I now am officially joining the 2ww girls! I had my transfer yesterday, and it went very well. We put 4 good ones back in, and now we pray!

I am due for my test on Friday the 22nd.

Feeling very wierd... I'm sure it is the power of suggestion, but, I am having pretty consistant AF cramps. I have read here time and time again that this is a sign of implantation. But, I am only two days after ET.
When are the embies supposed to implant? In the beginning of the 2ww or the end?
I am just so in tune with every little tingle or twinge, it's driving me mad already!!!!

hi jenna
i too feel every twitch and twinge and keep wondering wots happaning,these 2 weeks are the longest in my whole life thank god for this site and others going thru the same
my hubby who is being extra careful with me is asking should i be doing this??? should i be eating that?(chicken s&s) should i be sleeping on my front?(waking me to turn on my side ha ha)

Hiya Jenna - An embryo reaches the blastocyst stage (the stage where it now has many cells) 5 days after fertilisatin, and starts to break out of its outer shell during the following 48 hours. Only then can it implant.

In other words, if you are doing a 2 day transfer, the embryo will start to implant around 4-5 days after ET.

Hey guys. I wanted to put this on for the ladies with the low positives. I was surfing around on another site, and couldn't believe what I saw, so I thought this might help to boost some PMA.

I just went through my first IVF procedure after 2 years of ttc. I got my Beta results today wich were positive but low...23.6. I was just wondering if anyone had any stories to share about low beta levels, both positive and negative, and how hopeful I can be. Thanks.

I'm 21 weeks pg and my beta started out at a 10. I was 10 days past a 3 day transfer. This was my 7th IVF though. I had low beta's five other times that turned out to be either chemical pregnancies or an ectopic. So I guess I had a positive and negative stories. How many days past transfer are you? Good luck.

thanks for your story. I am 11 days past a day3 transfer. Wow 7 IVF's. I don't think I could do that. You must be a strong woman.

My beta with my first IVF was 6 at 8days post 3DT. My ds from that pg is now 3 years old. I will keep my fingers crossed for you that the number soars! Good Luck
