Hi everyone! I had my first u/s today and I am having a singleton! Excited. Secretly hope for twins becasue I am a twin, but I am perfectly happy with one! The heartbeat was 116 at 6 Weeks 4 days which the doctor said is normal for this gestational age. Excited! I meet with the RE in 2 more weeks and then off to my OB. Excited!!!!

hey everyone sorry i havent sent out a post in awhile i have been sending some private message, but i am doing really good on thurs. 1/15/09 i will be 12 weeks which is amazing time is going by so quickly...i meet with my obgyn tomorrow & i will be able to hear my little beans hb tomorrow i can't wait...i hope everyone is doing well...i will try to send out a big post soon....but if u want to chat u can always send me a private message i will get back to u more than likely the same day...big hugs to u all

Thinks are ok! They could not find a source for the bleeding but think its burst capillaries from the uterus stretching!

I am so relieved!


Guess I am just a bleeder! This is two times this pg with the brown stuff!

I was not posting for a while, but was checking all the posts.
I had my first u/s and there is a single sac. It measured 8w4d. hb 162.
RE cut down my medications, estrogen to half and prog the same dose.
I have a question. Is any body using/used estradiol, endometrin and asprin till 12 weeks. Due you have any cramping or spotting while you reduce the medications?

I use all of those....

I do have cramping and spotting, but I do not think its related, but who knows!

I stopped all my medication at 12 weeks. I am just taking Asprin and vitamin now and I am 12 weeks 4 days. I do have some cramping but it is not that bad. I should take asprin till 28 weeks.

well we seem to be on a good news roll, so i'll add to it by saying i haven't had ANY spotting in 24 hours. my OB predicted it would slow down now (although he warned he may be wrong), but it just feels so good to worry less.

lynnie- glad yours was due to typcial, stretching, gina, so happy you've made it this far! and mary too! and detroit- that's a great h/b for that stage. and jenn- i too was hoping for twins and initially didn't want to admit my disappointment, but now i'm so delighted i'm having a single!

wonder- yes i've got my colors and general design picked out for the nursery. i'm so excited. i haven't made your move yet and told everybody (although alot of peeople know). i'm going to wait and see how my body holds up ( i've started to show, but as long as i dress certain ways, noone can tell). i think i'll feel overwhelmed with everyone gushing and congratulating me..i'm apprehensive about that.

Karen good news on the spotting!!

Well just came back from the RE.. Today he counted a total of 19 follies.. with 8 over 15 mm .. and there are at least another 5 or 6 that look like they will make it to at least 16 which is i guess the smallest they can get a mature egg..

Anyway a good number.. perhaps i will bring up the rear on this board two cylces one board what fun..

Looks like i will trigger friday for a sunday retrieval.. i am so tired and bloated (my bras dont fit) from the meds this time.. but i know it will all be worth it

Hello ladies, I haven't posted in a while but had a gush of blood on Saturday, thought oh $hit, here we go again. Not again, why God, why again?

So, I had to rush to the hospital to get my RH shot again and had a u/s the next day, my first one by the way. They saw two sacs and two little spots that were "flashing" so two babies, two heartbeats, however I am still spotting. Not sure what the source was but he said something about the placenta growing and I don't know I was in a haze. I didn't have tissue nor cramping. I was in tears and am still freaked out. I just don't trust this thing will work out.

I wonder if it was a third baby possibly, my betas were off the charts, at 615 and 1727. Anyway, I also feel I have lost my symptoms, I never had m/s but my boobs don't really hurt anymore and I am not as tired. I remember these things from last time. I will learn more Monday but can't seem to breath this week.

Hey guys i know i havent posted in such a long time but just updating everyone!!!

I am happy and proud to say I took my last pill early this morning. I go for my suppression check tomorrow morning. Hopefully all is well and I get to start stims. Wish me lots of luck.

Babyhope1 - Nothing can be easy. Hope your bleeding subsides. I have heard this numerous times from women that go on to have successful pregnancies. Just relax and try to enjoy being PG. Congrats on your two beans.

Karen - Woohooo no more bleeding. I am so happy. Now you can start planning for the future.

Kas - How are you doing? Do you go for another u/s tomorrow?

Ny4thtry - I don't think the board is going to die off too soon. You will be in your 2ww and Rosario and I will start stims. Of course I will have to keep everyone updated.

Foreverlove - How are you and your little bean?

lynniecat - Has your bleeding subsided. Sounds like most of the ladies are having issues with bleeding lately. When is your next appointment?

detroit2007 - Congrats on your 1 little bean and seeing a heartbeat. That must be awesome. Plus, less meds, what more can you ask for?

JennJenn - Also congrats on seeing your little one. Sorry it isn't twins like you wanted but at least you know you have one little one brewing in there.

Berning - Congrats on your TWINS!!! Double the trouble. My sister keeps telling me I don't want to have twins. Of course this comes from mis fertile. I figure I am going to have 2 kids and they are going to be close together in age so why not Twins. Right now she is dealing with a 2 yr old and a 5 month old. I would think dealing with 2 kids the same age would be easier. Though what the heck do I know???

Nothing really new with me. I have 10 more days of BCP's then will get to start stims. Should be around Jan 30.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have been so busy at work that I have only had time to come on and read how everyone is doing.

Babyhope1 - I am sorry you are bleeding, but it appears that alot of the girls had the same thing and everything is okay. Stay positive and congrats on the TWINS!!!

Karen - Congrats on the bleeding stopping I am sure that makes you feel better.

NY4thtry - that is great news that you have that many follies, good luck to you and grow follies grow!!!

Detroit2007 & JennJenn - That is awesome that you got to see the heartbeat, I know it was a wonderful feeling when I got to see my little sweet peas heartbeat for the first time. Now I cant wait to see it again!

Berning - Congrats on Twins!!!

to_have_fun08 - I am so glad you started your next round I am praying for you and I just know this is your time.

KAS - how are you doing????

As for me nothing very eventful going on. I am just so tired, I am lucky if I make it to 9:00 p.m. I normally go to bed around 11:00 p.m. but not anymore if I try to stay up I end up falling asleep on the couch a little after 9:00 p.m. I still burp alot, mostly in the afternoon for some reason. I have had some side pains every once in a while, then dreams like you wouldn't believe - crazy dreams too! Otherwise I am just waiting for my OB appointment which isn't until February 17 - ugh!!!
