Congrats Su and Beach.

That is soo exciting. I guess Nims is next.

Beach I have not even seen a post from you. How did your delivery go? Did you end up doing vag or cesarean?

Sorry i have not been on in a while but work is getting a lot harder so when I do work ( I have called in once and went home early twice) I am not even touching the computer. I don't know I can last much longer at work I hope my doc will find something to write down for STD to pay me soon.

Talk to everyone later.

Carolyn, that would be wishful thinking on my part - no sign of beanie just yet or in the near future - think he/she is so comfortable that it is staying put - still getting lots of movement though but not the movements I'm looking for!!!

I saw the consultant last week and he said he doesn't want me to go over a week past my due date so I'm back in next week, which will be my 40th wk and to have a sweep and internal to encourage things to move along if they haven't already done so. They also said I was 2/5 palp which means they can feel 3/5ths of the baby head so atleast its heading in the right direction!!

Oh and yes, the bag is finally packed!!

With this heat it is getting hard - the swelling has started and I have the most beautiful ankles !!

Steph - poor love - can they reduce your hours at work - sorry you're having such a hard time - is it hot over there too?? Apart from work, how are you feeling with the twins?

Hope - nice to see you - how are things with you ?? all is well I hope.

love to all.....

Nims xx

Work is the worst part. I get really tired even off of work heart racing quite a bit even when hydrated. So just trying to rest as much as possible. I go to the high risk doc friday for my next US yay. They are doing a growth scan and doing a fetal echocardiogram. Next OB appt will be my lovely glucose test YUCK!!!

Hope you are getting there NIMs I could not even imagine carrying all the way to 40 let alone past it.

Aunty - what a lovely surprise to see you message - I'll shall try and seduce DH later with the ankles - although today they are not too bad!! Hey saw your stunning piccie on myspace yesterday - wow you're looking good lady  Are you still going for adoption? Hope all is well with you. xx

Steph - I couldn't imagine going past 40 wks either but guess I may not have a choice!!
I had a lot of heart racing too - a bit scary sometimes but guess its all that extra hard work it has to do especially with you and the twins. Good luck with your visit to the Dr's Friday - make sure they look after you. Let us know how you get on. take care hun. xx

Off for another beauty appt - what else can a girl do at nearly 40wks! Think I'm keeping the local salon in business at this rate!

oh and still no sign :(

Hi there Mommies/Mummies...

How is everyone? How are all the babies?? Havent heard from Shantala or Rachel in awhile. They must be busy with their sweet babies...

How are you beach? You taking it easy as much as possible?? You enjoying those babies or what?? So happy for you. I hope you arent getting overwhelmed...

Steph, so sorry to here you are having a hard time. I can only imagine what it is like to have one baby, much less two. I love your belly pics on myspace. so precious. You are so cute. How are Emily and Ryan?

Nims, good lord. I cant believe your baby is just comfy cozy in there!!! We are all in suspense, doesnt this kid know that?? :D Take it easy and pamper yourself as much as possible!!!

Su-how is Oliver doing? And you of course?? Loving every moment of the sweet boys life!!! Has it sunk in yet, that you are a MUMMY!!!!! Take care of yourself.

Where are you hope?? Hope you are doing great!!!

If I forgot anyone, I am terribly sorry.

We're doing great thanks. Oliver is such a good baby, sleeping and feeding really well. I can't believe how lucky I am and that I really am a mummy
Its taking a little time to recover from the section and I'm looking forward to being able to drive again and not have to rely on my parents, but its so worth it for such a gorgeous boy.

Nims - Thinking of you and hoping your turn comes really soon.

Su - glad you're recovering well and Oliver is being a good boy for you - can't believe he is 18 days old already!!! I checked out your piccies on facebook and he looks adorable.

Rachel - poor Ruby hope she gets better quickly - you had some fantastic weather for your hols.

As you can guess, (cos I'm posting...) that have no news....not even getting any signs ie contractions, but think the baby must have moved down a little more as the pain I had yesterday was unbearable and I couldn't walk - so the head must be pressing on my pelvic floor - oouch - but got the best nights sleep ever last night and feel so much better today.

Got some DVDs to watch and shall just sit and wait and see what tomorrow brings...........
