Hi Everyone,
I've been away for past 3 days for a short road trip. Pregnancy test is tomorrow and I've been losing my positive outlook and already planning to do next cycle in March! I have the picture of my embies and so hope they pull through. They've already done so much. Each one is a little miracle. I confess I did the evil pee stick today and it was negative. I can't help myself I'm a compulsive!

Rachel, I'm thrilled to hear the news of your embies. 3 top notch triplets! I'm sending sticky vibes your way. Let's hear it for us not-so-poor responders!

Jag, I so hope you got BFP today. My thoughts are with you. I'll check the other board to see if you posted there.

Molly, I'm glad to hear the holidays are bringing you some cheer.

Pam, When does your next cycle start in Jan? I hope your staying warm out there in Canada. I'm cold here in southern California!

Dizzie, I'm glad to here you're doing so well. From my experience, no symptoms is great. Although I'm very familiar with the desire to have the comfort of puking your guts out so you feel really pregnant.

Huge hello to everyone and lots of holiday cheer.

Blood test was negative :( I plan to try again in March. Unfortunately evil RE has me doing "confirmatory test" on Monday AND I have to cont those lovely IM progesterone shots!! I had already bought some nice wine and was on my way to get some blue cheese when I got the message to cont meds. So much for ad-hoc New Years celebration!!! Oh well, I'm looking forward to getting healthy and fit for the next run. Everyone says 3 IVF trials are necessary for a good try. And next time my eggs will be ICSI'd when they are nice and fresh. I'm still proud of how they held up under the last try.

Much Love to everyone. Our miracles will come.

daly, so sorry that it's not working out for you. my clinic also insists on 2 tests regardless of the outcome of the first. maybe today will bring better news?
you sound positive about the future and you are so right, your miracle will happen. sending you a big hug.

i've had my feet up the last few days letting DH pamper me. i'm already starting to crack up and so is DH from the housework!! i have my first test on jan 10 and then a confirmatory one on jan 12. it seems so far away!

yes, dizzie, we transferred 3 embies which is the max permitted by italian law. you can't freeze embies and once they're created you're legally required to transfer all of them. of course, you could opt for only 2 to be created but we decided on 3.

anna, has AF arrived yet?

pam, how are you keeping?

hi to everyone and wishing you all a fantastic 2006.

Thank you guys for such kind words. I'm wondering what to do with the picture of my little embies? I think I'll keep them out for a bit longer and then find a safe place. Wow, between these embies and my mc's I think I must have a huge family in heaven!

Anna here is a team of jiggers for your fashionable late AF!!

JenC you're absolutely right. 2006 will be our year!! When do you plan to cycle again?

Rachel I know how it is letting dh do all the cleaning. My dh tried during my whole 2ww. I don't think his eyes work so well in the house!! He sure meant well though. Cont your pampering and the infinite 10 days to testing will arrive!!

Dizzie huge congrats on not only your BFP, but also I hear wedding bells are ringing!!!

Keep the pic! Put it in your scrap book. I can't even imagine what it is like to get a negative test. I can't imagine going through all of this only to have it fail. Keep your head up! How many times have you done this?

This is my first cycle.... Ever! I am down to 5 units of Lupron. I started stimming on Saturday. I go for an ultra sound and some kind of blood work tomorrow.

I don't know how long I will be on the Follistim...no one told me and I have no idea when I am doing the ET. I start some other kind of drug tomorrow, but I don't know what it is or what it does. She just told me to bring the box...

Questions from a first timer...Does the ET hurt? And I was told I will be in "la la land" so does that mean completely asleep? Does the implantation hurt?

hi jen
when i had my eggs removed they knocked me out and had an excellent anathesthologist with me, only felt sore that night after the pain relief had worn off. ET didnt hurt and no pain afterwards. The only REAL pains i have found to be when i stopped the progesterone pessaries with a pos result after 14 days and my body reacted badly, not sure cos of coming off the artifical drugs or pregnancy, find out tmrw with scan hopefully what is going on. ( i figure although my bowels are in uproar i was lucky........)
