Vicky - What about one of those digital tests that says "pregnant". I do remember reading that they measured very low levels of hcg. It might be fun to see the word - tomorrow. So go find one today and pick up a pack.

Fee - Going to tell you that after squeezing large DS out, a c-section might not be a bad call. Nogamy will be much more attractive without all the bruising bashing that occurs. You keep on exercising and see what you can do, but if he is stubborn like the Scorpio he is going to be, he might not move around for you so easily. Keep eating the chocolate, because he likes it. Nothing wrong with that. Boy has a healthy appetite. Glad to hear about the cyber sex. This is awesome that you are getting intel even whilst at home. Keep us informed of how the Law and Order/ ER/ Grey's Anatomy love triangle ensues.

Where are all the other sisters?? Busy weekends? Would you girls pop out if I told you that one of the male teachers at my school was spotted out last weekend in womens clothes as a 300 plus pound woman??

Amy: WTH??? How did that happen???? We need full disclosure of this juicy Tootisie-like drama!

Fee: Nogs sure is a stubborn one, no? I'm thinking he is just making you sweat it a bit. And if he doesn't turn around... you are well aware that November 1st would be a fabulous day for a c-section, right? a I have to say the mental picture of any doctors I work with having cyber sex while the trauma heli lands is disturbing to say the least  Having said that... the mental picture of any doctors I work with having cyber sex AT ALL is not a pretty picture  . I have considered sending shower shoes to bil, but I will have to check if I can do so. He will be sentenced probably next week and then soon after will be going to a state prison (for at least a year... but that is another story which I will detail once the plea is worked out), which is actually better living conditions... not so crowded. I'm thinking shower shoes for Christmas is a fabulous idea. Until then... slipping and sliding on some random cum is a fairly appropriate punishment in my opinion  .

Vicky: good news that the second line reappeared!!! Here's hoping it is darker tomorrow...

jenn: i'm working on the brownies right now... I mean, I've got to use up the eggs in my fridge

Vicki- Yippeeeee!!! I am so excited for you. Is the bw in the am? I am so excited to hear the beta!!! Way to go. Just goes to show that you need to STAY POSITIVE!!!!!

Amy- What a great idea...the kids need to read, read, and read some more. For some reason they think just because I am a teacher, I should be up teaching...not sitting at my computer talkin' with the sistas. i definatley have not had enough time on here lately.

Jenn- Loved your best when eaten the same day they are made comment. Lately I feel like that is what I do with everything. How have you been feeling lately?
I do hope you were able to get a lot of shopping done. That is something I am needing to do. However, not for me (well maybe), but dd needs some new clothes.

Fee- I so wanted a NATURAL childbirth with dd. I didn't even want the epideral. However dd had a different plan. I ended up having a c-section, and I must say it was not that bad. I was up moving around within 12 hours. But enough about me....if you do have to schedule a c-section, I think October 31 would be the perfect day for this to happen.

Meg- LOVED the pictures of Lucy. She is absolutely beautiful. Keep updating the photos as I feel a need to see her wonderful wardrobe.

Sassy- Love the updates on BIL!!! Shower shoes in my opinion are a luxury that I am not sure I would bother to indulge him with. My own fil was in prison for about 5 years, always asking for money. Gave in a few times, though I don't think the money ever went for what he told us it would.
I am so sorry the letter made you a little sad. It's so hard when it hits that close to home. I am sure the hurt will eventually subside.

Vicky - I am certainly not a fan of the spotting - however - when I actually was pregnant that one time several thousand years ago, I did spot for the entire first trimester. Red, brown, all sorts.... so there is still something positive to hold on too. I also think you should take it VERY easy today and perhaps eat a few cheeseburgers from McDonalds. They always make me feel better - at least while I am ingesting them... Take another test in the morning and then rest all day tomorrow as well. Tell that embryo to STAY PUT.

Sassy - I am with Robbo - shower shoes = luxury. If you don't want to slide around in splooge, then don't rob people blind. Maybe for Christmas, but not before.

As for the tootsie scenes - apparently a teacher was out - SHE WOULD NOT DISCLOSE WHERE - which is no fun at all... but I will break her. Anywho, she says she sees this rather robust woman in some heavy makeup - stares a bit and realizes that she recognizes the facial features, but can't put her finger on it... hears the voice and just died... male teacher from school. We have around 200 teachers, but only a hand full of male ones, so not hard to miss. We all just kept staring at him after she discloses this, trying to picture him in full makeup and a wig. Going to try and find out this location she saw him and go there with camera. I must see it for myself. He is not an attractive man, so I can only imagine the trauma he causes as a woman. It's no cyber sex during a trauma, but it is entertaining non the less.

