Ems, I hope you were happy gifts galore at your Baby Shower, you deserve it! You take it easy now gal, and pls give your little ones big cuddles from me.{{{HUGS}}}.
Kery & Jomae, my endo? I am well passed simple pain killer stage with this nuisance. AF came on Saturday and I was a little grump all weekend too. I feel bad for my hubby but sometimes I let it take me over and I totally break down. Such is life.
Hi ladies - lots of new action happening on the board since last i logged on! Great to see.
Glad to hear that everyone is ok and progressing relatively well.
Well ive finally made it to the 13 week mark - time just seems to fly at this time of the year doesnt it! I have the big NF test tomorrow which i am very nervous about. I know the bubba is still around as i invested in one of those home doppler scan kits so i get to listen to its heartbeat every few days which is an enormous comfort!
Did all of you get nervous before your NF scan? Fingers crossed all is ok x
Thanks Tiger - as you said everything was fine and we had a great result. Such a spin out to see the baby bouncing around. We have a lovely picture of it smiling away. I'm guessing its a boy! I keep staring at the picture all day still in a state of disbelief this is all going on inside me!
Have you booked in for MIVF - what FS are you using? I was using Monash in the end under Mac Talbot but wasnt there long enough to know if he was good or not. His nurse was fantasic especially the fact she was able to find a way to give a full refund treatment after we found out we were preggers naturally - it wasnt until after i realise how difficult this is at most IVF clinics.
Hey Girls
Tiger sorry to hear your monthlies are such a nasty time i don't know anything about endo so can't offer any advise i can only say i hope you have a short cycle unlike my usual 7 day visit from af
Susan sorry i hadn't replied earlier yes i think the NFS is a nerving scan so much rides on the outcome . it's great to hear you received good results and yes the bonus is that we get to have a good look at bub. So you think you have a little man in there hey that would be nice do you intend on finding out officially or are you leaving it guess and ponder until bub is here. i know thats the fun part in our family seeing who guesses right and who doesn't well it was the fun part for me who had many neices and nephews before i had my own kids the joys of infertility hey. Any way congrats on the good result i hope everything else is going smoothly for you.
Yes we finished the tiling and now we are on to levelling out the yard a little paving and laying a patch of turf so we can put up the new swing set for ds's 2nd birthday which is tommorrow but unfortunately the rain is here so that has put a stop to that i can't get any turf today and can't put his swings up in the mud. i had to go out and by him something extra so he had something to open on his birthday seeing he has to wait a day or two for the swings not that he'll realize though .
so how is everyone else any names picked for these new bubs that are on the way
I am trying to post a message but I keep on getting kicked out? Ahhh... try again!!
Testing 123, Testing 123.....
Try again....
Hello Ladies,
I hope everyone is going well out there. I made an appointment to see my Endo/IVF specialist at MIVF in Nov... cos I am getting bit worried about my endo really playing up and ruining my thaw cycle.... AH!
Susan, glad to hear that everything went well. Take care xxx.
Jomae, have you managed to put up DS's swing yet? My BIL has this grand plan to build partment of tree-houses for my nieces and their little bro (due anytime soon!!). I am very worried that he will have whole kiddy town happening at their back yard - haha.
Hey tiger
Good to hear from you yep the swing set is finally up thankfully the rain gave in for a while he loves them and is definately proving to be a dare devil wanting to go as high as possible. I had my appointment today and it's finally been confirmed that there is no reason for me to have another ceasar so its up to me as to what i do and at this point i'm leaning towards a VBAC i basically have to decide by next monday which way i'll go if i choose a ceasar i can book in for the 16th of October.
Can the doctors do anything to help your frozen cycle seeing the endo is playing up so bad i hope things can go ahead as plan as i know how frustrating it is to have things postponed. i guess the important thibng is to ensure the doctor makes sure things are fine to go ahead before your mini tigers are defrosted it would be terrible to have them wasted.
Good luck and please keep me posted as to how your going.
Hey Kery hows things with you going smoothly i hope.
Hey Tiger
I hope that endo isn't giving you to much grief!!!
