Sam hun, The cramping is very common in pregnancy, it is growing pains, you got to bare in mind that theres a lot going on down there at the moment, everything is growing pretty quickly.

I'm sure everything is ok, but i know you can't help but worry.....

I'm praying for you sweetie.

I agree with Dory, cramping is normal. Try not to worry (I know that seems impossible)

Wish me luck...I go for my 1st IUI tomorrow.... I'm having alot of pain in my left ovary tonight, for sure ovulating....

Best wishes to all,
Donna

Thanks for the reassurance. IT is weird, I have never been pregnant so I have no idea what is normal and what is not. I will buy books and read up as soon as I find out if I am for sure pregnant.

Donna,

Good Luck tomorrow. I am not sure how IUI works but I imagine you have the same 2ww period. We are here to entertain, reassure, or just be a sounding board.

Love,

Thanks Ladies,

I dunno if you read my message on the Thread, but I decided to test this morning as I didn't wanna be upset all day 2moro at work, and I guess deep down I had a feeling it was gonna be bad news, and yes I was right, I got a BFN just now. :(

So this is it for me now Ladies, I gonna just have to except I will never have a baby in my life to love, as I sure as hell ain't got another £5000+ for another go, well unless I win Lotto and I can't see that happening, but u never know.

Anyway, I'd just like to wish you all the very best and hope your dreams work out for you.

Love
Pat

Hi Ladies I know its late on in the moth but I hope you don't mind me joining. I am on 2ww. I didn't join earlier because I was on 2ww then too!! - with a BFN  I am doing back to back donor IUI - all natural cycles, and up to 10 cycles - until I get a BFP :D so I am on my second 2ww now.

Hopeful in IN and Pat, I am so sorry for your BFN's. I hope you can both find the strength to pick yourselves up from this disappointment. This rollr coaster ride is darn hard is it not? Big hugs to you both xxx

I have updated the list and added myself

PS Rachel honey how are you?? You sound so strong xxxxx

I had my IUI this am. Everything looked good. RE said DH's counts had gone up from 7m to 39m! I had 2 follies, 23 adn 21mm. I guess my test date is 14 days from today. They don't like doing blood tests too early, they basically base it on whether AF comes or not. I go back on 21st to test my projesterone level. ? Based on that test, what do they do???

Best wishes and baby dust to all!!!

IT's official BFP

Post by samandaw1 »

IT is official. I am pregnant. I am so excited. My numbers went from 46 to 226 so it is a sure thing!!! YEah.

I will tell you, I never thought beyound this moment. I thought it would jinx me. Now I am like "oh my god, what do I do?" I have not read a thing as I did not want to emotionally go there. All of a sudden I am freaked out (In SUCH A GOOD WAY) that something is growing inside of me. I need to figure out what to eat and all of that kinda stuff.

I can't beleive this. This feeling is soooo great that I want/wish it to happen to all of you. I will be staying on so I know what happens to each of you as I think about you everyday and every step of your way.

Much love and happiness

Sam - Congratulations to you and your DH!! Now you can relax and enjoy the miracle of your body!

Welcome Lisa! I am glad you are back and trying - the 2 ww can be a killer!! At least here on the board we all know the agony you are experiencing.

Pat - dont give up so soon - please let them do the blood test and find out for sure. Those HPTs are horrible! EVIL! and rarely right this early. I will be keeping you in my thoughts.

Donna - Cant wait to hear that you are feeling better. Those ovaries can get quite uncomfortable during the ovulation time. Hope that it all goes "swimmingly".

As for me - things are the usual emotional roller coaster. My Tuesday test was a 2, my Thursday test was a 20 and my Saturday test was a 31. My clinic told me not to get my hopes up as this didn't look good. Sometimes I wonder if they actually think before they speak. You are telling a girl that just threw down 15K that she is technically pregnant, but dont get your hopes up?? Gee - not possible. I am however very pessismistic about tomorrows test as I am no longer feeling anything - no cramping, no soreness, etc. Maybe the whole thing is just a psychosomatic nightmare that I am doing to myself!!

Lots of luck and kind thoughts to everyone!
