how YOU doing steph??? you sound pretty damn good from your reads.... and i know you'll be in hell all day today --- poor me  maybe beck or nims or somebody will come out to play!!! that zit is DISGUSTING!! least mine won't make people go ewwwwwwwwwww as they pass me by ---- or maybe it will cuz it's right on my damn face!!!

oh hey -- i see that beck popped in while i was middle of posting!! hey beck!!! was missin u........thanks for yer words of wisdom -- really did bring a smile to my face :P it is just f*&#@ up that your body plays so damn many tricks on you!! have fun shopping!!!!! that is one thing that you would so NOT enjoy my company -- i HATE to shop! to me it is a pain in the arse!! i don't mind grocery shopping -- but anything else, NO THANK YOU!!! i have 2 pair shoes for work (brown/black), i have one pair of sandals i wear day in/day out (my birkenstocks are my FAV thing in the whole world!!!!) all summer long....and of course my sneakers that mostly sit in my closet collecting dust as every time i buy a new pair - i have high hopes of "starting my new exercise" program!! ha, ha, ha!!! if i could live in jeans, a t-shirt/sweatshirt and sneakers/sandals --- that is what i would be in ALL THE TIME (except when it's jammie time.....love my jammies!!!)

aaahhhh hope --- you're such a dear for posting pg symptoms :D again, made me smile......and i'll take ANYTHING that makes me do that right now!!! ya know -- like i said to beck, stupid body for playing all these F*&#@ing games!!! just seems to me that after all we've been thru -- we're entitled to SOME kind of break!!!! (see what i get for thinking!!! )

chriss ------ are ya SURE you're in for the long haul??????? you've jumped in at one of our busiest (aka-craziest) times EVER ---- are ya havnin' second thoughts???? ha, ha, ha!! told ya we were a busy group!! in fact --- i kinda feel bad cuz i was already part of this group and when i saw somebody had started a "Dec/Jan buddies" thread -- i popped in over there -- having GREAT intentions to be members of both groups -- just couldn't do it  so busy over here........ and honestly just didn't feel nearly as much of a "bond" over there (so very sorry to all the gals over there -- i didnt' intend to abandon you  ) SO..... because i really feel like these are my friends here -- i pretty much am loyal to this thread.....i may post a comment here/there -- but overall, this is "home" for me :-)

nims ---- meant to ask you........what the hell is the "man" flu????? is it differnt than the "woman/girl" flu????? cuz over here -- we just have "the flu" if you're man, woman or child!!! still feelin' randy????? so just how long before 12weeks is up and you can do the deed?????

k ladies -- as usual, i'll be popping in/out today.....TTFN!!

ICSI,

I am not quite to freak out mode yet. You only have two more days, you can do it and it will be a great surprise.

ICSI - Will you relax. You're such a flurry of hyperactivity that you make me sound so sane and patient (boy - would DH laugh at that! ). I can understand your anxiety though- I know you don't want yet another person telling ya to relax because you probably don't know how to. All I can say is that I really really wish that the next 2 days whiz by. As for the zit, that could be anything - even all the chocs/ creme eggs that you have eaten.

Steph - We are so proud of you. You have not yet POAS and your test date is only 3 days away. Yay! Finally some progress. By the way, that pic of the zit - gross  Yuck.

Chris - Welcome to the thread. How wonderful would it be if your AF doesn't arrive cause a little one has made you home for the next few months. I'll keep everything crossed for you. should you have to go for IVF, we can be cycling buddies. I start end of this month.

Becky - you joining slimming world again? Gosh, you'll lose more than 2 stone by July. How's your bum?

Stephjim, good to hear about your cyst disappearing. You must be releived. Hey you'll be PUPO in less than 2 weeks. You must be excited.

Hope thanks for that hug. Really need loads of hugs everyday. Sometimes I worry that DH will think that I've become too clingy. But I just someone around me.

Nimble - how are your raging hormones?

I lost 7 pounds in the last month, but have already put on 2 with my comfort eating. So went to the gym yesterday. And I'm in sooo much pain today. To top it, I got drenched this morning as my hat and umbrella got blown away. And having a horrible day at work. I just hate it! I wish there was some type of employment law that supported women like us going through IVF. Its difficult as it is without the work pressures. Sometimes I just feel like shouting to my work colleagues to xxxxx off. Wish I could quit - but then we wouldn't be able to afford more IVF cycles.

Anyway will get back to this stupid project with the most airheaded manager ever. Can't make up her tiny little brain.

Hi ladies, Oh my god i was only away 24 hours and you've all gone crazy.

