Grr! Meds were delivered yesterday. I had to go to the Fed Ex facility to pick them up because no one was home to sign for them. I get back to the car and open the box. It's just a normal, smallish-medium box from fed ex. I thought it would be a lot bigger. I open it and find out they only sent me the 5 gonal F that I paid OOP for. They never sent the rest of my meds. It was like 6:02 and Freedom Pharmacy was closed. I called first thing this morning and they couldn't figure out why the rest of my meds weren't sent out. With the holiday and everything the earliest they can get me the meds is Weds delivery. I sure hope they don't screw up this order. I will be pissed. We have our suppression appointment on Friday and we have to take all our meds to the doctor.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend so far. What was suppose to be a fun weekend in the pool with DH has turned into nightmare weekend so far. We opened the pool yesterday and it was green swamp, my cover ripped about 2 weeks ago and with all the rain we just figured we just leave it until we were ready to open it. WELL Water was yuck!!!! Then the filter wouldn't work. Try and get a pool guy to come Memoiral weekend ya right!!! so finally I got this handy man to come and check the filter and he got it to work, it was one small stupid piece needed to be put in the right place. DUH!! So I got filter to work and vacuumed pool for about 3 hours, threw 2 gallons of shock and let the filter work overnight. Well yay the water is blue but cloudy. So now 2 days can't go in the pool and its been freaking hot these 2 days. Cloudy is starting to clear up so I am praying that its clear enough to go swimming tomorrow. So I get tomorrow and Sunday. Next year I am getting the pool guy to open and close the pool. Enough of this LOL

Cinny: you asked about Lupron, my RE only prescibed it to me for my FET's not for fresh cycle.

Kynlee: so glad you found a donar. Hope AF shows up quickly.

Today was a fun day at work...I think we should have food all the time! lol so funny my boss came up to me and said she was glad her Christy was back to her old self, yesterday I was hormonal and I didn't want to be messed with. Today we were cutting up, singing dancing to the music and laughing when my voice would reach two higher notes. Made sales plan earning commission so I bought a beautiful "beachy-looking" tunic and some jewerly, which I never usually do. Meantime, my sweet husband has been out shopping around for a new fishing boat. It's nice to have this distractions and I think he's been having a blast searching craigslist and calling on them to set up appts to meet and take them out for a test run. So funny that he found one guy trying to get rid of one in a yardsale for just $500, but it was gone by the time he called. I tell him to just keep on looking, but it has to get my approval too. He's more interested in the motor while I'm more about appearance and how well it's been taken care of. Certainly not going to been seen in one of those camaflauge cruisers. Anyway I'm babbling tonight, but been that way all day!

jcbaby, aww that pool sounds like no fun, too bad about the rainwater but by Monday you'll be floating in the pool with a nice blended strawberry slushie!

Kynlee- definately finding out more about the follies on Tuesday. Would not be happy if the whole thing was cancelled. Baseline/scan that morning...and will be so glad to be off the birth control. That stuff is for the birds, be glad you aren't taking it with your cycle.

Wndgrl, oh my goodness I cannot believe what happened to your meds, how can that happen?! I mean you already paid for them and everything would of been listed on the packing slip. My clinic had water-based vials that we practiced with so we never had to bring our meds in. However, most pharmacies are pretty quick in the turn-around time, I would certainly be the first one to call them on Tuesday morning in case they are backed up from the holidays.

Ugh. Freedom called me this morning. There was some issue with the card to charge the copays to. It wasn't going through on their end. I give them another card number and it goes through. Then the girl says "Ok looks like we are sending it to your home address." I told her no, that I spoke with someone yesterday and they are shipping to a FedEx location because I wouldn't be home to sign for it. I don't want anymore delays.

I'm losing my confidence in Freedom. I will be calling first thing on Tuesday to get a tracking number and make sure everything is sent out. Our suppression check is Friday and we begin meds at that time. It would be nice to have all our meds at that time.

Just waiting on DH to get home from work. We are going to see Hangover 2 at 9:15 and get a few bites to eat at a wine bar beforehand.

Wow Wndygrl, you would think most pharmacies would run the card through to confirm everything went through ok before hanging up, or at the least call you right back to make sure they had the right card number down. But I am glad to hear they are available over the weekend to follow-up with and you're getting everything taken care of. Try to enjoy the rest of your weekend, this is now out of your hands and it will all work out! Hangover2 sounds like fun, hopefully it's just as good as the first one!

Work really early tomorrow morning, but off by noon...Going canoeing with dh and then meeting up with some next door neighbors for a cookout tomorrow night. lol he thinks we're going boat shopping at some point!