Brownies sounds like a great idea!

Vicki- STAY CALM!!!! I spotted almost my whole pregnancy with dd. It was never brown...always bright red. DD was born healthy and right on time. So, just take it easy until your actual test on Monday. Then when it is confirmed that you are pg, then take it easy for the next 9 months.

Amy- UGH!!! Can't imagine actually seeing a man I know dressed as a woman. You hear it happen, and you see it on TV, but for it to really happen.....UGH!!! Not sure I could muster up the courage to actually go track him down and take pictures.

Hellooo

I've finally managed to work out how to log onto the internet at home, yay!

Vicky, I don't know if you recall but I also had minor spotting in my frist trimester. The stress almost damn well killed me. Hated going to the toilet for fear of what I would see. My spotting was also brown and red. Could it be that yours is due to implantation bleeding??? I second the advice that the other sisters have given and suggest that you take it easy today. Obviously tomorrow you may want to mention it to the clinic to see if they have any clues but I'm sure that it is nothing to worry about....keep us posted!

Robbo, thanks for the advice on the c-sections. As I recall Mego saying they aren't too bad. My Dr seems reluctant for me to have one though. My gut feeling is that I will try natural and then demand a C-section if things get ugly (although I'm sure the Dr will get to that point if necessary without my input).

Amy, I think you should stake out this teacher. I also think that it is incumbent upon you to dish out some female fashion tips to your colleague. For some reason blokes dressing up as women get it so wrong wrong wrong on the fashion front. One of my sisters workmates had the big "snip" and became a woman. Unfortunately every time I saw him he was dressed like my grandmother i.e. pearls, pink floral dresses and cardigans. You need to save the world from another badly dressed cross dresser. I am confident that you can achieve on this mission.

Sassy, so BIL may be going to the big house for a year or so?? Is that the longest time he will have done? wouldn't it be fab if he was able to de tox in that time??? As far as the shower shoes go, play it by ear...we want some sort of ephiphany from BIL before he gets into any new footwear...

Welll I'd better be off, I have slept in late and need to get a lot of stuff done today!!

Helloo sistas - happy weekends to you all. Have been busy witht the in-laws (out-laws) in town but they have now gone so finally I can catch up.

Vicky - stay calm, stay calm and deep breaths. If it was me I'd be saying I have a +HPT, spotting is OK ( as is clear from our other sistas and their stories) now I am going to wait for the official result - 22nd is it. You have done a +ve HPT so keep the faith.

Meg - loved the Lucy pictures - so nice to see your happy family and like Robbo, looking forward to seeing Lucy's next line of fashions.

Jenn - how was the mall shopping. I still have happy memories of my US mall experiences - I'm pulling out lots of my new T-shirts from the Gap as it's warming up nicely here now.

Amy - how was acu? Do you think it is working for you? Hope those drugs are doing their magic for you.

To whoever started the dr's cyber s*X conversation! - I agree with Sassy - I certainly don't want to imagine Dr D in that situation - imagine if he was late for a delivery.

Sassy good luck with those follies - I still don't know the difference between follies and antrals (even though I'm sure someone explained it)but it sounds good to me . Can't wait for you to start transferring.

Fee - hope you are excercising well. What exercises do you do to turn a baby round? I am intrigued. Obviously I have no idea about these things. Good luck with them. And a Halloe'en baby eh? Now we could start a naming game - Harry Nogamy Potter then your surname!

Well - all's good in my camp. Been busy with the rellies - did a big bbq on Friday for them. Feeling philosophical about the outcome later in the week. Have sore bbs and occasional cramps. Could mean either scenario. I know the symptons are all natural though which is reassuring in a way. As you know I had my momentous ovulation - it will be 2 weeks on Tuesday so guess that means I can HPT on Tuesday morning. Am going to ask DH to hide the HPT until then

The the final blood result on Thursday - here we go again.

Bye for now.

Aha - I have just realised why Fee chose the bats for the ticker now - always thought that you had the fascination with goths and the like - now it's clear - Nogs is going to be the Hallo, een baby!

Me again! Sassy - a pair of flip flops only (not the full shoe) for Christmas. Only don't call them what we do in AUssie which is "thongs" or , more still get confused and send BIL a thong, then he will be in all sorts of trouble (more than he already is) in prison!

Hello girls!

What a bad weekend I picked to be away from a computer! We are home now and will be for the next few weeks!

Vicky-- I am so excited for your +HPT's!!! Hang in there, I know this is stressing you out. I can't wait to hear your news tomorrow. From what everyone else says about spotting during their pregnancy, it sounds like you are in the normal range! Did you do the digital like Amy suggested?