Hi Jomae
Far out I can't believe you only have a few more weeks to go!!! let us know which way you decide to go. Not much new with me. I have been painting the baby's room over the last couple of weeks. I painted it light green and yellow and did it up with Winnie the Poo stuff. I am glad that is over I was going to paint ds room next but have decided it's probably easier to pay someone to do it. My tummy is starting to get in the way of big jobs now.
Susan how are you doing?

Congratulations Tiger on becoming an aunty - hope all is going well. What did you bro/sis name him? DH and i are just starting to toss around a few names now and basically dont really agree on too much - oh well at least we have some time to think. And here is to you being preggers next Nov!
Congrats to you as well Jomae - i imagine swing sets cant be too easy to put up especially when you are so pregnant!
Kery - good on you for getting the room ready. I sure it looks gorgeous. I need you borrow some of your motivation to get that all ready as i just dont where i will find the time.
Well not much news my end. Pregnancy seems to be going well and we are now nearly 17 weeks - how the times flies! We think we will find out the sex at the 20 week scan although i'm flitting off and on the fence a bit. Having been travelling mega amounts with work recently which is doing my head in but after tomorrow i have 3 weeks straight in melb which is good.
Well best of luck everyone for the next few weeks and I look forward to hearing your birth annoucement soon Jomae.
Tiger congrats on your nephew my newest nephew was born on the 8th of september so i guess it must have been boy season makes you clucky hey.
Susan great to hear from you and good to hear your pregnancy has been uneventful thats what you want a boring pregnancy with nothing unexpected which means everything is going just perfect are you hoping for one particular sex i know in the scheme of things it doesn't matter one bit as long as they are healthy but its nice to think about as for the names good luck i'm lucky dh leaves it up to me unless he really dislikes the name.
Hey kery you go girl with all that energy i have trouble just walking without feeling out of breath let along decorating rooms although i think the nesting instinct is kicking in and i'm now feeling alittle pressure to get Katies room painted and things finalized
As for me i'm booked in for a ceasar on the 16th i was intending to try for a vbac but dh has read a horror story of a womens uterus rupturing resulting in the death of her baby and he's been putting the pressure on and he is right if something happened because i wanted to try natural i wouldn't forgive myself and its more important that she arrives safely than how she arrives so the 16th it is. Although i'm excited to meet her i can't help but want to keep her in there for ever to avoid the dramas i had with ds hopefully she'll be the complete opposite and be a breeze to look after i guess i'll soon see.
Tiger congrads on your new nephew I'm sure you will be a great auntie and spoil him rotten!!!!
Susan, glad to hear that everything is going well. Yea it's a hard one to decide to find out the sex or not. We didn't as I like to have a surprise after all that hard work!!!
Jomae far out the 16th that is sooo close. Baby names are hard, DH and I also never agree on name!!! Yea I finished the room THANK GOD!! I am so over painting. I got a friend to help me but I wish now that I had just payed someone to paint it.
Have a great weekend girls!!!!!

Hey guys how are we all i'm still in two minds as to which way to go vbac or ceasar i don't mind wbhich way she comes into the world i wouldn't be devastated if it was ceasar and not natural it's the after part seeing dh can't pick ds up let alone get around to chase him when into mischeif or other things i know it will be very difficult for me after but at the same time do i risk my uterus rupturing and something worse happening if i choose to go vbac i so don't know which way to go.
What would you ladies do risk it (vbac)or have the stress and possible trouble from over doing it afterwards( ceasar)
oh i brought my paint but still haven't put it on the walls slack hey i did take another feeding class which was really helpful kery i suggest you take the classes your hospital offers cna't help to be refreshed. anyway i'm still booked in for the 16th time to make a decision
Jomae - the 16th of Oct? I'm booked for the 15th Oct!!! I am having a caesar at 37 weeks as I am on BP tablets and the protein in my urine is steadily getting higher. Where are you having yours? I'm at the Mater Private. My doc decided a c/s was best given my BP is high and he's not willing to risk problems during a VBAC. Would have liked to experience labour, but trust my doc, so oh well.
Hi everyone else. Hope you are all doing well.
