I got my blood test results yesterday & it was a -ve as expected.

Elle, fingers crossed your levels go up. In my first cycle I suffered from what I guess was a cross between a chemical pg and a m/c. My HCG levels on Day 15 were 70 – which the clinic said was perfectly normal, but since I had already started bleeding I was advised to come back 4 days later for another blood test. Sadly upon my return from hospital I had the most awful cramps and then suffered the m/c so I knew it was all over. On the Monday my HCG levels had dropped back to 4 so the pg had been lost.

Different clinics have different levels. My clinic set 25 as their pg benchmark (even though a HPT will pick up anything over 4). The good thing is that, if you’re not bleeding and haven't suffered these awful cramps (and you will know if you have), there’s pretty good hope for you.

Hello ladies!

Just wanted to thank you for your well wishes, unfortunately my beta went up from 19 to 23 only. I am soooo--- sad that's why I haven't been able to post earlier. They want me to get a blood test again on Sunday. The nurse told me although your beta didn't double, it is still a positive. This definitely does not look good at all. I have a great feeling my numbers are still going to be low and they're going to tell me to stop my progesterone.

I am really feeling down... had a good cry again today. I was praying so hard for a a really big FAT positive today, but I didn't get it. Now I'm praying for a miracle on Sunday.

Elle - this is pure torture for you. I so hope you get your miracle tomorrow. In the meantime today, take things easy and keep visualising little embi in there. Good luck.

Elle, the number is still increasing which is a positive sign. Try to feel that this is a good thing and that tomorrow will show another increase.