Angie- you are almost there! Hang in there! I read what you said about Fee's ticker and I thought the exact same thing! Now it all becomes clear- you're right Nogs is coming around Halloween!! When I first saw the ticker months ago I just thought maybe it was Halloween where you guys live (really stupid, I know!), then I thought she just didn't feel like changing it. Thanks for figuring that out for me!

Fee- I'm sorry to hear nogs is not yet hanging out in the ready to go upside down position! I guess he just likes it in there and is not ready to leave unless he's pulled out!

Ok- know I have more to write, but I'm starving so I'll have to finish later. Everyone asked about my shopping trip. I'll just say it was fun to spend money and I got a lot accomplished...but passing out in the makeup section of a department store is not my cup of tea and that is exactly what happened. Embarrassing!!!

Hi jenn - sorry to hear you passed out - hope you are OK. Did you buy some nice blusher afterwards to put some colour back in your cheeks? :D

Oh sistas - I am SO nervous today - have started the liner checking (I'm with you now Vicky  ) - concentration is out the window today.

Help me pass the time with some funny stories PLEASE ladies.

Jenn - Passing out!?? From the prices? a horrible makeover? or are you just wearing yourself out??!! You need to sit home and stalk the computer. No more running yourself ragged til the point of low blood pressure and keeling over - that is unless it was due to the costs of makeup these days, then I totally support it. Those crazies need to see that their price tags are ridiculous.

Angie - I am so sorry about the out laws coming to town. I am also quite pleased that you are ahead of me and I would imagine only a day from Tuesday at this point. I can't wait to hear the positive outcome... the sore bbs and cramps seem all very positive. I am currently LOVING the acupuncture appointments and taking a ton of crazy herbs per day. My first period on them was quite positive so I am trying to think the best! Wouldn't a natural pregnancy be a miracle?? We need another Lucy around here...

Fee - I am so glad you agree. When men become women it is like they watched Bosom Buddies and got their fashion tips from them. They just take everything too far. I would imagine with his full belly, that spanx wouldn't do him a ton of good, but might suggest them non the less. Perhaps the Bobby Brown book on makeup could also help these lost "ladies". Has Nogs moved around?? I mean Nogamy?? Only a week and a half til his birth!! (30th)

Vicky - How are things today?? did you do the digital?

Sassy - you must be due for a date with Dr D this week.... can't wait to hear about the follie's progress!

Howdy

Vicky, just wanted to to wish you all the best on your big day. I sincerely hope that you get the news that you so deserve. I am anxiously waiting for your news...

Angie, bloody hell, it seems that you can be as zen as you like but towards the end of the 2ww the zen goes out the window. Hoping that you are not suffering too much in the undies checking phase. God I hated that bit...wouldn't it be great if we had two sisters with BFPs in the same week???? As far as the bats go, I wish I could take the credit for having enough foresight to tally up Nog's birth date with Halloween, unfortunately I just liked the bats....As far as turning Nogs over goes I have to get on all fours and rub my stomach in a certain direction whilst having a stern word with Nogs. I can tell you that my knees are not appreciating the extra weight that I am carrying and I am finding it hard to co-ordinate this feat. Neverthless I will give it a go, although I don't hold out much hope that it is doing anything....

Jenn sorry to hear about your collapsing incident at the makeup counter. I had one dizzy episode at the shops myself ....I was on my own and did not know what to do....hopefully it is just a one off incident for you!

Amy I think your tips for your lady friend are magnificent. There is just no need for the "ladies" to let the rest of woman kind down with their poor fashion/ make up choices. I wonder if we should set up a business as personal shoppers/ style gurus to the new "ladies" out there. I think it has merit and it would almost be like a community service...

Welll I've had another exciting day at the hospital with MIL. We got her resutls back post chemo and they were disappointing but inconclusive. More tests are needed and consequently more stress...bloody hell I must have been a monster in a past life...

Hi Sistas!!!!

Jenn.....passing out!!!!, did you pass out in a very chick sista style?? I bet you did  . I hope you are ok now!!!!!!. BTW, what did you get at the mall to compensate??

Fee....I am so sorry about MIL, I hope the rest of the tests come back ok, I really do.....

Amy....I followed you advice and I bought the Clear Blue digital HPT (I have to say it was nerve wrecking waiting for that hour glass, yes the screen has an hourglass while the results are being calculated) but it was the most amazing thing to finally see the words "PG" in the screen, I thought I was never going to see that again in my life!!!!!!!!!!.

Angie......hang in there pal, just a couple of more days!!!!. Good luck tomorrow (I mean, in case you HPT  ).

Well girls, the waiting has begun, I just came from the lab, should get "the phone call" in a couple of hours.....ouch!!!!!!. Will keep you guys updated!!!
