Hi Buddies

this 2ww is going soo slowly and im only at day 5!! how will i manage!

well, it seems i gave some people a giggle on my other post ... i really didnt want to ask but i guess you don't know if you don't. I blamed it on myself a bit first cos i didnt want to sound nasty - but in truth DH has been putting the pressure on a bit! Anyway - when he gets home tonight Ill show him all your posts and see what he says then! thanks! :)

I AM getting a little bit of crampyness in my lower tummy from time to time at the moment (its getting a bit more frequent! :? ), but Im taking this as a good sign?? i think i remember you others getting that and it just means the embies are settling in nicely.................................? :?

Valli - Glad you are doing okay - not long now eh? how are you feeling? XXX

Julie - first off i need to come over there and wag my finger at you in a very exagerated fashion!!! NEVER apoligise for being 'miserable' on this board, and besides, you didnt moan half as much as i normally do. thats what this board is for! In fact..................

Once upon a time there was a girl called Julie who said 'New rules - never apologies for moaning - if you can't moan to us who can you :?: :D ' if you dont believe its actually on this board - page 9. acting a bit mad aren't i? oh well i hope i raised a smile. if you want a a giggle read my post on 2ww sex abstinance - that seemed to get the others giggling.......................

seriously tho i am sorry you are feeling a bit miserable, you have had so many holdbacks on this cycle. im sure it will come right tho and just have faith that the clinic know what they are doing. they have your best interests at heart, im sure. chin up love. it won't be long now. an i totally understand about the brave face we put on at work! Sophie,
You are right. I completed One week successfully  . Waiting for one more week. Test date is on 6th Dec. When do you need to go for the ultrasound?
Julie,
I am so sorry, that you are feeling down. I can understand, how hard it is to spend time waiting for the Call from Doctors Office. What is the blood test report you are waiting for? Is Estradoil level high for you? How many eggs do you have?
Toni,
I read your post on the other thread made me laugh  . Infact I loved it. We are all on the same boat. Just saying no to Husband :) . How is your 2WW going on?

Hi All

Thanks for the kind words

yesterday my levels were too high still - in fact they had gone up - but apparently that happens. Not sure what they are testing - keep forgetting to ask :!: :!:

Went back this morning (again) for another check - so do or die today if it hasn't gone down then we will have to abondone it (can't spell that word!!). But I have lots of PMA today and feel much better.

I think I have about 18 eggs

Gotta go - at work people coming!!

Hope everyone else is ok
love and hugs

Julie,
I am so sorry. It is so hard to start a cycle and then not finish ... how utterly devastating for you, and it is like getting a -ive at the end of the 2ww.
What I don't understand is ... what levels are too high???? Are they scared you are going to over stimulate????? I've never heard of this before, its normally the other way round where people don't have enough eggs/follicles.
If you don't have some time booked off work just take it off sick .. you must be feeling terrible.
Big Hugs .... and keep us posted on what the clinic say ... there will be a next time and that go will be a success.
Do spend the time having a fantastic Xmas .... and consider some alternative medicine or therapy as that can always help when levels go wrong / hormones erratic / etc. I went to Marilyn Glenville nutritionist. There is also Dr Zhai Clinic which is meant to be fantastic.
I am sorry Jules, the main thing is about being patient .. your time will come.

Toni - very good news about the cramping .... I reckon its a good sign soon, as I definitely had this.

Valli - how's it going for you???? It sounds like you are holding on in there. You only have 5 more sleeps until that positive is confirmed.
Takes lots of rest you too. Just be really lazy :D :D

valli - my first ultra sound is a week today (8th dec). The time is going so slowly. I had a horrible feeling I was miscarriaging last night  , so kept on going to the toilet to check. But boobs still hurt this morning so taking that as a good sign. :D I am still in a state of limbo until I see that the embryo is alive. Projesterone can stop a miscarriage apparently even when the embryo has died ... so I am still so scared. So girls, when you get that +ive the waiting is not over ... actually I think it is worse.
Sorry to put a bit of a downer on it ... I am so bl**dy happy really but just still scared. This is VERY new territory for me!!!! My clinic doesn't do blood tests so i can't check whether my levels are going up satisfactorily.

Anyway, enough of me waffling on.
Fingers crossed for the two of you, and I hope you both have lots of

Hi Girls,
I am too scared now. I had some spotting this morning. Feeling some uneasyness in the abdomen. Last cycle also started spotting first, later in the test it came negative.
I don't know what to do now? I thought I'd call the Doctors office, any way they are going to say its not abnormal and I'd need to wait until the test. I don't think I have any other choice rather than waiting until Monday.

valli,
Yes, you stay positive. It is all going to be OK. There have been plenty of stories on this site of girls having spotting and then having positives. So don't you worry at all. Just take it easy and keep on visualising those embies growing. Not too long to wait know until your +ive test result. have a relaxing weekend. I'm sorry :( I haven't been on the site to check the threads earlier. I had a day off yesterday, so poor you haven't had a response for a while.
Hang on in there ... and I've got good vibes about you. It'll be implantation spotting thats all.
Best wishes

Toni,
Thank you very much for your support. Hubby will be busy with the work all the time, because of all your support I am still hoping for the positive. Called the Doctors office yesterday, Nurse told its too early to say anything. So just wait until Monday.
How is your 2ww going on? Take rest and Have Fun.

Hi Everyone,
As you know I got positive :D on 6th. Nurse told me I need to go 2 more times for the HCG test. One is tomorrow, may be next one again after 2 days. I think ultra sound at 6 weeks. Other than these do you think I need any more tests? I am still spotting. I forgot to mention this to the Nurse yesterday.
Any suggestions on these?
Love Valli.
