Just wanted to say "hello". I've been out of town for the past couple of weeks. Glad to hear everyone is doing well. Sorry to those of you with the ms. I haven't had any--which of course worries me. But things are looking good. Had ultrasound on Monday and both babies are measuring right on time, and both with a heartbeat of 162. Does anyone know when you are essentially out of the woods as far as a vanishing twin?

Also, when does your RE have you stopping the progesterone shots? At what week?

Hello ladies! Just kind of checking in with everyone. Hope you're all doing well!!
Rosario: I know how triplets can add extra stress, but try to remember that you are strong and blessed!! Anyone going through the madness of IVF can handle three little babies! Try to join a MOMs club in your area. They can offer lots of support :)

For me, my ms is still here... Not too badly just annoying!! My babies hb are 151 and 164. Super excited!

As for when are twins out of the woods for vanishing twin, usually 12 weeks. I've read 10 weeks lowers risk of mc too then 12 weeks is like 1% if there is no bleeding.

I am on PIO until 10 weeks, but i will continue Crinone until 12 weeks.
I am counting down to no more shots!!!

Best of luck everyone!!!!

Hi all,
welcome to everyone new

Lovebug, I'm with you on the ms... it is Very annoying. With it though I have cravings for hmm lets see... last night was ...I wanted either Italian, Japanese or a big plate of nachos! LOL BUT... by the time we decided to go eat, I was nauseated and wasn't sure what I wanted. LOL

The twins also decided that I need heartburn! Yuck, so if I'm not already nauseated, I am burping up a storm!

Had another U/S today (one more before my dtr finds out!).. Twin A was 18.8 with HB of 164 and Twin B measures 18.9 with HB of 174. Twin A decided to wiggle during the U/S but I laughed when Twin B just sat there. I decided A will be my active child and B will be the good one that sleeps!

PIO shots continue until 12 weeks for me..:O( This kind of surprised me since I am released from RE at week 11. Oh well as long as everything is well I can handle it!

Thanks for the feedback regarding how long to take PIO. My RE has me scheduled to take the PIO up to week 15, but my husband is leaving town at the end of week 13....my OB says stopping it then (wk 13) is absolutely fine and I just wanted to see what others were told to do.

Thanks again!

Hey... How is everyone? Thread is kind of slow, huh? Well, have I mentioned I haven't felt sick since the weekend? I usually feel hungry all the time and if I don't eat thats when I think I start getting a little nausea. I think I am doing pretty good for Triplets.... But I am starting to wondering all the negative things about multiples. I think about when I will go into labor, bedrest, being high-risk. Ahh all these thoughts are in my head. I am so scared and can't seem to enjoy all this happiness I am filled with.

My first appt with my Peri will be July 15th which is 2 weeks away. I hope they set me up with an u/s right after. I need confirmation that everything is ok. Hope everyone is doing a-o-k.

Hello ladies,

Glad everyone is doing well. I had my final u/s with my RE today (so sad). The babies look great, measuring appropriately with good HBs. I already had my first appointment with an OB to get all of that started. So can't complain on this end. I do feel nausea, but no vomiting. Not the best feeling in the world, but I guess I can take it. Also, my RE told me to stop taking the progesterone suppositories TODAY! Its kinda strange because it seems everyone is taking the shots for much longer. I still have a bunch of capsules left over and Im wondering if I should just continue for a few more weeks. Can that hurt? I just dont want to stop them too early.

Ok so I thought it would be funny to add one more to the group. We had our u/s today and its twins!! Both babies are looking really good with two strong heartbeats 157 and 177 and both are a good size. We couldn't be happier, so now I know where all this horrible nausea is coming from!!!!

So the doppler you ordered was transvaginal? I thought it would be the abdominal one.
