Just a quick note before going to bed early (IBS acting funny this evening... bwl... but I'm okay)

My, that's amazing news! Look at that, 9 embies! I'll send good waves your way so they make it to blast! But if I may hun... you seem real stressed (hey, not that I blame you, I might do the same kind of posts in a couple of weeks!). You were stressed/disappointed about the number of follicles, then stressed/disappointed about the number of eggs retrieved, and then stressed about the number that fertilized, and now worry about how many will make it to blast... From the little I know, having that many fertilized eggs is real good news sweetie! Some only get one, or none at all you know! PMA! *hugs* Hang in there!

Good night guys, (tee hee hee... Bec will sure be seeing that cute heartbeat while falling asleep... )

Sophie............ I think I am a lil stressed due to this is our last cycle..... and Just to back it up just a lil With our first cycle we had 2 make it to blast 1 good 1 not so good. So only 1 to really transfer out of 8 all the others arrested. So if I don't get them to blast this time then my chances are over.I have tried to talk clinic into a 3 day transfer but that has been a no go.So yeah crossing all I have fingers & toes. I am sure that I may sound not as happy as I should but to have them all but 1 arrest is scary on transfer day.I am just so worried that I will have the same problem as last time and was hoping for more I guess I should just be wishing for better quality just hard to think about after 7 of 8 arresting by my transfer day. Thanks for the "vent" session. P&PT to all.

Bec.....I got goosebumps reading your post. To hear the heartbeat makes it all so real. I'm so happy for you.

Angie... So happy you are starting again. We had our disappointments days apart and are now days apart again for the next round. Australia sounds so awesome, I will have to get there one day.

Aunty... how is the down regging going for you? Are you less anxious about the change in your plan? I'm starting Lupron tomorrow, not sure if that means a change to the list.

My... I pray your 9 make it to blast. It's hard not to be 'gun shy' once you have a not so good previous experience. I'm going to try my hardest not to stress and worry that I will get a BFP and then miscarry, but given that was my first experience it's hard not to worry about it again.

AMC.... CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Can't wait to hear about your beta test!

Jodi... I hope you have not ovulated yet. Everything crossed for you that it was just your ovaries reminding you are there and getting ready. A friend of mine ovulated early during IVF and I remember how disappointed she was. Please keep us posted.

As for me... got home from my biz trip today. Going to the Dr. tomorrow to have him check out my creeping crud which has now grown from my hips to the middle of my back. UGH. I will also be picking up my calendar and completing the paperwork for the PGD.

More personals tomorrow, tonight is my turn to have the headache.

Hey ladies---so much going on! Congrats to Bec with the heartbeat--it's soooo great to hear a positive story---seems like there's been a lot of sadness lately. Thanks! And AMC--wowsers that's so awesome! Best of luck! Angie--I'm sooooo jealous that AF came (never thought you'd hear that, huh?) I'm still sitting here doing my little AF dance. Feeling very bloated--can't stop eating--and tons of lovely new zits, so I'm sure she'll be here any time ( I couldn't decide whether to laugh or cry, so went with both!)

Angie have a blast camping, JEALOUS if i went camping right now I would be a Bec-Sicle!!!!! That is great about AF feels good to have your body work the way it is supposed to sometimes heheeh!

Ange- good luck on the creepy crud! you too gave me goosebumps but I think for a different reason heheheh!. Hope your headache is better!

Sweet Sophie- never for a second do I doubt your PMA, I can understand the worries and the PMA all at the same time, kinda how I go about my day too! Just keep on trucking and tomorrow is always a day away!!!!
Hope IBS is better, I had a bout with it last night too, but I also found out that I still had a bunch of follicals and cysts left over in my ovaries and that was why I was sometime cramping.. hmmm never thought athat there would be MORE! craziness!

As for me just waiting for shared enrollment to finalize so I can get my Phase II appt. I am thinking it will be on JAN. 24th. I am just so happy to be at this point I am not even worried.
Keep your head up girls, we are strong women to be able to face the challenges that we have to. We are even stronger women to be able to support each other while doing it. GREAT JOB!!!!!

My this might sound odd but i wish my clinic did blast transfers i begged them but they wont they do day 3 as hard as it is waiting for the phone calls each day (and dont you even think about beating yourself up over stressing we ALL do it waiting to see how our babies are...its normal)at least on your day of transfer you know you have a viable baby there i have no idea if any of my embies ever made it past day 3 ...i will pray so hard for you that you get a surprise that you have two to transfer and 3 to freeze how does that sound.....i know what you mean this is my last cycle too i was praying for some or at least one frostie (i know this wont happen for me but im with you on praying)

Ange i hope your Dr takes one look and gives you some cream for it that clears it up right away it must be frustrating ...im sorry you have a headache hope its better tomorrow...hey do you know if we where all married wed never do BDing...LOL ooo lets us know when you get your calendar...hugs

bec: o girl, fantastic news!!! I am SO happy for you!

My: i get the anxiety. I, too have major problems getting embryos to blast. So even though i have 12 that fertilized this time, i am worried whether or not even one will be good quality (in 2 ivfs haven't yet had a good or great quality one). But hoping that this time you have more quality ones than last time... and like aunty said, that you have a couple to freeze! Everything crossed for you!!!

jodic: i know it was too early, but i was hoping to hear some news from you. Will check in later. Everything still crossed for you and you have been in my thoughts. Good luck!!!

meg: from your signs, sure sounds like AF is about to rear her ugly (but yet, strangly welcomed ) head. Hoping for you!

I know i am missing lots of people, hope to catch up tonight. 12 inches of fresh snow since yest pm... woohoo! After skiing.. a dip in the backyard jacuzzi overlooking the village (RE said yest i can go in for 10-15 min... ahhh, will be like manna from heaven for the muscles!). Wishing you all a great day!
