hey susan
sorry can't help you with the question but i guess is really comes down to finding someone you feel comfortable with and who is specific to your needs goodluck with the search

Em sorry just read your previous post properly i say good on you for getting the job done yourself if only everyone knew what you had to go through to get the twins they would be thinking you were pretty damn lucky besides having all your kids close together definately has its benifits is this bub going to be your last or are you working on your own brady bunch. oh i love your fat (ter) comment i couldn't agree more i think i'm about 5 kilos heavier than i was when first pregnant with ds iv'e actually lost about 2 or 3 of those since falling pregnant this time but i'm sure it wont stay gone for long i'm definatey eating more this pregnancy than the last and unfortunately not as healthy i have to pull my finger out. We went to the market on sunday and i passed a granny with toffees for sale and i tryed to keep walking but i couldn't help myself i think that was my very first i must have craving and if i didn't have it i was gonna go nuts lucky she sold them in a four pack and no more
Sorry got to go ds is trying to climb the screen door see what you have to look forward to.

see ya JOMAEXX

Hi girls,

Jomae - Jasper has just started to crawl and he keeps disappearing on me! I think thats the reason I am so tired!

Kery - hang in there with the drugs. When is your IUI roughly going to be?

Susan - go with your gut feeling. If you don't like Lynn on your first appointment, get the ball rolling with her but look for someone else.

Gotta go. Only have 2 mins before twins wake up and lots of emails to write!

Not sure yet I guess around the weekend sometime. Got two leading follies and eight smaller ones. I guess as long as theres one decent one as your body only realises one, doesn't it?

Hi Jomae
I go in for the iui on Saturday morning. The nurse rang and said I have two leading follies. So fingers crossed one of the little buggers finds it's way this time!!

As for me not to much happening not sure if i'm feeling much at all except this damn UTI i have my first hospital appointment on monday so hopefully they'll do a urine test which i think they do which will tell me if this darn infection is gone or not and hopefully they'll check for the heart rate it's been to long between ultrasounds or checks thats its nice to be reasured that averything is fine heres hoping it is
I had a funny dream the other night i dreamnt a male friend don't no who it was was on the phone to the ivf doctor to get my nuchal fold scan results and when he hangs up he says the doctors taken the liberty of finding out what your having its a boy i tell you i was so mad not because it was a boy but because he told me i didn't want to know till the end i was even mad inb the morning when i got up it annoyed me that much

the mind does weird things hey

Hi Jomae
Thanks for that, I think I need all the luck I can get! They said the chances are always there as two follies did mature. She could see from the scan today that at least one follie had ruptured which meant one least I know there was an egg in there. Anyway just lying here with my legs in the air!!! Just kidding!!

I didn't know you had a infection do they know what it is? Funny dream!! Would you like another boy? Hope ya not feeling to yuk.

Hey Kery
Glad to seethings went smoothly i can just imagine you there spread out on your couch legs up what a sight ha. the 29th'll be here before you know it.

This is my 2nd UTI since being pregnant i've never had them before in my life so i'm not sure why its happening now i will mention it tommorrow at my hospital appointment and see what they say. As for the question do we want another boy what ever happens will happen i just figure if this one is a girl the shop would be shut and i would'nt have to go back again i would be happy for just two kids but if we do have a boy which would be good for Jacob i would go back once more in hope for a girl which i do really want but if i end up with three boys then thats that but i definately don't want more than three kids so hopefully this one is a girl and i don't have to think about it any more. but on my less sane days i think four kids would be great or maybe five . As for the MS i'm not to bad just feel off i think its slightly getting better the uti is a pain though if you've ever had one you'll know how painful they can be.

goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck goodluck
to you

Hey kery
thanks for asking the drugs i was put on for the UTI were the wrong thing to give me so i'm on a new dose now so should be good soon i have to retest in two weeks to check its cleared up

As for the nuchal fold scan the results weren't as we hoped but nothing to worry about apparently ds results were 1:2480 this babies results are 1:609 average for a 31 year old is 1:570 and i'm 32 so with a 609 so who knows the doctor isn't recommending an amnio or anything so if he's not worried then we are not worried i'd hate to be that one though. we woke the baby at the beginning of the scan s/he did a nice big 360 degree roll for us to show off all its bits which was nice

So how are things for you any signs of anything yet it's probably to early for anything though.

Our house starts getting built in 5 days yipee

Hi
Yea if the doctor is not worried then don't you be!! How long do they think it will take to finish your house?

Well feeling a bit different (bit crampy) but I have learnt the hard way in thinking they are signs!!! That Pregnyl can play tricks on your mind. All the side effects of that stuff are the same as pregnancy signs so ya just don't know

Hey Kery
your right the only sign i take any notice of is the implantation bleeding and if my ohss gets worse but seeing you did an iui you can cut that one out and not everyone gets the implant bleeding so yeah it's a crappy waiting game but heres hoping for you

I'm in the 2nd trimester tommorrow yipee

Take care thanks for chatting

Hi Guys,

Jomae- I wouldn't worry about your results. 1 in 609 is still excellent odds. I am having my nuchal on the 1st May. I had a quick look at bubs today as one of the student sonographers wanted to play with the machine and without measuring, the nuchal fold looked pretty good, so I am pretty confident we will get a good result too.

Kery - I didn't get any symptoms that I was pregnant either time, except one day (about day 21 of my cycle) I had cold sweats all day and tingling in my hands and feet. I know it sounds crazy but I reckon that was the embryos implanting. I had it with both pregs.

Hi everyone else.