Chris, welcome to the nut house, good luck on the IUI hope this is your time. I also have Factor V Leiden, but its all worked out well for me in the end.

Icsi/Angie, hang in there girl, only 2 more sleeps, and don't worry about the zit i have had them on and off all the time for no reason. On a good point i felt sick/nauseous at the back end of my 2ww, the biggest difference to all my other cycles and look at me now. Got everything crossed for you, keep up the PMA.

Steph, that picture is gross!! nearly threw up looking at it. Well done you on keeping away from the pee sticks, i'm impressed. Keep it up not long now, good luck.

Stephmj, Congrats on the cyst finally moving on, and good luck on the IUI, hope that it works for you and you don't need to do IVF.

Jen1, sounds like the plans are all in place, please keep the faith, you have been through so much, i hope that this is your time, i have everything crossed for you. Good luck.

Angel, Glad you are jumping back on the treatment roundabout, i always fount that if i had a plan i could function far better. Last year when i had an enforced break waiting for all the tests then results i nearly went crazy, just thinking about all the wasted months and me getting older. hope you feel 100% soon, and good luck.

Nimble, oh you poor thing, think i'd be climbing the walls by now, although DH is funny as he gets very nervous he is going to harm the babies. So tries to restrain himself!!! very funny, just you wait and see. Not long now anyway. When is your next scan/checkup?

Su, Not long now till your 12 week scan, seems to be flying by. Regarding finding out the sex, i am with nims, going the old fashioned way and waiting to see what we are blessed with. DH would be happy either way but i feel by the time i am due, i will be fed up (due to size) and if i know what i am having i think i would be really p'd. The only down side is having twins i need double the names both girl and boy as i could end up with 2 the same.

Rachel, so sorry your under the weather again, glad you can finish off with sickies all the way, no such joy for me, will be here at work as long as is humanly possible.

Sorry to all i've missed, but i am thinking of you all.

As for me, doing ok, finally out of my first trimester weyhey, All my clothes are pretty tight now, got my maternity trousers on for work today, but they are a bit big and i have to keep pulling them up, but no choice as my regular trousers were killing me yesterday. couple more weeks i'll be fine. Got the results from my nuchal scan/bloods and both babies came back as negative for downs and edwards syndrome, one twin was a lower result than the other but apparently that is very common with twins, as it is harder to scrren. But both babies were over 1 in 1500 so with my age very happy.

Well better go supposed to be at work.
catch you all later.

Wow, do i have my work cut out for me? How am I supposed to figure out who is who???? Don't worry, I will. It just might take some time. ICSI, she's easy to remember, she's the hyper one who finally got high speed internet and now she's posting like a nut. She doesn't want to POAS, but is challenged by the thought of it. She's testing in 2 days.... Good Luck ICSI! Love reading your posts. Stay Crazy.

Becky is the one with the broken butt, except I don't know the story so I have no clue what's wrong with it? I can only imagine???? Becky, how did you break your butt? Please tell me.

Nims is the nympho and she's 12 weeks preggers. Congratulations! WOW!

Steph is ICSI's cycle buddy and tests the day after. She really wants to POAS. Good luck Steph!

Ok, I'm at work so you have to forgive me for not remembering more. But, I'm gonna do my homework and I'll figure you all out asap. Thank you all for including me in your wacked-out group. Which came first the IVF or the crazy??? -chriss

Afternoon :D

ICSI:I had to come in an anwser ur question, i know its for Nims, but i couldnt resist it - man flu = the same as woman flu = flu is all the same but men being men = babies, they think having the flu is the end of the world, its always worse than ours, and they dont stop moaning or complainin - surley ur DH has had man flu too (prob just a cold tho lol)

Here, get a load of this video, then u will know what we mean lol ...

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=o60GRjZXW6Q

An i didnt go shopping  i stayed at home and made Lemon meringue and chicken casserole - how much of a wonderful wife is that ...
So ur going around the bend today then - im sur DH understand ur reasons for being a cow - put it behind u and make it up to him. Whenever i've been a ***** to my DH (happens often lol) he always forgives me while im racked with guilt - im sure he understands hun xxx

Angel: Jeeze i missed u in my last post, so sorry hun, there was so much going on. Im so sorry to hear ur having such a hard time of it, i know how hard getting a BFN is - we all know, and we all understand ur rants, we are here for u anytime ok. It will get better, i promise u - and dont u worry about ranting either - i still rant and my BFN was a year and a half ago, im still angry that it didnt work - and last May DH and i had a talk and remembered our embies were meant to be born that mth - you will never forget hun, no one expects u to - but - life goes on and u are one lucky lady to be able to try again, it will work for u, hav faith - and dont ever give up! xxx

