Hellooo

I have time for a quick post between clients! Angie, you need to go and have sex now! I mean it. My my this is like Xmas. I can't remember the last time I ovulated. Forget the plumber and just do the deed!

Dr F sounds good, so are you going to make the switch??? Is she at the same clinic with Dr D?? I am glad that she will do blast transfers (although hopefully you won't need to do that by then). Amazing stat about the 10 embies though. It just goes to show how many variables can screw IVF up and that it really just is a "numbers game" in the words of your beloved Dr D...

As far as her comments go on my thaw cycle, I do recall that I was stimming for quite a while before we got the levels right, so there may be something in that...I think it is a pretty common way to do things over here in Perth though...

Sass, as usual your life reads like a soap opera. I loooove soaps. I will say this for BIL, he seems to be quite the clever criminal. If only he would use his powers for good instead of evil. I just can't understand how he can hack into your details the way he has. What a nightmare....hope you had a good dinner out to take your mind off your troubles...

Amy, hmmm no urge to chew on ice.... but gimme some icecream and I'm a happy camper. I think in all my googling about anemia I did read something about people wanting to eat wierd stuff like ice. Oh well I guess it's a pretty cheap fix...I'm actually starting to feel human again, so all this iron intake must be having an effect thank gooodness, I was feeling awful.

Mel sorry to hear about the crap day you are having. Amy's right though we are problems solvers so put us to work. Congrats on losing all that weight that is no mean feat. You must be very proud of yourself. I'm gonna check out your blog in a minute.

Jenn, enjoy your trip. Is this the one that MIL is going on, the one where you can't go to LA?? I will join you in beating up anyone who Mel directs us to. Not that I've ever beaten anyone up before, but I want to, I'm ready....

Well best be off to do some work while I'm feeling good!

Fee

Hey girls-

This will be a quick one...

Sassy- I am sorry you are dealing with all of this. It sounds really sucky, and I hope it gets better soon. Hope your dildocam appt. goes well, and the Dr. is impressed with your toes! What color are we painting them?

Angie- I agree with Fee- SEX it up girl. Have some for me! I think DH's parts are going to fall off if I don't give them some attention soon! Oh well- that is what this vacation is for!

Fee- yep this is the MIL trip so pray for me!! Glad you are feeling well today. I just checked your ticker and time has flown!! You are getting close!!!!

Mel- boxing gloves are on, we are waiting for orders. Hope today is better, I said a prayer for you. Let me know if it worked.

Amy- I would love to pick up DS! I think he would learn a lot more with me next week than with the banshee. I am going to the zoo and sea world. He can do a whole report on the animals he learns about!

Gotta run girls, tons of errands to get done before we head out tomorrow!
Jenn

Ok really, I am leaving today but I just realized that I have to change my profile. Tomorrow is a big day for DH and I. We will both turn 29. AHHHH the last year of my roaring 20's!! I must live it up this year before the big 30!!

Amy is DS packed and ready? I will be there tomorrow...

Thanks Jenn - I will have him out on the porch waiting. It isn't quite 100 today so he should be fine. Thanks for the invite. The vacation school will surely cheer him up.

Have fun with him...

no allergies, but he doesn't like lettuce.

Hi girls.

Jenn--- HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! To both of you!!!! Hope you have a fabulous trip!

On the ovary front... 2 cysts (not too big), and estrogen was elevated. will just watch for now as I am very sensitive to ovarian suppression. Repeating everything on Monday.

Latest addition of "How the ******* Runs": A few days ago I decided to have our mail forwarded to sil's house where it would be safer, since we knew he is trying to get our mail. We found out by accident (oh and how grateful I am that we did) yest morn that The ******* had beat me to it. He filed a fraudulent change of address with the postal service... using a credit card account we had CLOSED the day before (but see, the cc companies want your business... so some of them keep doing stupid stuff like automatically opening new accounts for you, or keeping them open even when there has been fraud and you are CLEAR it is to be closed immediately). you can only imagine how PISSED OFF I WAS. Among other things... all of our new credit cards, ATM cards and checks are to arrive very soon by mail and as of yesterday morning everything was going to an address he controlled. We currently have no access to bank accounts or credit cards- except for a old "fun" money account I still had from years ago-- because everything had to be cancelled and completely blocked. We need those ATM cards as the cash in my little account won't last forever (the $400 I had to pay for the US on Thursday didn't help!). But more importantly--- it is essential BIL doesn't get a hold of any of it.

So I spent 8 hours (I wish I was kidding... I had to recharge my phone twice) on the phone with the post office people and filing report after report with different offices of the Postal Inspector (See... now we are getting somewhere... they will actually DO something about bil, I think). I even met with the supervisor at my local post office who was very helpful. They think they caught all the mail before it went to the fraudulent address. We will finally get what has become a very LARGE police report filed today before heading out of town.

I am a bit anxious about leaving town considering things with The ******* haven't calmed down much (he attempted twice yest morn to open accounts in our names but we were notified by the fraud alert on our credit). But I think we are going to head out anyway today for the IndyCar race in Sonoma that dh got me tickets for as a surprise. Back tomorrow night for Audrey's funeral on Monday and an early morning dildocam rendezvous. Then flying out again for the rest of the week. As long as we have consistent internet and phone access, I think we will be ok.

Whatever. There is only so much more I can take. Sorry to be such a downer lately. Ummmmm. on a good note... I'M GOING TO THE INDYCAR RACE TOMORROW!!!

