I bet! I wish I could have seen your face when they told you your beta!!! I bet you almost fainted!!! I know one of the other girls said something like this, but that is a stong beta, could there be twins??? How is DH, over the moon?

Well, we are in the process of SAVING SAVING SAVING!!! It is so expensive. (as everyone knows) I wonder how Gargy is, no one really posts over there anymore. I wonder how the rest of the girls are.

Anyway, I am just so thrilled for you. So will you be having a December/January baby?? When do you get to see your little miracle?

I know what ya saying!! If this one ddn't work then we were moving to ivf which we wouldn't have been able to afford to the end of the year. haha yea I think he was in shock, he had given up on the idea that anything would work. He works away so I rang him and woke him up!! I am due around mid January (i think) but I do realise that I am still only in early days. My friend had a miscarriage last month which made me realise how common it is. For now I am staying possitive and telling him/her to hang on!! Yea it doesn't bother me two much if it is twins, after all this you should be grateful for what ya get!! Jomae here had the same number and she is only having one, so who knows what may happen.

Yea there's not much action over there anymore. Maybe girls went to other sites as it's so slow there. So when do you think you will start your next cycle?

Hey Kery,

How are you feeling? Any M/S yet?? How is your son? Is he excited??
I am so glad you will not have to go to IVF. Infertility just sucks, doesn't it. Is IVF around the same price wise there? It is about $12,000 here. So expensive.

Yeah, I think you are right. They probably went to a different site. It seems everyone just stopped posting at the same time!!

Take care of that little bean!!! :D

Hey!!

HAHA yea well you would think it would be just like riding a bike!! 11 yrs ago was a long time since I've done the baby thing. I still do remember how tired I was. People will think I'm mad going right back to the start again gee my ds will be at high school soon hahah. Yep I got a hold of dh (woke him as he was on night shift) he was really excited, I think because he didn't think this was going to work. Not sure about the ultrasound I think in about 3-4 weeks.

Anway how are you doing? Have those headaches gone? Are you going to Tassie for a holiday?

Oh kery! i am so happy for you! That's such a great result....your beta is so high its a great sign that your embies (???) are snuggling in tight.

Susan - Don't stress to much about what to eat or drink at this stage..whatever gets you through. I was given a stiff brandy in the recovery lounge after my transfer and both embies took! We decided to definately go two...its too taxing on your body to not give it every chance. we both loved the idea of twins and were thrilled when we got them. They are my two little angels and I would definately put 2 back if I had my time again.

If you are worried about how you will cope with twins, don't. the advantage is that they will be your first children so it all seems normal for you. People always comment on how they are not sure how I cope, but I have always found it easy - its just what you are used to.

Jomae - sorry to hear that you still have ms. I am much better. I had my nuchal today and got 1 in 2500 so I'm happy but the placenta is covering the cervix so I'm hoping that sorts itself out.

Have to go.

Hi Girls

Em congrats on the nuchal result numbers sound excellant glad your feeling good too sounds like everything is going nice and smoothly for you.

Kery hows things sinking in yet, i think my sick feeling was due to the headache that i had for three days and couldn't budge so yep ms is gone unfortunately the headaches arent i had a day free of them and then they were back even panadeine didn't help much today so far its good so lets hope its the end of them mind you i'm now getting a cold that ds is so kindly sharing and good timing not, were off to tassie today well melbourne first and then tassie for two weeks and hopefully the dubbo zoo on the way back which we've always bi passed.

well i'm almost 4months isn't the time flying feels like it for me best be off take it easy and i'll chat in about three weeks if i can't get on in the mean time

take care jomaexxx