OMG --- YES, dh gets it that's for sure!

chriss --- so what do you do (work)??? when i'm "working" -- i'm a "business support consult" -- i know, WTF - right??? undergrad in acctg and grad in bus admn.....done the accounting thing, financial planning & analysis and now i do audit type stuff --- really LOVE it actually!! requires lots of ORGANIZING and keeping track of stuff --- right up my OCD alley!!! typical work day is 7:30am - 3:30-4'ish depending on the day... and have flexibility of working from home if necessary too -- like on thursday (my test day) -- boss says "you should probably work from home on thursday cuz one way or other, you're going to be jacked up!!" COOL - thanks boss!! oh and no worries - you'll catch on in a flash with who's-who and so on.........long as you can keep up w/ us!

jayne --- we just like to keep ya on your toes....is good practice for when the babies arrive!! you love it, you know it!! FAB news on your nuchal scan/bloods!!!! WOO-HOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 perfect babies coming right up! got your work cut out for you in picking out all the name combinations not finding out the sex --- phew!!! i'm tired just thinkin' of it!! oh what fun it must be though........

BOY ---- i'm KNACKERED from all my business this morning!!! maybe boss would let me go home cuz i'm not doing any work anyway! (but she doesn't know that --- so i'm thinkin it wouldn't be a good idea to approach that topic right now!!!)

ha ha Becky - I was going to send the exact same video to ICSI - but have another one up my sleeve but will send via f/book - did you get it, the one with the spot - so gross!! Actually its was Stephs picture so shall send it to her too!
like you had ANYTHING better to do

Steph
- yeah actually i have .........watch telly, with feet up and stuffing my face

Now actually, I think you cheat - you see i do one big post, where as you do lots of little posts...... cheaters!!

ICSI ICSI ICSI - what can i say that the others haven't already said eh??? BLOODY CHILL GIRL YOU'RE DRIVING US MAD   Now the mood swings, hey I had them and still do - god should have seen me Saturday, ***** from hell - so not necessarily associated with PMT... take it boss didn't send you home early as you've gone ever so quiet!!

Becky - glad to hear the bottom is recovering well - as for f/book, no worries I just pass them back!! Talking of which, think that steph is cheating again with her pig tail picture - come on steph, give us an up to date piccie or do you still have the pigtails???Image

Angel - hang in there girl ! Ah the gym - i so miss it - do a few exercises for me next time! hope this wasn't you Image

Jayne - great news on the scan results - just been reading up on it all tonight - you know, its just one thing after another isn't it! I'm coming up to 40 so not sure what my odds are in getting a negative - thats the other thing thats going around in my head Image

Waiting on the next scan date from the hospital - guess it should be in the next couple of weeks.

Chris a Image for you - well done - i'm not quite 12 wks yet - (although wish i was)

Hey, jen - you stay positive do you hear - otherwise will be sending the girls over to kick ass with ya!!

Su - my bump buddy - yes the peeing in the middle of the night - damn annoying - so trying not to drink too much in the evenings now - and god, have the same thoughts going around in head too...........

Busy day again today - but had a whole nights sleep .............yyyyeaaaahhhhh - wanted to get up a pee - but resisted for an extra hour - well i guess the horney hormones didn't last too bloody long - not a dickie bird this morning - just as well as i couldnt do much about it though  DH gone to watch a footie match so he has obviously recovered from man-flu - funny that!

Was going to go to the gym but crap weather and can't be bothered - as steph rightly pointed out, have nothing else better to do....so shall be around for the evening.....

Jen1d, we can do it! Let's get our BFP's real soon. We've been through enough. PMA, PMA, PMA all the way.

ICSI, I am a teacher, first grade. I'm around kids, parents and families ALL THE TIME! My co-teachers are all pregnant! Parents, teachers and the general public have no problem asking me when I am going to get pregnant. Dummies, don't they know they are breaking my heart every time they ask me? And I'm too old to keep saying, maybe someday. (I've got a bajillion wrinkles, I'm 40 going on 41). Now I just don't know what the f*#@ to say to them.

Beachbaby, my Factor V Friend. What a strange thing to find out that we have, huh? Had absolutely no idea until the m/c. What a way to find out. I am so glad that they got it all figured out for you. YEAH! I'm on the baby aspirin now. When I am pregnant, yes, WHEN I am pregnant, I'll have to take some injectible blood thinners. Is that what you are doing? I think it's called heparin??? Sound right???? Congratulations on your BFP! How far along are you now? It's sooooo exciting.

More later. Hi to all. -chriss
