Katie - yes it is easier my dear to have PMA for everyone else, I think we get too scared because we know the heartache so well. But remember that POAS is for fun and a negative does not mean a BFN at all! The rate at which it is released in your urine is much lower than what they find in your blood. So I will keep enough PMA for you if yours gets lower! and I hope you hear god news from your job very very soon!

Anton - you crack me up, I was scared of going potty too, isn't that silly? 9...8...7... and counting

kynlee - I felt like AF was coming too but it was implantation so I will do a stay away AF dance for you and pray that those are all great implantation cramps!

greekchick - congrats on so many eggs, hoping for wonderful fertilization, we did ICSI on all of ours so they fertilized great but only the mature eggs!

Tess Wow! I would for sure look into it and see what your gut feeling is, it might not be for you or you might get a strong feeling that you want to adopt and go through IVF like katie. I would not discard it yet. My boss adopted then did IVF then adopted again. So 3 kids. Make sure she got good prenatal care and that she did not abuse alcohol or cigarrettes. Good luck with your consult and I hope you can get answers soon. Again I am so sorry about your boy. Know that he is a little angel watching over you and DH.

Greekchick- Gia sou kali mou! Glad everything went well with ER! ...15 is a very good number!! well done my friend! ...I wish I knew how many are going to be fertiized but I can only pray that you are going to get good #'s!!! I am sure with all those eggs you are going to get good #'s! We also did ICSI due to my DH sperm issue. When are they going to let you know? Are you planning a day 3 or day 5 ET? Take a good rest and I wish you an awesome fertility report!!

Never had a reaction to antibiotics before, must be allergic to something-- the breakout happened two days later AFTER my last pill. Then I noticed I had rashes everywhere on my body EXCEPT on my face but when I washed my face I used a cleanser. So it might of been a reaction from the antibiotics and then counter-reacting from using a different kind of bath soap too. Anyway, being that the baby hasn't had all his shots yet, my mom told me plus called my SIL the night before telling her it would be better not to take any chances holding my brother's baby. I was upset at first, but realized it was probably for the better.

Yay, 15 eggs with 11 being Grade A sounds really good! WIth ICSI they pick out the very best swimmers and it only takes one!

sunshine-thank you also i wa bit worried coz the lady before me had 35eggs!!!but they said not always good soo many as they sometimes they cant grow very big with this large numbers..i find out tomorrow what the doctors plan is...thankyou

Anton - awesome transfer report - so glad you had your blasts to put back in AND some to freeze! That is just AMAZING - congrats Enjoy your time relaxing and thinking about how happy your babies are to be back with you!

Greekchick - great retrieval #'s!!! You must be tired after all those eggs! Good luck with your fertility report - rest up for your transfer!

KatieB - I'm getting anxious too! I'm going to TRY to hold out until the weekend before POAS. I need to get more movies for this week I think.

Leora - I'm glad to hear you are doing better. How are you feeling? When do you go back for another US?

Margi - how are you doing mama? I've noticed quite a bit of extra gas from doing the progesterone injections this time around. Sounds like you are having all kinds of fun side effects between that and the rash. I agree with the girls - gradually taper off the meds since it is so early still.

AFM - I did a pretty good job of laying low on Thurs and Friday but then on Saturday I went out and ran some errands with my mom and I was beat by the end of the day. So I took it easy again yesterday since I am back to work today. We watched Shrek Forever (cute), The Wrestler (I don't get what all the awards were about), Crazy Hearts (ok) and then caught up on bunch of old TV episodes on Netflix. And I've been reading Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - getting into the meat of it now and hard to put down. I have my beta on 2/28 at 7:30am. I'm going to do my best NOT to POAS until Saturday 2/26 - hopefully my will power will cooperate! My husband accepted the job offer and put his notice in today. We are going to try to take a mini-vacation before he starts his new job. I'm hoping we have a BFP next week to go along with our string of positive news for March!!

Greekchick - 15 eggs is AWESOME and 11 grade A is UNBELIEVABLE! We did ICSI too I think it is worth the extra money since they pick out the best looking little swimmers & inject them directly into the eggs...sounds like you had a pretty easy time of it I like the happy juice too nice little nap! Try not to feel low, that is the effect of the drugs wearing off and the hormones you are taking so just trudge through and keep positive thoughts you will be PUPO with your little babies before you know it my dear....

Sunshine - I agree with being cautious, I am just protective of my ivf sista's and didn't want you to be too upset.....like I said the next baby you will hold will be your own.....

Rio - All my friends call me Julie McCoy (from the Love Boat) because I am always the ever smiling cruise director and they all wonder what happens when I need a little boost in PMA...now I know I need to give myself a boost in PMA but it is nice to know that you all are here rooting for me....

AFM - Ok so lady called about job she said they were going to maintain the current structure they have right now then in a month or two they will re-visit and she said I was on the short list she also mentioned it was a very short list so that is all good and since I am not waiting to quit a job or even looking for other jobs that is fine by me...also let me get through this process without stressing about a new job on top of it......Just got back from my acupuncturist and she asked if I POAS yet...I said no I was chicken then when I was driving home I got a wild hair up the wazoo and bought some tests and POAS and guess what????? IT WAS A BFP!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it, I totally wasn't expecting it this early but WOOHOO!!!!! I am hoping & praying they stick, stick, stick!!!! So my 2ww friends I don't want to be the only one lets get some POAS happening.....

kbillsy - I am so excited and YES you should POAS when you are around 10dpo....I totally didn't think it would be positive middle of the day and all but was freaking shocked it was I am sure my neighbors could hear me screaming! My beta will be on Friday now so I will know for sure then.....I am nervous as you can see by my signature I can get pregnant it's the keeping part I have a hard time with.....so I am PRAYING with every ounce of my being that these little guys stick, stick, stick!!!! Praying for you too my dear this board is lucky we have lots of BFP!!!!

AFM- I am so bored lol I have never stayed in this long in my life... I been watching all these baby shows, and on todays episode this lady had twins 1st try of ivf and then told her husband she wanted to try again for a girl and did 2nd cycle of ivf and got twin boys again so she tried 3rd ivf and ended up with twins again (boy/girl) I couldnt believe it I was amazed and at the same time it gave me hope

This afternoon my RE called wanting us to come in tomorrow for our follow-up on the Laproscopy. Our appt is at 4:40 but it will last over an hour since we like to ask questions.lol I'm so ready to get started again on something! But the good news is I'm completely healed from the surgery, now waiting for AF to come! Sunshine1576

Kynlee - I'm so jealous that somebody could go through three IVF cycles and get three sets of twins. Fantastic for that couple but sucks for us IVF ladies who have had our fair share of heartache and just want a baby! Sorry, a bit bitter and twisted I know!
