BFP's, no wait for donors, and easy flights there.
Sad to hear that your hol up here was tinged with sadness. that must have been ( and prob still is ) a difficult time for you.
Hope you find a good garden set! John Lewis has some great stuff a bit expensive but such good quality. we bought a hammock from them 3 years ago and it's still fab!!! Hope the sun comes back soon it 's like April windy wet showers here...yeuk
Do you still have to go for any more scans to check your ovaries and eggs?

Kate, I dont know what to say about your cycle maybe youre having alate cycle but if you thought u ov on day21 parhaps AF will come late too!!
Have you done HPT? just in case?

Have you also had bloods done recently, as we all change, so maybe you cycle is shifting from 29/30 to 35!!

Hello all

Just a quickie to say I won't be checking til prob weekend again as my mum got taken into hospital yesterday with arm/chest pains/ dizziness. Turns out everything health wise is fine - she had bloods, ECG and was monitored for 12 hrs - but putting it down to bad panic attack. My mum worries about a lot and for her it always seems to translate into physical pain. Think she is terrified of having a heart attack as my maternal gran died suddenly like that. She lives on her own too so I am going the 100 miles today to see her and stay ofr a couple of days. Have taken compassionate leave from work - have left colleagues in the lurch a bit but hey ho family comes first. Think i am going to have to have a good sit down with my mum and try and work out away for her to manage her anxiety. as she frequently goes to the doctors with minor symptoms and gets paranoid Anyway so for rambling ....

Julie my first night after BFP dh and hardly slept either and I got up at 4 in mornning to do another hpt then did a third at 10 am !! Have you done any more?? Congrats again honey I am sooo sooo pleased for you and dh! xxx

Kate if you ovulated on day 21 then your AF shold arrive no later than day 39 as 2nd part of your cycle always between 12-17 days so if it doesn't come by then maybe you should do an HPT???

Hello guys!

Kate, I have always ALWAYS been 32 days. I even knew when my AF will start (8 in the morning!). But since I have started IVF< it has been all over the place, even when not cycling. From 28 to 36 days...
So hope AF will be there soon!

Julie, have you realised yet?? The first few weeks are kind of weird but soon you will get to see your lil'one! I guess your clinic did not give you the date for your first scan yet as they cant take your BFP yet!

Lucy how are you and your tiny ones? Hope the PMA is back girl!

I went for my scan this morning, for the moment I have 10 follies on my right side and 7 on the left side. And it is before the stimms! So I hope they will grow and if I can have a few more that would be great. Dh sperm is not very good at fertilising my eggies and last time it was fresh sperm... So I dont know if the frozen one will work...

I got the call from the midwife (a bit more friendly than a few days ago) and I will start the stims this saturday. Next scan in 1 week to see if the stims do their job!

It is a lovely weather so I am working in the garden today, my poor back needs a massage!
