Susan, sorry to hear the follicles aren't playing ball. Will you continue on the increased dose until Monday anyway? I had this happen first time around and they put me on some HUGE amount of Puregon that scared me to death (ca. 300 I think), just for the last 2-3 days. It worked though, I didn't have a particuarly large number, 9, but as everyone says, it only takes one.

Good luck over the weekend, and you know the drill, look after yourself and keep that PMA! :)

love

Hi All

Congratulations to Debra, Loopy and Regankate!!! And Jane i am so sorry to hear your news, but im sure you'll find the strength to carry on and have your turn.

Im now on day 4 of 2ww. I had period like cramps and a bad back yesterday and feel a bit crampy today too. What's all that about? Im trying not to read anythin in to it as i know it could mean either.

I had to go to the nurse and get results back tues, still think i may have infection of some kind, so that kind of making me think it'll not work this time, just a feeling. Thats why this board is so helpful and encouraging cos it helps you to realise that just because it doesnt work first time doesnt say it never will, and thats what i tell myself and it makes me feel better.

Must go dp is working today and I said id deliver lunch!

Angelina,

HI, Thanks for the Congrats.... I am sooo happy but also still a little nervous. I Know the numbers say I am pregnant but I terrified that when I go back in on Monday they won't be as high???
ANyway, I had awful back pain throughout the tww and I don't get it that bad from AF. And every now ang again I would have a little AF cramp but never full blown AF cramps. GET IT???

Anyway I hope that helps you out!!!
GOOD LUCK!!!!
HANG IN THERE, JUST KEEP READING THIS SITE IT REALLY HELPS!!!

Hi debra
Thankyou so much for giving me some hope :)
i did take the option to carry on til monday as i could not give up that easy
a few friends i have told think its just about the money i will lose but its not just that, yeah i will lose £1000 but all im worried about is that i dont want it to be canceled i really want to just get on as i got myself all ready for this evan though i worried about over stimulating again i never thought of under stimulating things never seem to just be straight forward.
hopefully i will finish with no more hurdels put in front of me will just have to wait and see what monday brings.
THANKS SO MUCH AGAIN

Regankate,
Do not!!!even get that thought in ur mind that the hcg's are not going to be ok on monday....Pls don't do it...for my sake!!I never want anyone else to go through it or even feel negative before going in for the second test...ur baby/babies are in you...they are growing as they have to and that's what u will think over the weekend and even on monday before going for the test....I apologise for being so sensitive about it but...i just feel that if i would have been positive then MAYBE my babies could have held on longer.Sorry if i have offended u and gone overboard.

Luv,
Miracle.

Hi gals,
I haven't been on "board" for a few days, my mum and dad are up from Sydney, so have been quite busy catching up with them. We're in Noosa today, swimming in the ocean and eating too much, is divine!!
Well well well, congrats to loopy (I knew you'd get a BFP), and to ReganKate and Debra, am soooo happy for my fcb chicks. I test tomorrow morning, my af pains have gone away, and (I think??) my boobs might be a little sensitive, but that could also be from all the prodding "just to check!"
Miracle, I can see what you're saying re. the importance of positive thinking, but I don't believe that any fearful thoughts you might have had would have been detrimental for your outcome. Most of the girls on this site stress out at SOME stage of the game, but ultimately I believe if it's ment to be it will be. I also believe that if you can fall pregnant once, you can do it again. I look forward to hering your good news on your next cycle!
Jane, was really sorry to hear your news, is such a ******* this IVF crap some times...
To all else, PMA PMA PMA
I'll post again Tuesday morning, so here's to a BFP!

Angelina...sorry to hear you've got concerns.....but DON'T WORRY! I had mild cramps and was bloated throughout my 2ww, my lounge-around-the-house comfy sweats got progessively less and less comfy....reading the posts, even just between those of us who had ++++ this week, our symptoms were not alike, some bled, some had sore boobs, some (me) didn't really have anything vaguely pg-like.....and we still got a ++++++

Try and enjoy the 2ww, it could the start of a long 9m!!!!

love
Debra.

Hi girls,

Loopy/Regan - Well done on your results. Have posted on your threads as well.

Jane - I'm sorry it didnt work for you this time. Lets hoep your frostie work their magic. I've posted on your thread also.

Susan L - Sorry your follies have been a bit slow. Hope the extra dose will do the trick and hope tomorrows scan looks much better. I'll keep everything crossed for you.

Traci - Hope you had a fab birthday yesterday!

Angelina - I think bloatedness is quite normal and a side effect of the cyclogest so probably nothing to worry about. Hope your test results are OK as well. Good luck on the 2WW.

Kathryn/BelB - Good luck with your tests tomorrow.

I am on 2WW - day 12 today and it seems like forever. Test on Wednesday so only a few more days to go!

Love to everyone,
Allison
