Hello girls, I've been on the June/July thread but now it looks like i'm going to have EC on the 1st or the 3rd of August. You don't mind if I join you gals?

Yeah, I am in the USA. Bentonville, Arkansas-though my doctor is out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. I should probably add my location to my profile! I'll do it right now. Thanks for filling me in on the spray!

to my US buddies, I did not realise that you guys don't use the sprays.... I wonder why?????

Gail, I am doing ok thanks. I chat to my husband every night over the net and that helps tremendously - otherwise I'd be really lost. I will have my sis beside me for a support when I start my injections, she is a real starrrrr, I am staying with her and her husband while I am here and they are spoling me rotten

Tiger- How long has your hubby been away? Hang in their girl, his homecoming will be awesome!

About the spray in the USA...Before today I never even knew that the spray exsisted. I'm sure different clinics use different treatments.
FYI- TMI=Too much Information.

Hello All,
Well the scan was fine - bloods fine so start injections tomorrow

. who would think that I'd look forward to that!!!
I've taken my drugs round to my Mum so things are ready to begin on my way home from work tomorrow.
I'm glad to begin - the waiting for things is the worse bit. Next clinic appointment is next Tuesday so nothing much to do except stick needles in until then.
Glad to see that everyone is reasonable upbeat. There is an August test dates thread up and running that some of us will be joining soon - can't wait!!! See I said I was impatient!

Hi everyone,

Took my one injection for my down reg - have a scan on weds 27th then start Menopur daily injections on Friday 28th for ten days prior to EC.

This is due week comm August 8th

Then hopefully ET a few days later.

Good luck to everyone this week.

I'm feeling fine so far - no side effects other than a lack of period pain and a bad headache. Still going to work so must be ok.

Anyone with a previous cycle - how many days do you generally take off work, and when - just so I know what to expect.

I haven't told many people at work- just my closest colleague who covers my holidays etc - how are the rest of you dealing with telling/not telling colleagues & aquaintances?

hi everyone-
just got back from my scan/bloods to get the ok to start my stim drugs... i have to wait for them to call this afternoon. but if ok, i'm looking at a EC the 2nd or 3rd.... can not wait to get started...

my dh and i said that this is our last try, so we are praying for the best...

i hope that EVERYONE gets +ives this month~!!!

Colleen I have just read that this is your 10th IVF, I really hope that this one will be the one that makes your dreams come true

Im waiting for AF to start Nicola, I was going to say patiently waiting but im definately not patient at the moment

Where did you go away for the weekend to

Sharon im planning on taking 4 days off work starting from EC day, this is my first go at IVF though so I will just see what happens. I have had IUI before and I only took 1 day off.

How are the injections going Debbie, I know your Mum is doing them for you. My main side effect is that I am so so tired and a tiny bit irritable

- my DH worked out in the Garden until 10pm last night, hope he wasnt trying to avoid me
