Tonya- i just went to the doctor about my cold and cough...i have been miserable. He offered to give me the HINI vaccine and said it is extremely important because Im pregnant and work with children.
DH and I just dont feel comfortable with it. There isnt enough research about side effects on the fetus. I told my dr. that I would have to think about it and get back to him. At least it doesnt have mercury in it.

About the H1N1 - I am definitely getting the vaccine as soon as I can. I work around young people (more than 20% of our students have had the swine flu already), and feel lucky to not have gotten it yet, but the flu is really dangerous for pregnant women. It's virtually the same vaccine as for seasonal flu, which is safe for pregnant women. And getting vaccinated is the only way to protect your baby, since they can't get vaccinated early, but will have residual protection from you for a few months after birth.
My FET went smoothly - all three embryos made it through the thaw, top-graded! And now we wait. Beta on 11/11.
And is it wrong that I've been looking forward to bed rest for the last few weeks?

Believe it or not...we put 1 in!!! I am 13dp5dt so that may be why it is so high. They made me wait forever! The nurse said we want to see over 100 so your very pregnant.
I did text DH. It was a bad idea. I wrote, "bad news 5 more wks of bum shots it's positive 960 want 100" So on his phone it read my number and "bad news" it took him 10 minutes to open it because he was so bummed. Then he texted back saying he was so confused. What the hell was I trying to say? Was it good or bad? I said "Good." So I don't advise starting a text with "bad news."
I know that is a really good number, but I am still going to be a little nervous until Monday when I go for my second beta. U/s next Friday probably.
Funny thing. I put my phone on vibrate and carried it in my hand from 2:15 on, since she said results would be after 2:30. Well I actually turned off all ringers by accident even the vibrate. So I missed the call even though the phone was in my hand and I had to get the news through my voicemail. I'll take it anyway. As soon as the nurse said, "Hi Lisa" I knew it was good news from the tone of her voice.