Sunshine - We have Blue Shield as our insurance and they normally do not cover infertility however, my husbands company worked something out with them to cover up to 3 rounds of IVF. I think they have to pay a certain amount and then they cover the rest. It has been a hassle though. Everytime we have gone through a round, we've had problems with the ins because they normally don't cover so we have to contact HR through my husbands company and they have to contact our ins. It's been stressful but worth it being that it cost so much!

As for the diet that the accupuncturist recommended; he says no caffeine (not even decaf), no dairy, soy milk is fine, drink warm liquids (nothing with ice, just warm or room temp). 60% of my diet should be raw veg such as: lettuce, tomato, celery, cucumber, carrots etc. as long as it's raw. 20% fruit: strawberrys, blueberries, kiwi, pear, apple, peaches. Then 20% carb. No red meat. No alcohol.

I went to see my RE Sat and we have 5 follies now. So that was good news, but we are moving our ER to thurs or fri to give the eggs more time to grow. Which is fine as long as they are healthy. I go in to see him again tomorrow (Tues) and hopefully they are growing good!!!!!

This weekend we went to Palm Springs and had a really relaxing time. The weather was nice, it could have been a little warmer but it was still relaxing. Husband wanted to relax before we move into these next couple of weeks as they usually are pretty stressful. I am trying as hard as I can not to worry about anything and just go into it with an open mind and if it doesn't work out this time, there's always next time????? But it better be THIS TIME!!

How was everyone's holiday weekend? Jcbaby I was thinking about you yesterday with that pool, how nice it would be! So hot down here and we thought about canoeing but since I got home from work at 2 and knew the place would be packed, we decided to hold off on that, and went looking at boats indeed. Last night was alot of fun, had the neighbors over for dinner with their sweet daughter Belles and played cards. We're talking about all getting together next weekend to see Hangover2 but I would like to hear some reviews, what you guys thought of the movie?

What a Memorial Day! We were supposed to go to friends house for bbq yesterday. DH wasn't feeling good at all. 5 minutes in the car he felt like was going to throw up so we head back home. About 8 we get a call from MIL that Grandma is in the hospital and asking if we could go up there and be with DH's aunt. The hospital is like a 2 hour drive away. We didn't get home until 2:30. I'm so exhausted. They admitted Grandma about midnight last night for observation. She has some fluid on her lungs and the pain from the shingles is pretty bad. Plus sh ehasn't eated anything in a few days but a few bites of oatmeal. I think I'm more upset that MIL didn't go. Yeah it would've been a 3 hour drive but it's her Mom! Thank goodness I have the option of working from home today. I'm so exhausted. I'm going on about 4-5 hours of sleep.

HEY! Sorry I have been MIA. Just waiting for good ol' Aunt Flow. She finally arrived, late, but here. Got my schedule moments ago! YIPPY! Started Estrace last night, Pre-op US on the 16th, POI starts the 18th and transfer on the 23rd!!!!! It is getting so close and I am getting a little nervous/anxious/excited. Oh the bliss!!!

Ladies, this is our time! I can feel it!!!

Hi ladies! Just checking in. I am set to test progesterone levels next Monday. Had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Spent some time with DD and my mom, and ran (rather jogged) the Bolder Boulder 10k race yesterday.

Any other male factor ladies here? DH is on 8 weeks of supplements to try to up his count/motility. Curious if that has helped anyone out.

So this morning I got my days all screwed up and went for my b/w & u/s today instead of Thursday. Well I got the call from RE office to up my Estrace to 2 - 2 mg pills starting tonight and twice a day there follows. I go back on Friday for b/w & u/s again. My lining was already at 8.2 why would the RE up my estrace I still got 10 days yet before FET? I just thought it was weird. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Well Weekend wasn't a total bummer we got the pool filter working and cleaned pool by Sunday! By Monday I was so burnt and so hot out I had enough already LOL.

JC - my dose of Estrace is pretty high. Right now I am 4 my orally in the morning than 6 mg vaginally in the evening. My dose seems alot higher in comparison to everyone else. My next lining check is Friday if it looks good I should still be on for the 10th. I am starting to get really emotional from all this Estrace. I started crying after my appointment last week because I gained 17 pounds since our cycle in December. Gotta love IVF...lol

Hello everyone

ok SO I had a busy weekend! We had a GREAT time in AC. Started with a great dinner and then some drinks and dancing

Back to reality.......so AF FINALLY showed her face saturday night. So I started BCP that night....and the fun begins I was scheduled to work the holiday weekend of July 4th but looks like i will be bumming it at home...getting my BFP!!! My RE doesnt want me doing any strenous activity and since i am a RN...my job requires physical work. So I get the 2ww OFF...but that makes more time to make me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to have to find something to do So the weather here has been so HOT! 90 degrees in May??? I cant believe this! Crazy I tell ya
