Ester- congrats! The good news just keeps coming from you, doesn't it. When is your ultrasound?
Lauren319- Grow follies grow! My left ovary did nothing on my last cycle and my right only had 3... But it worked! Question, if you get a healthy embryo to transfer from this cycle, could you combine it with your frosty at transfer?
Lou--- 1 beautiful baby girl from a single 8 cell embie in Sept 2011
Lou - It's so funny you asked because I just asked the RE today! He's going to first check and see if I can retest my frostie that had an "inconclusive" result. If so, we'll throw her in too. If not, he did say that we could maybe throw a different frostie in (I have 2 boys on ice), but they're really into implanting just one so we'll see. How are you feeling?
WeHaveHope - I was spotting on and off forever when I started my cycle and the RE said it was fine. They should be able to check the time of your cycle by hormones.
Ester - I second the request for advice. How much pineapple did you eat exactly? Ha.
Madame - You're so there! Right on.
I'm so sore and crampy....especially for someone with only 1 follicle on the left side. What's hurting so bad if it's not poppin' with follies? Is there anything I can do? No heating pad or ice, right? Anyone?
I don't pray so someone please do it for me. Thanks.
Lauren319 - I had a lazy right ovary with only one too, sorry. But the good news is that like Lou said it really does take only one, I am glad to hear you also have frosties. I think heating pad is ok up until the day you transfer your embryo, core temperature is only a problem if you are pregnant but I am also not a doctor! THe ovaries also produce fluids so even though you are not full of follies you might have fluid in there. I had ohss last time and a ton of fluid went into my abdominal cavity so I think that it is fluid build up but I don't think you are a candidate for OHSS, I was a fluke, a poor responder with low E2 that got ohss, go figure! Praying for you big time!

Hi ladies! I don't have time for personals; I need to get dinner made. I will try to do some later tonight.
My 4th BETA results from today are 3,646! Between Sunday's 948 & today, that is a doubling time of almost 25 hours. I have an appointment for an early ultrasound next Tuesday at 3.
Ester that is eggciting news! How is your husband taking all this in? We cannot wait for next Tuesday!:-)

Quick update,
I spoke to my RE today. He is now definantely somewhat concerned about the continuous bloody discharge or spotting I have had for about a month since my last AF. He is afraid that I may still have some "product of conception" left over that is causing the continuous bleeding. Although he did say that he thought that is this was that case that it is probably very minimal because there is no pregnancy hormone (Hcg) being produced as evidenced by my most recent zero Beta. He said that he feels confident and hopeful that with this next AF that everything left over from the MC will be expelled. However he was quite clear that if after this next AF and once I start on the Estrogen patches that if the bleeding continues he will recomended to hold off on the FET and to do a D&C. Urg... I can't imagine waiting even longer for the FET but I completely understand where he is coming from. If my body has not been able to get rid of everything it needs to after the MC then my endometrium would not be in any condition for a transfer much less implantation of my embies. Ahhh, I hate this IVF rollercoaster. If it's not one thing it another. I know he is right and I have to trust what he says. Like he said, he is hopeful that with this next AF everything will be cleared out but we will just have to wait and see. He said that one way or another we should probably know for sure by the end of next week since I should start the Estrogen Patches on Monday night. So many unknowns! All I have left is to trust in God, believe that what is best is what will happen, and have faith that everything will be ok.
