Rita, I test tomorrow and get the result on Thursday....soooooo slow!

Anyone else seen that Caroline P is expecting TRIPLETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What a huge success, so so exciting + a little 'OMG' too perhaps? I'm off to track down her posts on the pg at 40 to read more.

AF could not be signalling more strongly if she tried. Everything about my body is yelling 'any minute now'. Ugh.

hugs

Ooopps! Debra, I failed to answer your question about my update.
Thanks for asking by the way.

I have surgery on Friday to remove some small polyps from my uterus. Not concerned, really, except that I am bleeding on and off and have been for 2 weeks. I'm sure it's connected to the bc pills they have me on. I feel fine, but every now and then I can feel my right ovary protruding/swelling a little. My preop is tomorrow, so if there's anything odd going on, they'll find it. I'm so spooked lately about cancer caused by messing with our hormones. My imagination runs wild.

Anyway, to make things worse, my dh is still on his month-long adventure in Bhutan. So I have to have the surgery w/out his support. I have only made one friend since moving to Seattle in January, and I've had to impose on her to drive me to the hospital and drive me home. :( She's being an angel about it, but you know how it feels. At times like this, you want/need family. (My Mom was supposed to come for this, but can't now.)

I'll live. The polyps have to go, so we can increase our chances for success w/ our ET. At 43, we need every edge we can get. I start stimms mid-May. Seems like forever.

Randa....the best of luck at the pre-op tomorrow. Yes I totally understand. I've found it hard to meet good friends. I left the UK in early 98, spent a year in Sydney where I've some good (albeit now distant) friends, then backpacked for 2 years, made friends everywhere but they're all now only via email, moved to Norway in late 2000, we then moved cities + 500km north 2 years ago. It's tough esp. as I'm self employed, I don't even have work to help make friends via. Well done for having someone to support you whilst DH is away. Is he trekking or climbing or ??

LittleP - I'm doing OK thanks. I'm blocking my negative worries. I've not started bleeding which I'm clinging to right now (even though I know it means nothing). I was out shovelling snow again this evening....felt a bit better after that.

Rita, I'm on CET so it wasn't quite as early as it looked!

hugs

Becky,
I've heard of Portownsend, but I don't know where it is. What is the name of your city? Are you in Washington state?
Congratulations on your new grandaughter!!! I must have missed your big announcement!
Is everyone doing okay?
