Michelle I hope you get good news. Waiting is so difficult. I waited almost a year from finding out that we would require IVF and actually beginning the proccess.
Yes, this is my first cycle. Guess I never gave a history!
I have a 7 year old daughter than I had at a very young age
My husband and I were married in november of 2003 and started TTC right away. As we neared the 5 year mark last fall I decided it was time to investigate what was going on! I had all of the routine female tests and recieved all positive results. My husband went for his test (like pulling teeth!). his results were not promising

His total count was less than 2 million, only 16% had proper morphology and only 4% of the 16% of the 2 million were even moving! We met with a proper expert after that (last december) for our first consult. We scheduled the IVF with them then- waiting until I was finished with school and we returned from a vacation.
I think I stated earlier about my meds, but I started lupron 6/29 and follistem/menopur on 7/10. Go for another u/s tomorrow to try to get a better idea of which day the ER will be on.
We are facing a major delima right now. We are not comfortable fertilizing all eggs because we do not want to end up with any more embryos than we feel comfortable using eventually (for personal reasons). However, as you all are well aware, you never know how it's going to work out! We could fertilize just a certain number and end up with all or none! and that's scary

We were going to fertilize the eggs so the process would be easier if it didn't work out, but the dr. called today and said we need to meet tomorrow to discuss that because it's basically not worth the time as low as the success rate is. Such a difficult position to be in!
