Oh one other thing, there was a resolving sac in there, so maybe the bleeding I had was from the one embryo passing? Who knows???

Yes it could be a couple days too early, but I do not know. So frustrating!

Lynnie I am thinking about you and hoping its all just a bit too early for the fetal pole. I did see somewhere you couldnt usually see it before 6 weeks, and i know you are not quite there just yet. Also as your beta numbers started low, maybe you had a late implantation and everything will be visible next time? Good news about the yolk. Did they give you any indication?? SOmetimes they can be so vauge about things it drives me nuts. Wishing you all the best ......

I am on countdown to beta tomorrow. My RE recently moved offices to a new building and the lab that does the betas is not up and running yet so i have to go get my own beta done! FOund a Mid America lab about 10 miles from home - will be going first thing. Will let you ladies know when i do....

just crashing to follow up on you ladies...

kas and foreverlove - i hope tomorrow goes just as well as you'd hoped! praying for BFPs!!!!!!!!

lynniecat - so sorry about all that is going on! i think the worst is the not knowing exactly what's going on. please know that we are keeping you in our prayers!!! keep us posted and we'll be praying that they just couldn't get a good reading on the u/s. our prayers and thoughts are with you!

karen - good lord! the bleeding must be so scary - again, the not knowing is terrible. we're praying that all will resolve itself and you'll continue to have a healthy pregnancy.

to all the BPFs, congrats! sorry i haven't mentioned you but i've been following along, checking in from time to time. enjoy every second of it! remember how long you wanted this and just live it up and pamper yourself like crazy.

to all the BFNs, i know how you feel - how it sucks!!! been there and keep up the faith that you will be given a wonderful baby blessing! be patient and remember how strong you are in all that you do.

as for me, i've been feeling better lately. i still have huge baby pangs when i see babies and let me say they are EVERYWHERE at xmas!!!! i can't go anywhere without seeing them! i also get major baby pangs when i pass a maternity store at the mall or even stumbling upon the maternity rack at the good will... but overall, it's getting easier and easier with each day. DH and i can see more joy in our lives as each day passes. to cheer myself up, i got us a LCD flat screen tv - nothing huge, but it was way bigger than what we had and i have to say, it did help my blues some... in two days we leave for LA LA land and i can't wait to see our families in california and warm up a little. mom says it's super cold there but here our windchill was 7 today and i froze my ASS off! i'm sure many of you ladies are in a lot cold places than atlanta.

much love, baby dust, moral support and peace,
- Pixelgirl

my bad...

JDC - i accidentally missed you and i even wrote myself a note to do a personal for you. i'm so sorry that you're in this frightening limbo place. please know that we're keeping in in our thoughts and prayers and we're hoping with all our hearts that the confusion from your u/s and bloodwork resolve into all being well with your little bean. please try to stay positive and remind yourself how incredibly strong you are.

My beta only went up to about 3100 so there is no doubt it is miscarriage - but I have to go friday to "confirm loss of pregnancy" as they put it. I'm actually okay for now - but Pixel, boy can I relate to those baby pangs!

Yesterday I felt so very hurt because a coworker of mine was asking me about the ivf and how it was going (only a few know - I work with mostly women), and she totally stuck her foot in her mouth and said "ever get the feeling someone is trying to tell you something?" Like meaning I should just f'ing give up or something. I was pissed because she brought it all up - I've not wanted to talk about it this entire cycle. (I should have said that and be done with it) You know, it's easy for her to say something like that - she literally has 5 or 6 kids, all grown at this point with grandkids. I really regret that anyone knew I was trying again, to be honest I don't even know how that happened (at work). I really have ill feelings towards her right now - Lord I hope I don't have to interact with her today!

Lynnicat - I'm really keeping my fingers crossed for you that they see that pole next ultrasound.

Good Morning Ladies - well I went for my beta test today at 6:30 this morning - now I just sit and wait. All they told me was they would call me sometime after 1:00 p.m. - I have a feeling this day is going to go so slow. I am trying to be positive, but realistic at the same time. I keep telling myself that if this didn't work nothing is going to change in my life, I will still have my DH and my family, but boy would it be a wonderful early Christmas gift if I got a BFP.

Annie & KAS - good luck to you both today - I cant wait to here that you both got your BFP!!!

Kas, Foreverlove, and Annie, good luck with your betas today!!! Foreverlove, it sounds like you already went, so now just the wait. Channeling BFP vibes to all of you!!

Chris, looking forward to hearing how your appt went today. Yes, years of the infertility crap can get old and totally understand you wanting to know one way or the other. I really hope this new RE has a plan that works for you and you get your BFP in 2009. You've hung in there too long for it not to happen.

Lynniecat and JDC, you are both still in my prayers. I hate that you're having to go through this. JDC, your co-worker sounds like a real biotch! How can people be so insensitive and rude? I hate when people butt in and think they have to give advice whether you ask for it or not. She had no right to say that.

Pixelgirl, so good to hear from you and congrats on the LCD flat screen tv! That's a great Christmas present and you deserve it! It's good to hear that you and DH are moving on day by day. Hope you have a wonderful holiday in CA.

lynnie and karen- i just wanted to let you know that I am praying for the 2 of you. I know how hard this situation is and how slow each second ticks by when you just dont know whats going on. I am sure you will make it through this time with your babies holding on tight but no matter what, there is life on the other side of this crisis and this is definitely not the end of our journey.