OMG!! Sassy you will be right down the highway from me! I wish I could come and see you at the race. Traffic is a nightmare to get out there so go potty before you get in the car. On the other hand, the weather and drive will be beautiful. Lucky you.

As for the BIL - that guy is on a mission. Most druggies would have given up by now, but not him. He is going for the gold. Quite a challenge he is presenting you with. When you win this one, you certainly deserve a medal. I can't believe how sneaky he is. I wouldn't even have thought about half of what he has tried and I watch a lot of Law and Order. You are handling it all like a champ and we are proud of you. Now that he has mail fraud and the feds can be involved you could actually put him away for some time. The AG can rear her ugly head anytime you need her too. I am great at calmly making people feel bad and getting some action done.

When do they check your cysts again and why are they charging you 400?? Is that the clinic or can you go to your OB and have it be covered... Trying to help make that slush fund last you a bit longer.

Have a safe trip Sassy!

A

Azem - I will PM you. I go to the clinic in Davis, California.

Jenn - How was your birthday? Any internet connection???

Fee - How is the raw meat diet going? I just have this horribly funny picture of you sitting in your fancy law office eating giant ribs or raw steaks a few times a day... I am hoping you are feeling better and that Nogs isn't taking too much out of you! You know it is just the beginning. Kids are always taking something from you... if it isn't your Iron, its something else.

Angie - How did the ovulation go? I am hoping you were getting it on for a week straight. We need another Meg miracle...

Speaking of which - where is Meg? Have you had a baby?

Anyone else lurking out there? We need some more chatting...

Morning/evening ladies, Just a quick one from me as I have lots to do - just 1 more week at week before I go on my big trip to some of the sistas' part of the world.

Well - I did an ovulation test at the w/e - I got 2 lines pretty much the same colour, so did I or didn't I? That is the question. Will be interesting to see if I get AF in 2 weeks or not.

Am trying not to think about it - was supposed to be my time off from IVF etc but now there's an underlying thought process - have the Chinese herbs actually done something..? I'll keep you posted any way.

Jenn - hope you had a fantastic birthday. Sassy - hope you enjoyed the indie car race - you sound quite a fan! (And I hope BIL gets banged up for a long time - you really do not need this grief in your life - what a stress) Amy - has DS started school yet ?- you will be quite the proud mum waving him off - I'm sure. And Meggo and Fee - I'm getting excited for you both.

Meggo - very quiet - any updates - perhaps you are giving birth as we speak. Fee - hope you are enjoying the meat - I'm not a big meat eater either but I reckon some lean red meat every now and again is very good for you.

Hi to all the other sistas.

Angie: Woohoo... Angie will be in da'house!! (or at least on da' continent!). Hmmmm. opk confusion. I'm hoping you did O and that those chinese herbs you have been cookin' up are working their magic.

Amy: well, if I had known that... you would have had a house guest for dinner! Yes, the traffic was pretty bad getting back into the city to catch my flight... but we expected as much so didn't get to stressed out about it. I can't imagine living with that all the time, though. As for the $400... my insurance probably would have covered it... but it would take a few days to get it covered and I needed to do the US right away so I could leave town... so decided to just suck it up and pay. I suppose $400 just didn't seem like so much when we were watching bil drain thousands out of our accounts for no reason

My friend's funeral was today (finally). I just spent 7 hours doing the ugly-cry (with everything else, it didn't hit me until today that she ACTUALLY died). The services were beautiful and uplifting. Truly a celebration of her life, faith, energy and love. she was an amazing woman and I am very lucky to be counted among her friends. Was able to chat off and on with her dh and I intend to stay in close contact with him (my bf is a widow and I have seen how difficult it is weeks and months later after others have moved on with their lives).

Estrogen level was even more elevated today... so instead of flying out tonight to meet back up with dh, Dr. D needs to take a look up my Neveryoumind again in the AM. Just changed my flight until tom AM.

No more word from The *******. The end of a nightmare, or the lull before another storm? Remains to be seen. (I'm pulling for the former  ).

How is everyone else? Fee--- chewing on a t-bone?

I'm here, I'm just quiet!

Sassy- We'll forgive you for the double post just this once. You've had a rough couple of weeks, so perfection is not expected at this point. Glad to hear that the race was fun and good job making it through the funeral. The ugly cry might not be pretty, but I know i always feel better after letting one out. Hoping that the bil is done with you--what a nightmare! You're flying where again tomorrow? I'm a little lost (nothing new). And good luck with the neveryoumind exam. Btw--we don't have insurance, so we've paid for each and every us ourselves, so I feel your pain.

Angie--I'm pulling for you and those Chinese Herbs. I can't believe your trip is so close--this summer has just flown by!

I'm just sort of hanging out. Still working, although less hours each week. Sleep is definetely a problem--just can't get comfortable at night. And omg, I'm going to gross every one out now, but I just have to whine---I have hemmoroids (can't spell it!) and they hurt. Bad. Lovely, huh?

Well, I have a neveryoumind appointment myself this afternoon, so I'll let you know what she said. Here's hoping that delivery is right around the corner!

BTW--saw the lunar eclipse last night (at 4:00 am since I was already up anyway). It was pretty cool!

Good to read you Meggo. And good luck to you and Sassy with the Never youmind appointments.

Meggo - I reckon you are going to deliver while I am in the States ...between 5 and 27 August. Who's in for a sweep stake for Meg's delivery date? :D
