and you to p and hm you both start planning your baby rooms and figure out if you want pooh our bugs bunny or whatever ..

This will work, and you are a celeb because you have been to hell and back to get where you are today. You snuggle up tight with dh and love your little munchkin to bits OK??? Enjoy being pg sweetie, it's a gift.

Thanks for all your help - still taking it day by day and having to spend most of that in bed, absolutely shattered and always tired at the moment

Had another pregnancy test today - will get the results later and hopefully (fingers crossed) will be able to get them to give me a date for the scan - I just can't wait to see this for myself.

How many IVIG's did you end up having in total - I have had 2 now and was just wondering if it is likely that I will have to have any more.

How are things with you - I saw that you are now officially an August Buddie which is fantastic. You must be really happy to have a date to focus on.

I only had 2 IVIG's one round ec and one after the positive test. I am not sure what he does now I guess with all the monitoring you may have more. I kept on with all the other drugs up until 12 weeks though.
I don't know if we will go again in August as my FHS levels are even higher this month, but we will just have to wait and see. I have come to the conclusion that it may never happen , but I feel so blessed to be in my position and have to stop unlike so many girls who have to stop after no sucess. DH does not feel that way so I will keep trying until he or Mr T say stop!!!
Keep us posted on your pregnancy , although I dont always post I always try to log on for updates on your progress. If you are anything like I was I still took it day to day until the day I gave birth and even then thought I was losing them!!! I was quite shocked to hear that I wasn't having a miscarriage but was actually in labour!!! sounds stupid now but as you know when you have been through so much you can't quite believe it is all going to work out ok.

I can so emphasise with the day-to-day feelings - I'm still in a state of shock now.

I have just had my telephone call to confirm my levels and apparently they are excellent - going for another test on Friday and then hopefully if that goes ok, then I should have the first scan on Tuesday of next week.

Keeping everything crossed and praying very hard as you can imagine.

Sending you loads of love and hugs and PMA and hope that your levels come down and give you the chance to get going - I will keep fingers crossed that you get the go ahead very, very soon.

Hi, Little P,

I just want to post to see how you are doing. I'm glad to hear that your test result is great, but don't know why you have done many pregnancy tests but the scan is rather late.

I have done my 2nd scan today, the doctor said my 2 sacs are growing fine, so I definitely have twins. My OHSS is getting better because I am having a full time bedrest these days. If you still have bloating belly, tell your doctor so they can check you out. When they do, they will be able to see the sac(s) since you are pregnant. I was able to see my little ones when they were 21 days and 25 days old; they are most amazing things I've ever seen in my life.

So best luck with your 1st scan. Love and hug!

Thanks. They always leave the first scan till 6 weeks which is fine, at least I have something to look forward to next week. It's quite nice having all the blood tests done, it gives me so much reassurance that my levels are still going up and up

I am so pleased for you - you must be over-the-moon, double trouble for you then

They had a look at my belly at the w/e and said it was fine - it's because of all the injections I am doing at the moment, mind you as long as things continue well I don't care how big I get

Take care of yourself and the little ones and do let me know how things progress won't you. Have you any symptoms yet?

I'm kind lost my taste already, many food tasted bitter somehow. Good for your to go out to have Indian food. But do be careful with what you eat. I'd like to prepare meals myself to make sure it's clean and cooked. I'm so concerned about the cleanliness of the food I eat. If you go out eat at a good restaurant, have fun and enjoy the pre-peranthood.

I have been so careful - only eaten out twice in the last 3 weeks, otherwise done all my own cooking. We are going to a very good restaurant and I shall have the mildest thing on the menu - unfortunately I have a real desire for Indian today, probably because I haven't had one for over 3 weeks

My symptoms are slight nausea, sore boobs and an odd taste in my mouth. Haven't gone off anything (mind you I don't drink caffeine anyway), except I have no desire for alcohol and it smells funny

Aren't all these things wonderful

so happy your levels are going through the roof sweetie

Patrick holford says "there is no such thing as a safe level of alcohol when pg" - not preaching just letting you know....so good that you don't feel like any....please take care my sweetie pie

We'll find out on Friday if they will do any tests for us, I just pray they are nice and understanding, I know I am going to end up in tears all day.
