Vicky- I can't wait to hear your news!! I'm so glad you did the digital. Those don't lie!

Angie- soon it will be your turn! I understand what you mean about no concentration. I think workplaces should have regular sick and vacation days as well as '2ww days' for those of us who have to endure this!

I'm really not sure why I passed out. I got really dizzy and hot and then my vision started to get really funny and I kept telling my friends I didn't feel good and they started to get me out of the store and to a bench...and I didn't make it to the bench

Very embarrassing. It hasn't happened again and I came to pretty quick. After that my friends decided I needed sugar and something to drink. So we went to the Cookie Co. and pigged out. I have to go to the Dr. tomorrow so I will discuss it then.

I'll be checking for Vicky's results today!!! Good Luck!

Received the call!!!!!!!!!!!!, My HCG is 45.9..............now I am freaking out that it might be too low!!!!!!!!!! OMG why am I so crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vicky- AHHHHH!!! I don't know anything about the numbers or where they should be. What did they say? Sounds like a BFP to me! Way to go!

Maybe the little bugger just implanted recently. The important thing is that the number goes up in couple of days. When do you go back??

The nurse wasn't concerned about my number, she just said the important thing is that it doubles. They were only concerned because my progesterone was a bit low and they increased my medication, but that's it. I am going back on Wednesday...........it seems foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Just wondering...Are you on the progesterone injections or supp.? I had a friend on the supp. and they switched her to shots b/c her number was low. She felt like it was all coming out with the supp. b/c she was spotting too in the beginning. Sorry if TMI...
anyway the number came up once she was using the shot.

I'm doing shots (1cc PIO/day), and they now added supp's too....yikes!
Did you friend have a normal pregnancy?

Congrats, Vicky! Remember, the number doesn't really matter--just that it doubles. But, regardless, I think 45 is good. My BFN I had a chemical pregnancy, but the level was 10 and never got above 15. So you're way ahead of that.

I'm so happy for you!

My RE called me (he's the sweetest ever....), and he told me he was more than happy with my numbers, that they were where they expected them, so not to worry, so that made me happy!!!!!!

On a positive note, I just did my zillionth HPT

and it is much darker than yesterday's, so that's a good sign!!!!!!!

Vicky I am so pleased for you - if the dr is happy, then we are all happy.

And amazing news from my camp too. This morning (15 days post ovulation) I did a home test and it said +.

It is the first time EVER that I did a + HPT!

Now I have to wait until official blood test day on Thursday to get my numbers. Have so many more hurdles to get across, but today is a GREAT DAY.

This is truly a banner week in the Sisterhood! Two BFPs! Fabulous!

Vicky: I have absolutely no experience with HCG... so I am just nodding my head to what the other sistas told you. And... congrats on the BFP! Will be looking for a good # on Wednesday.

Angie: Woohoo! Look at you, girl! So if your beta is on Thursday, how many dpt will you be then?

My first bloodwork was yesterday, but for whatever reason they didn't run the blood until today. My levels were ok, not fantastic, but ok. My first dildocam is tomorrow, so I hope to get a better idea how things are looking in there. It is kind of strange to think this is the last time I will be stimming. Really weird. Really, really weird.

WOWEEEE!!!!! Angie, I'm thrilled for you! Can't wait to see your results on Thursday. I'm glad we are so far away b/c when I wake up Thursday you will have already tested and I can just log in and see without having to wait all day!! Did you show Dh? Or is it a surprise?

Vicky- I'm happy your Dr. is happy!!! You must feel better now! Can't wait for Wednesday. I know you can't either!

Sassy- yeah, next time I go shopping I figure I should stop at the cookie place before I start the heavy duty shopping!

Sorry to crash your thread, but you chicks are a way cool group. I have occassionally read your posts and I have to admit that the crap you guys talk about from painting your nails before your scans, the dildocams, and everything else....are hilarious! You all have also given me hope for the future as we are starting our first IVF next month after lots of chlomid and 2 failed IUI's. I feel like IVF will be our best bet, but still have a lot to learn about it. It seems like you all are getting pretty good results. I am happy for all of you.

It has helped to read the jokes you make about it all. I don't think anyone understands until they go through it. It's like when my first IUI failed and the nurse informed me it was a BFN and "Oh yeah - and you can stop taking the projesterone suppositories now". Like "No
Sh-t..really? But they are so flippin' fun, I thought I would just stick with them for a few more weeks. It is doing such wonders for my sex life. My husband can hardly keep his hands off of me when he sees me heading to the bathroom with the inserter and fresh suppository straight from the fridge!!!!" Whatever. My husband couldn't understand why I was so irriated when the nurse told me that. It's like - Because I am not an idiot. Infertile, but not stupid for God's sakes.

Anyway, I am pulling for you guys and your continued successes in this crazy infertility world!!

I've got my head in the clouds today as I did a positive home test for the first time in my life.

Sassy - the bloods on Thursday will be 15dp2dt - I am aiming for 100 beta. Any bets anyone - I have no idea what to expect?

Better try and do some work I guess.
