neffi , waw 27 .. great job !!! yeah don't worry about the size .. u still have time and believe me they grow about 2 -3 mm every day in the last few days ..
yeah i am also told to do it IM ...so i guess will have to use a bigger needle

faith77 I had my embryo transfer yesterday. We tranferred two 5day blasts. Thanks for the good luck! I wish it all for you as well!

good morning everyone!!!
OK so found out yesterday that ER is on monday .. i don't know why they frist said sat or sunday and now back on monday ... I feel very bloated and a bit crampy down there too

Will take the trigger shot tonight and they have diluted that too so insted of making it in 1ml of diluent ,I 'll make it in 2ml ...when i asked why the nurse said don't worry u'll be fine .. i have no clue what they r upto ..

Faith 03 Good Luck on triggering tonight! Did the nurse tell you how much hcg to take back to the syringe to use? because the last minute they told me the same thing about 2 ml but only 1 ml back to inject myself so instead of injecting 10 units, I injected 5 units.

I'm still in a little bit of pain. When I woke up I was already in pain. But I'm better and ready for ET

AFM The nurse called yesterday and said it was 16 eggies retrieved. 14 fertilized so she said that's great. Tomorrow morning they'll call me to let me know if I have to go right away for transfer or if it'll be Tuesday.

wow everyone seems to be progressing well! Hopefully we will all get preggo!!! Estrellita - did they give you pain meds after the ER? I am worried about pain meds b/c I am allergic to so many. But I have heard some people say they didn't take their and they were in alot of pain. Thanks for any imput. K

Wow! thats awesome!!! 14 is really great. Assuming you will transfer 2, are you going to freeze the rest?

Is ER bad ?? is it a lot of pain ??? did u take any meds from before or do they give u something in ur IV line .. arghhhhhhh ..God help me

hey guys,

out of curiosity, for all of you coffee drinkers out there, did you guys stop drinking coffee during the injection phase of the cycle? I am such an addict and with school and all, its really really hard to cut that out of my life completely. I definitely decresed the amount (i used to drink 2 large dunkin donuts coffees/day, now I just have one small one) but I assume once im pregnant, I probably shouldnt have any. Argh. Anyone deal with this?

estrellita .. i was reading ur post and in that you mentioned that you were lying down when you got ur Hcg injection ...is it better than standing up .. did u lie side ways or on ur belly ???

Hey chicas!
It's 7:45am on a Sunday and I'm already awake

I'm waiting for the nurse to call me and let me know if I should go today

Dixie after the ER they gave me tylenol xtra strengh. The nurse gave me two to drink righ there but I don't like to take too many pills and only took one. And she told me if I'm on pain take the same thing.

My insurance covers everything so yes I'll freeze the rest

about the coffee, during the stims I was still drinking coffee. They told me not to drink too much, but it was ok. After ER they said "NO COFFEE"

Faith 03 Don't worry. You'll be fine. They told me not to take anything after 12am before the ER. So noup. The anesthesia they give it to you on the room, thru the veins

but it wasn't bad because my RE was talking to me so I didn't really feel it and before I knew it I was sleeping.

About the hcg injection maybe I'm too late to answer, did you do it last night? Mine, I didn't feel it at all. I was on bed on my belly, covering my face

MedStudentMom2B I'm also a big coffee drinker. My whole family is, my parents had us drinking coffee probably at age 12

. First I decreased my 2 cups a day to 1 cup a day. Then when I filled my 1 cup of coffee I would get a glass of water or juice along with the coffee. I would alternate sipping the two and eventually my coffee would get cold before I finished it. By ER I quit filling a cup of coffee at all and would drink juice only. After ET, they do tell you no caffeine whatsover.

estrellita good luck to you today if they do ET. Something tells me with so many fertilized eggs you had they'll make it to 5 days.

I did it !!! the hcg shot was not bad at all

really made DH very scared but poor thing did a great job!!!!yeah I was lying in bed but side ways as was also giving him instructions

he didn't even take the class cause I said don't worry we have the video but guess what the freedom website didn't work .. anywayss he practised a couple of times on an orange and finally on me lol..
I feel very bloated today but am soo happy don't have to take any more shots till PIO start...
etsrellita good luck with your ET !!!! r u getting accupuncture ???

medstudentmom : sorry have no idea about coffee cause I am not a big coffee fan anyways so didn't face that issue but I would suggest that u listen to your doc .. if they say no then please don't cause you don't want to decrease your chances ...

I have a Major problem! My Lupron froze in the fridge. I am freaking out it reads DO NOT FREEZE on the vial and it must have gotten in a super cold spot in the fridge. I have called my dr's office waiting on a call back, meanwhile-I thought I would ask if anyone on the message boards knows anything about this. Thanks!

hey faith77 .. I am so sorry about ur lupron .. don't worry I don't think it should be a big problem .. BTW where did you keep it in the fridge .. I keep my lupron in the shelf which has the see thru plastic retractable door on it .. u know where u keep ur dairy .. that is pretty safe ..
